Chapter 5 The Stupidity of Alpha Almarjaf

Alpha Almarjaf was already at Witch Aexso's place; she had also explained everything.

At first, Witch Aexso was disappointed with Alpha Almarjaf for accusing Henary without strong evidence and doubting her family's loyalty to the Wolves.

But Witch Aexso still helped Alpha Almarjaf to find Henary's whereabouts; perhaps they would repair their relationship.

"How have Henary's whereabouts been found? My power can't penetrate to find Henary's whereabouts," Alpha Almarjaf asked.

"Alas! Henary is in Xaero territory," said Witch Aexso.

"No way! Why would Henary be in enemy territory?" Alpha Almarjaf growled.

"It's likely that the man who helped Henary at that time was Leondra; you know yourself that your power alone doesn't work to reveal Henary's whereabouts," explained Witch Aexso.

"Why did Leondra save Henary? What is their relationship? It is impossible for Henary to have a relationship with a vampire."

"She knows very well that vampires are the wolf's greatest enemy," Alpha Almarjaf growled.

"Of course he does. You just do not know who your wife really is; if only you were not stupid and immediately touched Henary, everything would be safe and running smoothly," said Witch Aexso.

"Even though Zaeval has been very devoted to you and gave up Henary to become an ordinary human for your sake. We witches willingly complied with Zaeval's wishes to seal away Henary's powers."

"Yes, I was a fool! I regret it!" she said quietly.

"You should have made Henary yours immediately; surely the Wolf would have been the strongest. You know Henary is very special because he was born chosen by the Moon Goddess on the Red Moon."

"Her mother is indeed an ordinary human, but she has pure blood that is the target of various circles," explained Witch Aexso.

"If I come directly to Xaero, it's the same as inviting war," Alpha Almarjaf said quietly.

"Do you still care about that? You let Henary stay with Leondra longer, and they got closer," asked Witch Aexso.

"I won't help you anymore if they're already in love," she continued.

"That will never happen! Henary would be loyal to me," Alpha Almarjaf growled.

"No one knows about heart feelings; you don't even think of Henary as a wife."

"She's supposed to be Luna in Pack Astar, but you treat Henary like a servant," said Witch Aexso with a dismissive look at Alpha Almarjaf.

"I never treated Henary like a servant!" said Alpha Almarjaf unhappily.

"Didn't you? You gave Henary low-level power, the equivalent of a servant's power. Is that fair to Henary?"

Alpha Almarjaf looked upset; he knew the mistake of being too stupid in acting, even though Henary had been very good to him.

Not just to him, but to his entire family.

But who knows what made him trust the Earl more, even though they were no longer in a relationship?

"I know my mistake, but there's no need to keep cornering me," Alpha Almarjaf grumbled.

"I will help you to get into Xaero. I will make a special potion within three days so that they don't smell the Wolf's scent from your body," said Witch Aexso, which made Alpha Almarjaf happy.

"Thank you for your help." Alpha Almarjaf then left Witch Aexso's residence.

He would be back in three days and left immediately to bring Henary back.

In Xaero, Leondra was seen holding back her emotions. She already knew everything.

Henary would always be with her; she would not let anyone take Henary back.

"I have to execute a special plan so that Henary stays with me," Leondra muttered under her breath.

"Leondra, what's wrong? You seem to be thinking about something; do you have a problem?" asked me who had just come out of the room.

"I have a little important business with my friend; can I leave for a while? I promise I won't be long," Leondra replied with a pleading look.

"Oh my! Leondra. What happened to you? You can go; I'll be safe here. Don't worry about me too much." I chuckled at Leondra's behavior.

3 hours Henary was asleep; it turned out that Leondra had also gone home. Henary walked over to Leondra, who seemed to be daydreaming while holding something. What was Leondra holding?

"Leondra, are you home? What are you holding?" I asked.

"Look," Leondra replied with a chuckle. "I don't want to make you sad, but you should know. I got it from my friend earlier."

Henary then received the item in the form of a small box, she was curious enough to open the box.

It turned out to be an invitation. Henary's tears fell; it was Alpha Almarjaf and Earl's wedding invitation.

Are they going to have a wedding? How is that possible? Is Alpha Almarjaf really unable to appreciate me?

"Why are they getting married?"

"You forget, Almarjaf doesn't love you, and you were accused of having an affair with another man. Your rumors are so bad among the Wolves, they no longer consider you alive."

"I thought Earl and Almarjaf were in a relationship before; maybe they are still in love.

Henary wiped her tears; she could not accept her fate.

"You still don't understand why Almarjaf wants to marry you? It's because of the benefits. Almarjaf's parents prefer you, right?" Leondra explained.

"What should I do? He doesn't respect me at all; if I try to cancel their marriage, it won't be possible; they'll kill me on the spot. But I'm not willing for him to get married again," I said.

"To avenge their actions, I'm willing to help you. I'm even willing to become an affair in order to help you," Leondra said.

I hugged Leondra's body because I needed support. My heart was hurting so much.

"Is it okay for you to be my mistress?" I said softly.

"Of course. But if I make you fall in love, you have to marry me. Do you agree?" Leondra said as she gently rubbed Henary's cheek.

"Don't think about that jerk anymore, because he doesn't care about you either!" she continued.

"You're right," I said softly.

"Now kiss my lips to convince your heart that you will forget and avenge that bastard!"

I paused and hesitated, but I moved closer to Leondra's face while closing my eyes, then kissed her on the lips.

"What an interesting start!" Leondra said to herself. Then she pulled Henary into her arms.
