Chapter 6 Chapter 6

Micoy burst into the arena tunnel, skates scraping loudly. Derek had Elisa by the arm near the exit door.

"Get your hands off her right now!" Micoy roared, charging forward.

Derek turned, eyes wide. "Stay back, freak. This doesn't concern you. Elisa needs someone normal and that's me not you."

Elisa struggled. "Derek, I told you no! Micoy, he won't listen to reason."

Micoy grabbed Derek by the collar and slammed him against the wall. "She made her choice. Touch her again and you'll regret it." His eyes flashed golden, claws starting to peek from his fingertips.

Derek swung wildly. "You're the monster here! Look at your hands. She's going to see the real you and run."

Micoy dodged and punched him hard in the gut. "Oh, that's what you thought? Well, let me surprise you, she already sees me. The good and the beast. That's more than you ever gave her." Another punch landed, splitting Derek's lip. "Stay away from what's mine."

"Stop, both of you!" Elisa shouted. "Micoy, I see it. The partial shift. Your strength, the glow. It scares me but it also draws me in. Don't kill him."

Micoy growled, holding Derek up. "You hear that? She accepts me. Back off for good or next time I won't hold back." He tossed Derek down the tunnel. The ex scrambled away, cursing.

Elisa rushed to Micoy. "Your hands... the claws. I saw more of the wolf tonight. Talk to me. Are you okay?"

He pulled her into a tight hug. "I'm okay because you're safe. Seeing him grab you woke everything up. The beast wants to protect you always now."

Back at his place, the argument picked up steam in the kitchen.

"I can't believe you almost shifted fully in front of everyone," Elisa said, pacing. "What if cameras caught that? The deal, our careers, everything could crash."

Micoy leaned on the counter. "He had his hands on you. What was I supposed to do? Let him drag you away? I care about you more than any fake story."

She stopped and faced him. "I care too. That's what scares me. This started as business but now I feel everything. The wolf side, the man side. It's overwhelming."

He stepped closer, voice softening. "Then stop fighting the pull. I see how you look at me even when I'm wild. You want this as much as I do." Their eyes locked with heat. "Come here. Let me remind you how much you mean to me."

Elisa moved into his arms. "Show me. Make me forget the fear." They kissed fiercely, hands grabbing, bodies pressing. "I need you rough tonight. After all that heart racing."

"Good," he murmured, lifting her easily onto the kitchen counter. "Because I need to claim you completely." He yanked her pants down while kissing her neck. "You're mine, Elisa."

"Yes, and I will always be yours," she gasped as he pushed inside her standing up, holding her legs around his waist. The counter made everything intense and deep. "Faster please! Mark me if you need to."

He bit her shoulder, leaving marks that healed unusually fast. "These marks show you're bonded. Your blood reacts to me. Feel that? We're connected deeper than the fake dating."

She moaned loudly, gripping his back. "Yes! It feels right even if it's crazy. Bite again. Fuck me like you own every piece of me."

He thrust rough and fast, lifting her higher. "I do own you. This tight body, that smart mouth, the way you challenge me. Take it all, baby." Their bodies slapped together loudly. She released hard, crying out, but he kept going, drawing another orgasm from her.

"Don't stop," she begged. "I love hating how much I need this. Need you."

"Same here," he growled, finishing deep inside with a final powerful thrust. They stayed locked, breathing heavy on the counter. "That was us letting it all out."

"Best kind of fight," she whispered.

The next day they sat for a joint media interview in a bright studio. Cameras rolled as the host smiled.

"Micoy, Elisa, you two look great together. How has the relationship changed your wild reputation?"

Micoy squeezed her hand. "She's my anchor. Keeps me focused. No more crazy headlines because I have something real to fight for."

Elisa smiled warmly. "He's not just the fighter people see. He's loyal, protective, and surprisingly sweet when we're alone. We balance each other."

The host leaned in. "Any wedding bells? The public is loving this romance."

Micoy chuckled. "One step at a time. But she's the only one I want by my side."

Later at home, Micoy's phone rang. It was a pack elder.

"Micoy, this fake bond with the human girl is risky," the elder warned. "Outsiders are bringing danger. What if she exposes us? Bonded mates share power. Is she ready for that?"

"She's stronger than you think," Micoy replied. "She saw my partial shift and stayed. We're building trust every day. This isn't just pretend anymore."

The elder sighed. "Be careful, true bonding changes everything. Don't let emotions cloud pack safety."

Elisa listened nearby. "He's right to worry. But I want this with you."

"I know," Micoy said after hanging up. "We'll work it out somehow."

That evening, a message arrived. The rival alpha, Kane, challenged Micoy directly.

Kane's voice came through the speaker. "Heard about your tunnel heroics. Time to settle territory once and for all. Formal fight in the boxing ring tomorrow night. Show up or I expose every wolf secret I know about you and your human pet."

Micoy clenched his fists. "You want a fight? You'll get one. But leave her out of it."

Kane laughed. "No promises. Come alone or the whole world learns what you really are. Your fake relationship won't save you then."

Elisa grabbed his arm. "Don't go alone. We promised to face this together, remember. What's your plan?"

"I have to accept," Micoy said. "For us and for the pack. But it won't be easy, I just have to face it because this people will do anything just to see me fall."
