Chapter 4 Is Eliana Summer Night Breeze?
EverBlaze Media?
Eliana froze for a moment, then remembered she had sent in an application to EverBlaze Media before leaving the Sullivan family.
EverBlaze Media sure worked fast. They'd already gotten back to her.
If this were Steven's company, it would've dragged on for half a month.
The Sullivans really were useless.
Eliana pressed her lips together, quickly pulled herself together, and softened her tone.
"Sure, I'll be at the audition on time. By the way, could you text me your company's address along with the exact time and any requirements for the audition?"
"No problem."
Her calm and professional manner left a good impression on the person on the other end of the line, and their voice warmed up noticeably.
"Also, just a heads-up — our boss likes to keep a low profile. So before the audition results are out, I'd suggest you don't post anything on social media about coming to EverBlaze Media to audition."
Social media?
Eliana's heart skipped a beat.
She made some small talk and hung up, then fell into thought.
After she entered the entertainment industry, Samuel had ordered her not to open any social media accounts — he was afraid she'd go online and tell people about what she'd been through in the Sullivan family, or reveal the truth about her relationship with the Sullivans. So as far as most people knew, she had no online presence at all.
But she did have one account.
It was on X, under the name "Summer Night Breeze" — a music account where she shared her original work.
She had only posted three songs so far, but all three were exceptional, and she had already built up 70 million followers.
For someone who had only posted three times since opening the account, that kind of follower retention was nothing short of staggering.
Eliana remembered that in her past life, her third brother Sean Sullivan would discover that account six months later.
Then, to keep up Charlotte's image as a talented and artistic girl, Simon and Tiffany used family guilt to pressure her into handing that account over to Charlotte.
Charlotte went on to use the songs Eliana had posted to release an album, which broke into the international market and turned her into a globally recognized star.
Now that she'd been reborn, she wasn't going to hand over the account she'd worked so hard to build. She was going to use it to hit Charlotte hard.
Eliana tightened her grip on her phone, a cold gleam slowly rising in her eyes.

#Rising artist Charlotte suspected of plagiarizing Summer Night Breeze's new track#
That night, two stories quietly climbed to the top of trending lists across every major social platform.
Within just over an hour, public opinion had completely spiraled out of control.
It all started when "Summer Night Breeze," a music blogger with a strong international following, posted her fourth single along with some thoughts on her creative process.
Almost immediately, people noticed that the new song bore a striking resemblance to a demo Charlotte — a newcomer in the entertainment industry — had posted online not long ago.
And that wasn't even the most damning part. The real issue was that Charlotte had brought up that demo on multiple occasions, claiming it was her own original work.
On one side, a regular singer who had never released any original music. On the other, a music blogger who had won over fans both at home and abroad purely on talent.
Anyone capable of thinking for themselves knew who to believe.
And just like that, Charlotte got dragged onto the trending list.
[Of all the people to plagiarize, she had to pick my idol? Charlotte, go to hell.]
[Honestly, I've been wanting to say this for a while — has anyone else noticed? The resources Charlotte's gotten since her debut are way too good. Who exactly is she?]
[I don't know who she is, but I do know her whole image feels fake. Her fans keep marketing her as this creative, talented artist, but when she was on that variety show, she couldn't even read sheet music.]
[Her vocals are rough too. A lot of her songs would've blown up ages ago if a more talented singer had performed them.]
[How come the comments are all dragging Charlotte? Where are her fans? She's been pretty popular lately — why isn't anyone doing damage control?]
[Her traffic is all bought. She doesn't have real fans. Just wait — once her agency sees the trending topic, the bots will flood in.]
[Then let's enjoy this while the bots are still offline.]
……
The Sullivan family had spent the past two days dealing with Eliana. By the time they caught wind of what was trending, the plagiarism scandal had already blown wide open.
"Mom, Dad, everyone online is coming after me. What do I do?"
Late that night, the family gathered in the living room — an unusual occurrence. Charlotte sat between Simon and Tiffany, phone in hand, her eyes swollen from crying.
"It's okay, Charlotte, don't be upset. Steven's already reaching out to get people on it. All the negative coverage will be scrubbed from the internet soon."
Tiffany pulled Charlotte close, her face full of concern.
"Samuel, I asked you to look into that music blogger. Did you find anything?"
Simon pinched the bridge of his nose, looking worn out.
"That's the root of the whole problem. If she'd just post something saying Charlotte licensed the song from her, all the backlash would disappear overnight."
"I already had my assistant reach out to Summer Night Breeze, but we haven't heard back. And on top of that... it looks like someone deliberately buried her personal information."
Samuel's expression darkened as he brought up "Summer Night Breeze."
"With what I have access to right now, I can't figure out who's behind that account."
"The original demo Charlotte used was written by Eliana. Mom, Dad... do you think Summer Night Breeze could actually be Eliana?"
Charlotte was sitting across from Samuel. When she heard what he said, she let out an uneasy cough.
Eliana?
No. Whatever the truth was, she couldn't let the Sullivans connect "Summer Night Breeze" to Eliana.
If they found out Eliana was talented — and useful — would she, the fake daughter, still get to keep everyone's attention and love?
Charlotte curled into Tiffany's arms and used the motion of rubbing her eyes to hide every emotion flickering beneath the surface.
"Sean, you're giving Eliana way too much credit. If she really were Summer Night Breeze, she would've told you all by now to get your attention. She wouldn't have kept her identity hidden this whole time."
