Chapter 5 Chapter 5
The underground fight club was loud and smoky. Men shouted bets while Micoy faced off against the rival enforcer in the center of the bare-knuckle ring. Both circled slowly, fists raised.
"You think you're the toughest because of those whispers about you?" the rival sneered, faking a punch. "Heard you're parading some reporter around like a prize. She know she's dating a freak?"
Micoy dodged and landed a sharp jab to the ribs. "Keep her name out your mouth. She knows exactly who I am. Unlike you, hiding behind cheap shots and lies. This fight is about respect, not rumors."
The rival laughed and swung hard, catching Micoy's shoulder. "Respect? You're a walking scandal. League's watching. One slip and you're finished. That strength ain't normal, man."
Micoy countered with a brutal combination, splitting the guy's eyebrow. "Normal is boring. I fight for my pack, for the people who count on me. What do you fight for? Money and ego? What pathetic reasons!" Blood trickled down both their faces as the crowd cheered louder.
"Pathetic? At least I'm fully human," the rival taunted, grappling close. "Your girlfriend gonna run when she sees the real monster?"
"She stays because she sees the man too," Micoy growled, breaking free and landing a vicious hook. "Unlike you, I protect what's mine. Say another word about her and I'll end this quick."
They traded heavy blows, and the rival gasped, "You're too wild. Sponsors will drop you like yesterday's trash."
"Then I'll build something better," Micoy replied, speeding up with hints of unnatural power. "With her by my side. This ends now." He unleashed a final devastating punch. The rival crumpled to the mat, out cold.
The referee grabbed Micoy's arm. "We have a winner! Micoy takes it in brutal fashion!"
In the private back room, Micoy wiped blood from his face, still buzzing with energy. Elisa entered quietly and closed the door behind her.
"You were a force out there," she said, eyes wide. "Scary but amazing. The way you defended us verbally and physically... it hit me right here." She touched her chest.
He crossed the room and pulled her close, smearing a bit of blood on her shoulder. "Hearing you say that after a win like this means everything. You calm the storm in me, Elisa. Make me want to be better while still being me. I crave you right now, not just the victory high."
She looked up at him, running fingers over his bruised knuckles. "Then have me. I've been thinking about you the whole fight. Your strength, your fire. Kiss me like you own every part of this moment."
Their lips met in a deep, passionate kiss that quickly grew spicy. Tongues danced as hands explored. "I do own it," he murmured hotly against her neck. "And I want to own you completely tonight. Feel how hard I am for you already?"
"Yes," she breathed, pressing closer. "Take me against those ropes. Make it dirty and real."
He lifted her and carried her to the practice ring ropes, setting her against them. "Legs around me, baby. Let me sink into you." He entered her slowly at first, savoring the connection. "So warm and tight. You were made for this, for me."
Elisa moaned, gripping his shoulders. "Deeper, Micoy. I love feeling you lose yourself in me." He started thrusting harder, one hand lightly choking her neck in a controlled, thrilling way while the other held her steady.
"This pussy is mine to breed," he growled, eyes intense. "Gonna fill it till it takes. You want my knot? Want me pumping you so full?"
"Gosh, yes," she cried, body shaking through her first orgasm. "Fill me. Breed me like you mean it, and don't pull out."
He kept the rhythm punishing, drawing out more cries from her. "That's it. Cum again for me. Scream my name while I mark you inside." She did, clenching hard around him twice more before his knot swelled, locking them together as he released deep with a loud groan. "Take every drop, love. This is us."
They panted together, still joined. "That was the roughest and best yet," she whispered. "I feel so connected to you now."
"Same here," he said softly, kissing her forehead. "You're changing everything in me."
At the hockey game that night, Elisa sat near the ice wearing Micoy's jersey. Cameras clicked as he skated over during warmups.
"Looking good in my colors," he called with a grin. "Gives me extra motivation. Kiss me quick for the fans."
She leaned down and kissed him deeply. "Go win this. I'm your biggest supporter, real or not. You make me proud out there."
He laughed. "It's feeling pretty real these days. Stay close. I like knowing you're watching."
A fan nearby shouted, "You two are cute! How long has this been going?"
"Long enough to know she's the one," Micoy answered loudly. "She balances me."
Elisa's phone rang during the first period. It was her boss. She stepped into the tunnels to answer.
"Those photos are gold," her boss said. "But I need the real story soon. The shifter rumors, the violent side. Dig deeper or consider your job gone."
"I'm trying," Elisa replied. "But Micoy isn't just some beast. He's got heart, loyalty, and reasons for what he does. The fake dating opened my eyes. I can't destroy him for clicks."
Her boss sighed heavily. "Don't get emotionally involved! That's how careers die. Give me the exposé or I'll find someone who will. Think about your future for once Elara."
"I am thinking about it," she shot back. "And it includes doing the right thing. He's not the monster people paint him as."
Suddenly Derek appeared from a side hallway and grabbed her arm. "Elisa, finally look who is here… can you just stop this game with that guy? He's bad news. Come with me now, I'll take you somewhere safe."
She tried pulling away. "Derek, no! Let go of me. I'm happy where I am. Micoy and I have something real growing."
He dragged her toward an emergency exit. "Real? He's a fighter with secrets, and you'll get hurt. Don't you get it? I still care about you. Listen, either you like it or not, this ends tonight!"
"Stop dragging me!" she yelled, struggling. "Help! Micoy!"
On the ice, Micoy suddenly froze during play. "Wait, something's off. I feel her panic."
His teammate skated up. "Focus on the game, man. What's wrong?"
"It's Elisa," Micoy said urgently. "She's in danger. I have to go." He headed straight for the boards, ignoring the coach's shouts.
Derek tightened his hold. "Hurry before your beast shows up. You deserve better than his chaos."
"I choose the chaos," Elisa fought back. "Because it comes with real passion. Let me go!"
The tunnel filled with noise as Micoy burst through the doors, skates still on, eyes scanning for her.
