Kaelen talked a lot. 

He asked why I ran away. He asked what Cecily had told me. He demanded to know where I was going. 

I couldn't get a single word in. 

Honestly, I didn't even try to interrupt. I just sat there, listening to him pour his heart out. Every word he said felt like a drop of water....
