In this world, the omegas go into heat when it's time for them to seek their partners, either their Betas or Alphas for mating. 

Omegas are always kept in a hidden room because if any Alpha notices their leaked Pheromones, it can drive them crazy and make them do the unthinkable.

The Alphas also have a time when they seek mating, which is called “RUT” 

Pheromones: This refers to everyone’s personal scent. In this book, our female lead's pheromones are “Creamy Milk” and our male lead emits the scent of “Mint”. 

During their heat or Rut, the scent around them becomes more powerful and pronounced. 

Energy: The more powerful your rank is, the more energy you have. For example, when an SSS+ Alpha releases his Energy, it can make hundreds of “SS+” Alphas kneel in pain.
