Chapter 27 Twenty seven

Calista's POV

Zane's men were protective. Annoyingly protective.

Sometimes I wonder what he was getting at.

I didn't want to think about him this morning.

I wanted to take a ran in the woods. It has been a while and today was the day.

I put on my tight black skinny and a black top with a same colour foot that could stand tbe hard ground a d tbe messy forest ground.

I was ready dashed into the woods and release some tension.

Anger clouded my vision together with what happened a few days ago. I grabbed one and growled at his face.

I expected him to fight back, do something to dece d himself but he didn't lift a finger.

My grandma was setting the dinning table when I got into the house, straight into my room.

After putting on something casual I walked downstairs and found my grandmother already seated.

It grew intense and before I knew it my legs were wrapped around his waist and he was taking me upstairs.

My back hit the soft mattress. With Zane on top of me.

I didn't think about the past or what had happened.

He pulled back his list, his eyes glowing. His wolf already closer than he should.

" I do t want any male close to you, Calista." He growled.

" What is he doing in your house?" He attacked my neck like a wild beast.

" You don't own me, Zane." I told him and he growled in annoyance.
