Chapter 5 The Unraveling

I woke up feeling kinda lighter that morning. The hike with Mom and all that studying actually helped. For the first time in days, Derek wasn’t popping into my head every five seconds. No random thoughts about his thick cock or the way he growled in my ear. My body finally chilled out. Maybe I was getting over that drunk one-night thing. Just a stupid mistake. Time to move on for real.

I was grabbing my backpack for school when Mom stopped me in the kitchen. She looked extra pretty, hair all nice and that big smile on her face. “Amelia, come straight home after your last class today, okay? No chilling with friends. I want you to meet my new guy. We’ve got some really good news to share.”

My stomach did a flip, but I smiled back. “For real? That’s awesome, Mom. I’m happy for you. I’ll be home early, promise.” Inside though, I felt protective. I needed to check this dude out first. Make sure he was good enough for her. She deserved someone decent after being alone so long.

The whole day went way better than I expected. Classes didn’t feel endless. I sat through nursing lectures without spacing out about grey eyes or strong hands pinning me down. No sneaky little touches under the desk thinking about how Derek stretched me so full. I even laughed with Maria at lunch and she didn’t bug me about my “glow.” I felt focused. Normal. It was nice.

After school I rushed back to our big Vance mansion. I ran upstairs, yanked off my jeans and t-shirt, and took my time picking an outfit. I wanted to look good for Mom’s big moment. I slipped into this soft blue dress that hugged my body just right. Brushed my hair until it looked shiny, put on a little makeup. Standing in front of the mirror, I practiced a nice smile. “I got this. Be supportive. Mom deserves to be happy.”

My heart beat faster as I walked down the stairs. I smoothed my dress over my hips and took each step slow, trying to stay calm. When I turned the corner into the dining room, it looked super fancy. Candles were flickering and the table was set with the good china and flowers everywhere. Mom stood there beaming, holding the arm of this tall guy in a nice suit. Broad shoulders, dark hair. He was facing away, looking at one of the paintings on the wall.

“Darling,” Mom said, all excited, “I want you to meet Derek.”

The guy turned around.

Grey eyes. Those same stormy grey eyes that stared down at me while he fucked me so hard in his bed. The same eyes that watched me come all over his tongue, legs shaking like crazy. Derek Finn. My hockey coach. The stranger who wrecked my pussy and filled me up with his cum.

My lungs felt like they stopped working. The room started spinning. His face went totally pale, mouth opening but no words coming out. He looked at me like I was a ghost. My knees went weak. This couldn’t be real. The man who made me scream and beg was standing right here in my mom’s dining room.

Mom didn’t notice at first. She just kept smiling, holding his arm. “Derek, this is my daughter Amelia. She’s a nursing student, super smart and beautiful.”

I made my legs move forward. My hands were shaking when I shook his big hand. The same hand that slapped my ass and gripped my hips while he pounded me from behind. A spark shot through me. My pussy clenched hard just from touching him, like my body still remembered everything.

“Nice to meet you,” Derek said in that low rough voice, but I could hear he was freaked out. His eyes stayed on mine a second too long. I saw the panic, but also something hotter. Memories flooded my head — his mouth sucking my clit till I lost it, his thick cock thrusting me open, me riding him all sweaty and desperate. I pressed my thighs together under my dress.

Mom pulled us to the table. “Sit down! I made your favorite pasta, Amelia. Derek’s been excited to meet you.”

We sat but the air felt weird and thick. I kept sneaking looks at him. He looked different in the suit, all clean, but I knew what was under it. That hard chest, those abs, the huge dick that fucked me. My nipples got hard just thinking about it. I hated how my body reacted right in front of Mom.

Halfway through dinner, Mom couldn’t hold it anymore. She put her fork down and grabbed Derek’s hand, showing off a shiny diamond ring. “We’re engaged! Derek asked me last week and I said yes. We’re getting married, baby. You’re the first to know.”

The words hit me like a slap. Engaged? Married? My mom was marrying the guy who fucked me raw and came inside me while I moaned like a slut. Derek’s face stayed tight, but his eyes flicked to me. I couldn’t breathe. The ring sparkled under the candles as Mom waved her hand, looking so happy and glowy.

“This is great, right?” she said, looking between us. “We’re finally gonna be a real family again.”

I nodded like a robot, forcing a smile. “Yeah… wow. Congrats, Mom.” My voice sounded fake. Under the table, my legs were shaking. I could still feel the soreness from that night, like my pussy was reminding me who owned it first.

Mom laughed and leaned into Derek, but then her smile kinda faded. She looked at us more closely, noticing how stiff we were. The way Derek kept staring. The way I couldn’t look away.

“Do you two know each other?” she asked suddenly, head tilting. “You’re both acting really weird.”

The question hung there heavily. My heart slammed in my chest. Derek’s face was literally red; I opened my mouth, but nothing came out. The truth was right on my tongue — that her fiancé had bent me over and fucked me like crazy, filled me with his cum, made me come harder than ever. How was I supposed to say that out loud?

The candles kept flickering as Mom waited for an answer, her happy face growing confused.
