Chapter 1 A Marriage Without Sex

The night was late, the clock ticking toward midnight.

Olivia sat blankly at the table, staring at the cold food in front of her.

On the TV, her husband, Luca, was celebrating with Windy, congratulating her on winning the dance competition championship.

Luca, who usually kept a stern face, looked soft and gentle, his eyes full of affection as he gazed at Windy.

The screen froze at this moment, with the reporter thoughtfully adding a caption: [Vettel Group CEO's Sweet Moment with Girlfriend, Wedding Bells in the Air?]

Olivia let out a bitter smile. So, Luca didn't come home because he was with Windy.

For the past three years, no matter how hard she tried, Luca remained cold and distant toward her. But with Windy, he was always patient and caring.

Her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the door opening.

At 12:20 a.m., Luca finally came home.

With his broad shoulders, narrow waist, tall frame, and long legs, Luca's deep blue eyes reminded her of the Siberian sea.

He ignored Olivia sitting at the table and walked straight to the sofa, where he sat.

Olivia stood up. "I'll run a bath for you!"

"Wait," Luca said, looking at her. "I need to talk to you about something."

Olivia had a bad feeling.

"Olivia, let's get a divorce," Luca said, a strange mix of emotions stirring in him as the words came out.

Three years of marriage had been a burden for both of them. It was time to end it.

He handed her the divorce papers he had prepared long ago.

"Look, our marriage was just some corporate merger bullshit our families cooked up. You can't stand me, I can't stand you. We're both miserable. Let's just cut our losses." He stopped for a beat. "But there's this family gathering next month. Let's hold off on making it official until after the party's over. Linus has been pretty sick lately, and I don't want to stress the old man out."

Linus was Luca's grandfather.

Olivia took the papers, seeing Luca's signature already on them. A mix of grievance and anger surged in her heart. "Is this because of Windy? You want to divorce me to marry her?"

Luca was stunned for a moment, then frowned. "Don't talk nonsense. Windy has always been like a little sister to me!"

A sister? What kind of brother-sister thing is that when you're not even blood?

And Windy was actually her half-sister, born to a different mother.

Years ago, Olivia's father had an affair, and her mother left in anger, taking Olivia with her. During the lowest point of her life, she met Luca and secretly loved him for ten whole years.

She thought they'd never cross paths, but Linus chose her to be Luca's wife.

Olivia believed that if she loved him with all her heart, he would eventually understand her feelings.

But after three years—everything she did, all her feelings—turned out to be a joke.

The person Luca loved from the very beginning was Windy, her father's illegitimate daughter.

"A sister? That's just an excuse to cover up your disgusting relationship! You just want me to step aside for Windy."

"Olivia!" Luca couldn't believe how vicious her thoughts were. "You're a woman—you should get how much reputation matters to a girl. Have some decency and quit running your mouth. Don't trash Windy's name like that!"

Luca didn't want to argue anymore. He stood up, grabbed his suit jacket from the sofa, and headed for the door. "My lawyer will handle the rest with you. If you have any demands about the property, tell him. I'll try my best to meet them."

Olivia clenched her fists. Moments later, she chased after Luca, who was already at the door. "If you walk out of this door right now, I'll call the reporters and tell them you're impotent!"

Luca spun around, his eyes practically shooting fire. "When have I ever been impotent?"

Olivia's heart ached, but her words were still sharp. "Three years of marriage and you've never slept with me. If that's not impotence, what is?"

Even someone with the best temper would be furious at this. Luca gritted his teeth. "Olivia, I've already said I'll do my best to satisfy you with the property. What else are you unhappy about?"

Olivia suppressed her anger, trying to keep her voice calm. "Forget it. Let's eat first."

Her sudden change in attitude made Luca frown. "What are you up to now?"

He was ready for a fight, but now she was acting like this?

She seemed oddly calm, which was unnatural.

"We've been married for three years. Can't you even have a meal with me?" Olivia turned and went into the kitchen.

Ten minutes later, she brought out a bowl of steaming creamy mushroom soup, paired with two slices of golden, crispy garlic bread.

"Yesterday was your birthday. Luckily, it's still not too late. Luca, happy birthday!"

Luca stared at her for a long time, complex emotions flickering in his deep blue eyes.

Olivia smiled faintly. "What, afraid I poisoned it? Are you that scared?"

Luca couldn't stand being provoked. He picked up the utensils in front of him.

Olivia kept smiling as she watched him eat everything, then watched as his eyes started to lose focus.

"What did you put in this?" Luca asked, clinging to his last bit of clarity.

Olivia got up and straddled him. "I want you to fulfill your duties as a husband."

She had lived three years without sex.

Now that they were getting divorced, she wanted to make up for all the frustration she had endured over the years!

She wanted to have sex with Luca!

"You're insane!" Luca's eyes were filled with rage.

Olivia ignored him. She reached out to untie his tie, leaning down to kiss his throat.

A low groan escaped, and Luca instinctively gripped her waist.

Olivia's kisses trailed downward until she unbuckled his belt. Before she could go further, Luca grabbed her and pulled her up.

Her struggles were drowned out by his rough movements. She only felt her clothes being torn off.

Before she could even gasp, he thrust his thick length forcefully inside her.

"You asked for it!" Luca bit her shoulder, his large hands gripping her chest as his movements below grew faster.

An hour later, they finally parted.

Olivia, her body sore and weak, managed to get up.

"Your skills are really not that great, Luca," she mocked, her body still trembling.

No man could tolerate being told he's bad in bed. Luca grabbed her and pinned her down. "Forgot how you begged me in bed just now? Let me remind you."

Olivia slapped his hand away. "Aren't you afraid of betraying your dear Windy?"

At the mention of Windy, Luca stopped.

Olivia felt a sharp stab in her heart as she looked at his face. "Luca, you jerk!"
