Chapter 1 The First Fall
Sienna
It happened in a flash.
One moment, it was the innocent, giddy love of a 19-year-old. The next, that love had twisted into something vicious. A hunger, a different kind of desire.
"Come, Sien," he ordered.
I dropped to my hands and knees, whimpering against the gag that choked my voice. A sharp hiss followed as the whip trailed teasingly across my naked body.
"Good girl," he praised, and the words made a violent, sudden shiver of excitement run through me.
How did it all turn out this way?
"A man prefers them big, right?" I asked, not really expecting an answer.
My eyes were boredly tracing Haven Greene's body on one of the dancing poles. Her chest was a show all its own, they seem to move and bounce with every single step.
"Of course!" Ren answered, sounding way too happy about it.
I glared at him, then rolled my eyes in disgust.
"I-I mean, hey," he stammered, looking away fast. "I like big dicks. It's the same kind of logic, right?"
"No, it's not," Priscia cut in, giving my shoulder a firm pat. "Big or not, a real man will love you no matter how you look."
"So, you're saying I'm not good-looking?" I challenged her.
She froze. "O-of course you are!"
I sighed and looked back at Haven, then glanced down at my own chest.
If only I had bigger breasts. If only I was older. Would he finally notice me, or would he still just see a kid?
I rolled my eyes and pushed my chair back, standing up.
"Where are you going?" Ren asked.
"Dancing," I replied with a tight smirk as I walked toward an open pole.
"Oh, shit, she's drunk!" I heard Ren gasp. "You're not even 21 yet!"
I wasn't drunk; I was pissed. Pissed at my age and, mostly, pissed at my chest.
I felt the rhythm hit me and started to move. Slowly, my hand gripped the cold steel pole. I let my hips sway wide and slow before pulling my body up, using my legs to climb the pole in a tight spiral. I slid back down, letting my back arch deeply, trailing my fingers along my legs until I was kneeling at the base, looking up.
"Shit. Sienna really is irresistible."
"Damn. Look at that slutty waist."
I heard the boys whispering, but maybe I was drunk, because the words blurred into meaningless noise.
But I was still sober enough to see one of the boys start to climb onto the stage. I didn't hesitate—I slammed my heel straight into his face.
"Stay where you are, trash."
When I pulled my foot back, his nose was already bleeding. I hadn't even pressed down hard.
"Why are you bleeding?" I asked, watching the floor lights start to swim in my vision.
"Because, princess, you don't seem to have any idea what you do to them."
The voice came from right behind me. I knew the low, sharp tone instantly.
Alpha Sebastian.
No, I'm hearing things. I really must be drunk.
I whipped around to look, but my balance was gone. Before I could fall, he grabbed my waist in a grip like steel.
"I’m taking you home. Your brother is furious."
I don’t know how I got there, but suddenly I was sitting in his car.
“Don’t throw up, alright?” he said with that deep, gentle voice as he buckled my seatbelt.
I couldn't help but take a deep breath of his scent. I’m a wolf, after all—it was just natural. And damn, he smelled good.
Before I could stop myself, I pulled him toward me, hugging him tight and burying my face into his shirt.
"I must apologize, Sien. While I appreciate the sentiment, this position is a bit uncomfortable, and I do need both hands free to drive safely." he said with a soft chuckle.
I sighed, a little annoyed, then let go and crashed out on the leather seat.
The sound of my door opening woke me up. It was one of the maids, who brought in a bowl of soup, followed by my very irritated brother, Dante.
“What?” I asked, matching his scowl as I took a hot sip of the soup.
Dante gave me a slow, fake smile. “You have no right to forget last night. Dancing on a pole? Kicking a pack member in the face?”
“Wait, I have a splitting headache.”
“Be glad Sebastian offered to fetch you. If I’d had to come, I would’ve dragged you home by your feet.”
The name hit me so hard I spat out my soup all over the comforter.
“Gross,” Dante said calmly.
“Did you just say Sebastian?!”
“Yeah,” Dante replied with a smirk. “He saw how pathetic you were last night.”
“Fuck. Fuck.” Now I remembered. The bright lights, the heel in the face, the strong arms around my waist.
I buried my face in my hands. How was I supposed to face him? The man I’d had a massive crush on since I was fourteen?
“Oh, so you can feel embarrassed,” he teased, sitting on the edge of the bed. “He also mentioned how heavy you were, despite having no…future.”
That was it. I snapped. I punched him in the stomach and jumped out of bed. My brother knew exactly how insecure I was about my chest not growing, and he had been using it against me for years.
“Fuck you!”
“I love you too, sis,” he coughed out.
“Is that how an Alpha acts?” I snapped, already tearing through my closet for clean clothes.
“You are my sister,” he answered simply.
“One more thing. You’ll be living with Sebastian from now on. Think of it as your punishment.” He dropped the bomb and walked out before I could make him repeat it.
Say, what now?! But wait, isn’t that more of a reward?!
