Chapter 5

Since my return to the family under the new identity of Seraphina Malcolm, everything had begun to change.

Members of the family slowly started to look at me differently, and Lily's false image was gradually being exposed.

The perfect, pureblood wolf she had pretended to be was beginning to crack, and I, ready to use this to my advantage, prepared to bring her down.

"Lily’s pureblood status can no longer be protected," I whispered to myself. Under the moonlight, my wolf nature awakened once again, filling me with immense strength.

"Are you ready?" Dr.Morris’s voice broke through my thoughts. He stood by the door, still the one who cared for me, still the healer I needed, offering his support. “Unmasking Lily's true face is the key to your revenge.”

I nodded. “It’s time. Her true nature will be exposed tonight. She thinks she can hide behind the family’s power forever. But everything will crumble now.”

That night, a family meeting was called, and all the members were present. I knew this was the moment to act. This was my chance to expose Lily's deceit and destroy her image in front of everyone.

“What are you doing, Seraphina?” Lily’s voice snapped as she approached me, wary and defensive.

“I think it’s time to reveal the truth, Lily,” I said coolly, my gaze sharp. “You can no longer hide behind your so-called pureblood identity.”

She frowned, feigning ignorance. "What are you talking about?"

I took out a file and placed it on the table in front of her. “This is your past, Lily. The pureblood identity you've been hiding is about to be exposed. You’ve fooled everyone, but I won’t let you deceive them anymore.”

Her face paled as panic flashed in her eyes. “You’re lying! This isn’t real!”

“Oh, really?” I smirked, pushing the file closer toward her. “You think you can hide from me? You’ve been deceiving the family all this time, but now everything is coming to light.”

The room grew silent as others began murmuring. The family members, once loyal to Lily, started questioning her.

"Is this true?" one elder whispered, eyes wide with disbelief.

“You’ve been hiding your true identity?” another elder asked, shock evident in his voice.

Lily took a step back, her composure slipping. “No, it’s not true. I... I never did anything wrong.”

But the damage had already been done. The family was beginning to doubt her, and her mask of perfection was falling apart.

I could feel the air shift—Lily was losing control. She had always relied on her bloodline to protect her, but now it was exposed for the lie it was. Her hold on the family was weakening.

"You think you can keep pretending, Lily?" I stepped closer, my tone icy. "Your deception has ended. Now, you’ll pay the price for your lies."

Lily’s face twisted in frustration, her voice shaky with desperation. "You... you won’t get away with this, Seraphina!"

"You’ve already lost," I said coldly, watching as her power and influence crumbled in front of the family. "You can no longer manipulate the family with your false claims."

As Lily’s true identity was exposed, the family’s loyalty began to shift. One by one, they began questioning her, and I could sense their support gradually turning in my favor.

Dr.Morris’s words echoed in my mind: "This is just the beginning, Seraphina. You’ve awakened not only your strength but the family’s loyalty."

I looked at Lily one last time, her face pale and trembling. "I’ll make sure you’ll never rise again," I whispered, knowing the next phase of my revenge had already begun.
