Chapter 326

Tessa’s POV

Tingles spread across my body as Joseph touched and kissed every inch of me. His lips wrapped around my nipple, and I felt his tongue circle around the little nub. My body was wound up so tightly that I thought I was going to combust from that alone. I was hot all over and I knew I was probably as red as a cherry.

I let out a breathy moan as he twirled one nipple between his fingers and bit onto the other with his teeth. My back arched when I felt his erection at my entrance. We were both already naked and ready for one another. I ran my fingers down his broad chest and down his torso until I felt his erection with my hands. He was hard and ready for me, and my mouth watered. I wanted to taste him and please him like all the times he’s pleased me.

I flipped out of position, and he gave me a grin, already knowing what I had on my mind. Joseph could read me like a book, and I loved him so much for that. I kissed down his chest and his belly; his breathing grew heavier with anticipation as I made my way to his manhood. He groaned out my name as my lips wrapped around him.

He pre-cum hit my tongue and a bolt of electricity coursed through me, igniting me in a way that only Joseph could do. I slid him further into my mouth as he draped his fingers through my hair. He lifted his hips to slide himself further down my throat and then back out again. I hollowed out my cheeks to leave more room for him and I made a humming sound so I wouldn’t choke on him too badly.

As he hit the back of my throat, I felt the head of his cock swelling and twitching. I knew he was going to explode at any moment, which only made me work more vigorously. He jerked his hips even faster to keep up with my pace; I swirled my tongue around the head of his manhood, tasting the spurts of him that came free.

With a loud moan and my name leaving his lips, he released himself and I felt his warm pleasure sliding down my throat.

I released him from my mouth with a loud pop and grinned at him just as he grabbed my hips and pulled me toward him, his mouth crashing into mine. I moaned as his tongue slid around the inside of my mouth, tasting himself on me.

I straddled his lap and threw my head back as his manhood found my entrance and slid deep inside of me.

“Oh, Joseph. Yes…” I gasped as he stretched me with his cock. He kept a firm grip on my hips and moved me up and down, hitting my G-spot every time. My legs tingled and a burst of pleasure shot throughout my body with every thrust. Between kissing my lips, he also kissed my breasts and continued to tease my nipples.

My core clenched around him, and I felt myself climbing to the top. It felt like I was in a different world and the only thing I could feel, taste, see, and smell was Joseph. I screamed his name, not caring if everybody in this house could hear me.

Just before he pushed me over the edge, I looked into his captivating eyes and I could see not only lust and desires but also love and passion.

“I love you, Tessa,” he said, echoing my thoughts.

Hearing his declaration was enough to push me the rest of the way over the edge.

“I love you!” I panted as I came undone on top of him.

With a couple more thrusts, he was coming undone with me.

We remained intimately connected for a short while as he held me and rubbed circles around my back, sending warm tingles throughout my body. Our breathing was heavy but in sync. He peppered soft kisses along my hairline and when I finally found the strength to look up at him, his lips brushed across mine.

I breathed into him, allowing the kiss to deepen.

There was a hesitant knock on the door and then I heard Cole saying, “If you are done screwing, dinner is ready.”

My cheeks burned red, but I couldn’t help the laughter that bubbled out of me. Joseph joined me as we both laughed. Sliding out of me, he finally got out of bed and handed me my clothes off the ground.

“We are coming,” I told Cole from the other side of the door, then clamped my lips shut after I realized what I had just said.

It only made Joseph laugh even harder.

“Gross,” Cole muttered, but his voice got further away so I knew he was walking away.

“They are never going to let me live that one down,” I murmured.

Joseph pulled his shirt on and then wrapped me in his arms, kissing me soundly on the lips.

“No, they are not,” he said. “But at least everybody in this house knows you are mine.”

I laughed at that, holding up my hand.

“As if this giant engagement ring and the baby in my belly weren’t enough?” I asked.

He smiled and kissed me deeply before I pulled away so I could finish pulling on my clothes.

“I might be a vampire, but I still like to mark my territory,” he teased, winking at me.

I shook my head at that and together we went to join the others for dinner.

They were all looking at us when we entered the kitchen and that embarrassment returned. They all definitely heard what went on upstairs.

“Cole drew the short straw,” Bennet teased. “None of us wanted to get you for dinner after what we heard.”

I rolled my eyes and took my seat beside Joseph at the table. They made roast beef, potatoes, and roasted carrots. My mouth was watering from the different aromas. I was starving. I was much hungrier than I usually am, and I had a feeling I had my little bundle of joy to thank for that.

“I was thinking we can practice more magic this evening,” Esme said between mouthfuls of food. “We need to work ourselves back up to being the strongest coven in the world. I have a feeling what’s about to come isn’t good and we need to be prepared.”

We all nodded in agreement.

“How did everybody due in training today?” I asked her.

“Very well,” she admitted, giving everyone nods of acknowledgment. “They focused on their individual elemental powers because that’s what they are strongest in. But they could use some more work. You have barely practiced your own powers and you need to if you want to defeat your stepmother.”

I swallowed the lump in my throat; I hadn’t even told them that I had seen her earlier that day. She was back early, and I wasn’t sure why.

“What exactly is that nut planning?” Amy asked, looking at Esme and then looking at me. The worry she felt was evident and mirrored my own.

“Well, right now we know she’s trying to get a potion that will keep the bloodlust away,” Esme answered. “I doubt she will have much luck with it though. Lucias had special connections; no witch in their right mind would hand over a potion to a vampire knowing that the withdrawal of the potion is detrimental.”

“Then why give the potion to Lucias?” Amy countered, the look of disgust all over her face.

“That’s what I’d like to know,” Esme agreed, shaking her head with dismay written all over her face. “It doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe Lucias had something held over their heads, or maybe he used magic to persuade them. Either way, they handed the potion over to Lucias and he gave it to Eevee. This was how she was able to fool everybody into thinking she was a typical human.” She looked at me pointedly. “It was how she convinced your father.”

“We also know she’s using a mind control spell to keep my father under her arm,” I blurted, shaking my head and feeling drained as I remembered my conversation with my father.

He was so angry with me for even suggesting she was up to no good. Every time the subject came up, I saw a dark swirl of something going through his eyes. I knew the words he spoke to me weren’t his own.

“He’s not going to believe a thing I say unless that spell is broken,” I say, sighing.

“It’s not impossible. We need to find the object the spell is connected to,” Esme said. “Once we find that object, we can break the spell.”

I thought about the necklace that Eevee was wearing when I saw her earlier.

“Could it be a necklace?” I asked, meeting Esme’s eyes.

She frowned.

“Well, yeah. It could be anything,” she answered. “Why? Does she wear a necklace?”

I took a deep breath; I figured now was a better time than any to come clean.

“Yes,” I answered. “I saw a necklace earlier today.”

They all stopped eating to stare at me, Joseph included. I couldn’t even meet his eyes as I fixed my attention on my plate.

“What do you mean earlier today?” Esme asked, her eyes narrowed in my direction.

“I saw her today,” I confessed. “She was here… in the city.”
