Chapter 8

　　Ruth remained in the bedroom till the next day. When she realized Tony left for work,she decided to go take a quick bath and maybe watch some movies.

　　She kept reminding herself she has 27more days in the bathroom.

　　After freshing up,she wore a green coloured gown,she left her long weaver hair down,reaching her waist.

　　Once she opened the door, Benedicta was about to knock. She smiled at Ruth who returned it.

　　"Am sorry miss for disturbing you but sir asked me to give you this" Benedicta said,handling Ruth a nylon. She looked into it and it was a on pack.

　　"Who owns it?"she asked.

　　"I don't know miss but I was asked to give it to you"she said and Ruth nodded,she saw a note attached to the phone pack.

　　You can call your family,if you want

　　Well,what made him changed his mind.

　　"Also miss,you should get down for breakfast" Benedicta said.

　　"Okay,please just call me Ruth okay" she told Benedicta.

　　"Am sorry I can't, Mr Anthony gavs us strict orders to call you by your surname, ma'am or miss. If am caught calling you your name,I will loss my job" Benedicta utterrdbabd Ruth frowned.

　　"I will go now miss,you should come down" she sauf and Ruth nodded.

　　She went back inside and dropped the nylon before taking out the pack to open.

　　She gasped at the sight."Why will he get a phone as expensive as this for me".

　　"Something doesn't seem okay about him,he's very handsome and looks good but inside of him lay a cold hearted man. He even instructed his workers to respect me!"

　　She took the phone along with her to the dinning. She was served bacon and fried egg,homemade tomato sauce,a full chicken was waiting to be devoured by her.

　　She couldn't help but moan. The food taste was out of the world.

　　Benedicta brought her juice and poured it in the glass for her, Ruth wasn't used to people serving her.

　　"I can do it myself" she said.

　　"You don't need to worry,am only doing my job" she said and Ruth nodded.

　　She felt nervous as Benedicta watched her eating."umm you should sit and eat with me"

　　"As much as I would love to,I can't. Sir Tony will get mad at me"

　　"But he's not around right?"

　　"Well,there are CCTV cameras around" Benedicta replied.

　　Ruth couldn't help but feel so angry at Tony.

　　"Why is he so annoying? And heartless,treating people like slaves!.

　　"You can watch movies whenever you're bored. I need to get somethings at the mall" Bene stated.

　　"I will accompany you there" Ruth added and got up to clear the dining but Bene hurried to do it, Ruth felt bad. What pained her was that Bene is old enough to be her mother.

　　"I can clear the plates" Ruth stated.

　　"Please miss,let me do my job" Bene uttered with pleading eyes and Ruth nodded.

　　She watched Bene left to the kitchen and layer return.

　　She must be going to the mall already.

　　"Let me follow you,I will take the blame once Tony return" Ruth drawed.

　　Benedicta sighed and finally gave in. Ruth felt a new breath of air,she feel so free the moment she step her feet out.

　　27 more days!! She reminded herself.

　　The other firms are as competent as we are,so we need to put in all our best. The contract worth lots of money and you all know you will get so many tips off it" Tony said,addressing his staffs in the meeting room.

　　They sat in a circle, corporately dressed. Tony was seated on a high chair,facing them all. They listened as he spoke proffesionally and most if the female employees gushed over him as usual.

　　Tony avoided their gazes because they do nothing than to cast him seductive looks.

　　"So I hope we all work very hard for this upcoming project" Tony said.

　　"We will Mr Anthony" they chorused.

　　"Have a great day,I will fill you in on more information later" Tony said,dismissing them.

　　They l left for their offices and Tony sighed.

　　He loosened the top of his shirt and pulled the knot of his silver grey tie away from his collar.

　　He picked the bottle of water on the table and then headed for his seat. He's still going drop by Tony cosmetic company later in the afternoon.

　　Not quiet long,Sally walked into his office looking all smart and corporate. She has been working with him for quiet a long. She has been a great secretary,so diligent, always ready to work.

　　"Coffee" Sally announced,walking in.

　　She had made it a duty to bring that to him whenever he's working and he enjoys it so much.

　　"Thank you" Tony said as she placed it right in front of him.

　　"You're welcome" she replied.

　　"So how's my schedule today?" He asked,taking a bite of the hamburger.

　　He opened his laptop and powered it. It came back to life and he scrolled to his files,he clicked on it.

　　"Your schedule is so tight today and you've got a letter" Sally stated.

　　"From?" Tony scowled.

　　"Someone Lewis,he's demanding for...."

　　Tony didn't allow her finish what she was saying,he squeezed the letter and threw it straight into the bin at the corner of his office.

　　Sally smiled. She already knew Tony won't bother opening the letter.

　　"Get out!!!! Simeon yelled at his guards. He looked so fucking angry.

　　"What's that?" Mariana showed up from behind.

　　"Well the contract I spent so money on was awarded to an asshole" Simeon blurts out angrily.

　　"Asshole!! You mean Anthony!" Mariana asked.

　　"Yes,and he fucking rejects it" Simeon smirked,the wine glass he held almost broke due to his tight grip.

　　"You need to calm down okay, Tony didn't pay for the contract to be awarded to him...the thing is just that people loves him" Mariana stated.

　　Simeon walked away angrily.

　　Tony returned home a bit late. He had visited 6 of his companies today to see how it's fairing and it was damn stressful.

　　He stepped out of his car after a few minutes while his gate man packed the stuffs he got from his cosmetics company into the house.

　　"It's fine,just hand it over" Tony stopped him and collected the bag.

　　He took a long shower and came out wearing a shirt,he had on his room foam slippers. He looked dangerously handsome with the water dripping down his chest.

　　He held his red phone and ordered takeout since the cook must have gone home.

　　Just as he ordered for takeout, his urge desire for sex arrived. His erection got hard and a little painful. He went to Ruth immediately.

　　He stared at her,she was sleeping soundly on the bed,he went closer to her and touched her hair gently.

　　Ruth felt someone touching her,so she gently open her eyes and she came face to face looking at Tony's eyes. The look of lust was vissible in his eyes.

　　She quickly sprang up and move away from him. Tony didn't understand why she did that, moving away from him.

　　"Why did you move away like that?" He asked,trying not to be upset. Ruth saw it as an opportunity to confront him.

　　"Why won't I move away? I moved away because I hate you! You disgust me! You're evil. How you behave is not normal at all...." Ruth yelled.

　　For goodness sake, Tony's eyes suddenly turned too dark and devilish to look at.

　　"Because I hate you! You disgust me!!

　　Those words kept ringing a bell in his head. Same. Exact words Adams used on him when he enslaved him....when he roasted his manly part.

　　"Umm..umm" Ruth starmmered calmly, Tony's expression was worst now. For the first time since she had set her eyes on him,she saw pain in his eyes.

　　"I know I disgust you okay,you do not need to remind me of those words" Tony remarked. He pulled her to the bed and got into her,his hand going under her dress,touching her soft naked lab.

　　Ruth looked deep into his eyes,the pains already faded away,what was there was now anger.

　　She scoffed and didn't fight him that he wanted sex,instead she widened her legs for him to steady himself.
