Chapter 23 Evie

I woke up groggy.  Not knowing what day it is. I feel the bed next to me so I can cuddle Leo but he's gone and his side is cold.

I bolt up, at the smell of pancakes and fresh coffee. Is he making breakfast?

Wrapping my robe around myself, I walk downstairs and into the kitchen before stopping dead...
