Chapter 5 Trashy

Benjamin slapped Jolene across the face. Not hard, but humiliating enough.

Jolene lay on the ground with a gag in her mouth. The metal anal plug was still inside her. Every breath tugged at the torn wounds below. Cold sweat trickled down her temples.

Sienna stood behind Benjamin, looking down at the woman in the crate. The former heiress of the Brown family now crawled at her feet like a bitch.

But she quickly hid the satisfaction in her eyes, putting on a pitiful expression as she leaned into Benjamin's arms. Her eyes reddened, and tears spilled down her cheeks.

"Benjamin... I actually envy Jolene."

Benjamin frowned and put his arm around her. "Envy her what? A slut who spreads her legs for anyone."

"Jolene is really lucky. Look, her mother loved her so much. To protect Jolene's reputation, to atone for her sins, her mother was willing to jump from such a high building... she loved her enough to give up her own life."

Jolene's pupils suddenly contracted.

Muffled sounds escaped from behind the gag. She shook her head desperately, tears mixed with blood falling to the ground. That was her mother! How could that devil Sienna talk so casually about driving her mother to death?

Sienna acted as if she heard nothing, continuing to cry against Benjamin's chest.

"And Jolene betrayed you, got pregnant with who knows whose bastard... yet you still can't bear to throw her away."

She looked up, eyes blurred with tears. "Not like me. Nobody loved me growing up. I only have you, Benjamin. I'm so scared that one day you won't want me either..."

Benjamin's eyes softened. He lowered his head and kissed her forehead, his voice so gentle it felt foreign to Jolene.

"Don't overthink it. You're different from this slut."

Jolene lay in the crate, listening to these words, her heart feeling like it was being slowly sawed in half. Eight years of feelings, growing up together since childhood—all a joke.

Just then, Sienna's face suddenly turned pale. She pushed Benjamin away, clutched her head with both hands, and screamed.

"Sienna!" Benjamin's expression changed drastically as he caught her falling body.

"My head hurts so much... I can't see! Benjamin, it hurts so bad!" Sienna struggled in his arms, her nails scratching bloody marks on his hands.

"Don't be scared! Get a doctor now!" Benjamin picked her up and rushed toward the bed, roaring at the door, "Get a doctor! Right now!"

The room instantly descended into chaos.

Jolene huddled in the corner of the crate, watching coldly. This was karma. If there really was such a thing, let Sienna die from the pain.

In less than ten minutes, the family doctor rushed in with a medical bag, covered in sweat, and immediately examined Sienna.

"What the hell is going on?" Benjamin grabbed the doctor by the collar. "Why did she suddenly go blind?"

The doctor trembled with fear. "Mr. White... Ms. Clark has a hereditary eye disease that's flared up. The optic nerve is rapidly deteriorating..."

"How do we treat it?"

"It can't be treated anymore." The doctor swallowed. "If we don't do a cornea transplant soon, in a month at most, she'll be completely blind."

Blind.

Sienna stopped struggling. Her empty eyes stared at the ceiling, tears rolling down in large drops.

"Benjamin... am I going blind? Will I never see you again?" She cried while groping for his hand. "I don't want to become blind..."

Benjamin gripped her hand tightly. "You won't. It's just corneas, right? Even if I have to turn the whole world upside down, I'll find you a donor."

"But... I don't want someone else's donated corneas..." Sienna leaned weakly in his arms, her head tilting slightly, those unfocused eyes aimed precisely at the dog crate in the corner.

"Benjamin, I've always envied Jolene's eyes." Her voice slithered into Jolene's ears like a poisonous snake. "Her eyes are so bright, so beautiful. If I could use her eyes to look at you... I would be so happy."

All the blood in Jolene's body ran cold.

Sienna wanted her corneas.

Benjamin slowly turned his head, his gaze landing on Jolene in the crate. That look was like viewing an object.

"Alright."

"No—!"

Jolene frantically threw herself against the iron crate, anguished whimpers forcing their way from her throat. The gag restrained her mouth; she could only bang her head against the bars.

She had already lost everything. Her child, her mother, her dignity... now even her corneas were going to be taken?

"Drag her out and prepare for surgery," Benjamin ordered the doctor.

The bodyguards opened the crate door and dragged her out like a dead dog. Jolene desperately clawed at the doorframe, her legs kicking wildly. The metal anal plug behind her shifted inside her with the movement, the pain nearly making her pass out.

Benjamin walked over, grabbed her hair, and forced her to look up.

"Jolene, be good and dig out your eyes for Sienna. Otherwise—" His voice dropped very low. "That old grandmother of yours in the countryside who can barely walk—if someone cuts the flesh off her body piece by piece, how many days do you think she could last?"

Jolene froze.

Grandmother. Her last weakness. Tears slid down as she closed her eyes and stopped all resistance.

"Take her away." Benjamin let go.

The doctor stepped forward. As soon as he got close, a strong stench of rot and blood hit him in the face. He glanced at Jolene's lower body and his expression changed.

"Mr. White... we can't do this surgery now!"

Benjamin's face darkened.

"That's not it!" The doctor dropped straight to his knees. "Look at her body. She just gave birth, severe vaginal tearing, already heavily infected and festering. High fever, malnutrition, massive hemorrhaging—she can't even handle anesthesia!"

He pointed at the yellow-green pus flowing from Jolene's lower body, his voice trembling. "If we force the cornea removal, she'll definitely die on the operating table. And with such a severe internal infection, the corneas may already be contaminated. The risk of transplanting them to Ms. Clark is too great!"

Benjamin glanced at Jolene, covered in blood and reeking, his eyes full of disgust.

"Then treat her first. Keep her alive and cure the infection. She's just a container for Sienna's eyes. Before we take the eyes, she's not allowed to die."

"Yes, yes!"

Jolene was dragged out of the room and thrown into a cold underground medical room. The equipment was complete but without warmth. She was tied to an operating table, unable to move.

The doctor put on a mask and gloves, walking over with scissors.

"Ms. Brown, bear with it."

No anesthesia. The doctor went straight to work, ripping the gag from her face.

"Ah—" The pain, like a dislocated jaw, made her scream.

Then her lower body. The metal anal plug was forcibly pulled out, fresh blood mixed with pus gushing out. Jolene arched up in agony.

"Hold her down!" the doctor shouted.

Two bodyguards pressed down on her limbs. Cold saline and disinfectant were poured directly onto her festering, everted labia.

"Ahh!! Kill me! Benjamin, please kill me!"

Screams echoed through the basement. Her nails dug into the edge of the operating table, breaking off completely, blood dripping from her fingertips.

Rotten flesh was cut away bit by bit, needle and thread piercing through unanesthetized flesh. With each stitch she convulsed, eyes rolling back, without even the strength to bite her tongue.
