Chapter 2 .

Ro's pov.

I got in the passenger seat to Jason's car with Mia and Cassidy in the backseat.

"Violet, what did they do to you this time?" Mia asked with concern. Yeah Violet is what they call me in the gang, and they gave me the nickname because of my eyes.

"Well yesterday I was 10 minutes late because the dinner was packed more or less until closing time. So I couldn't just leave Mila handle it all by herself." I started to explain. When I also put on some concealer on my face, to cover the bruises that's visible.

"When I got home Weston was waiting for me. Ready to deliver a punch to my abdomen, before he continued to give me a few blows." I continued while still applying the makeup.

"Then after that it was the usual treatment, and I think Ruth carved a new word on my back." I finished saying while looking over myself. To see if I had anymore bruises I need to cover up for the day.

"So Jason, can you check it when we get to school, to see if you have to stich it?" I asked with a sweet smile looking over at Jason.

I could see Jason, Mia and Cassidy was raging. I know they hate hearing it, but I also know they will pester me till I tell them. So better to be honest with them right away, than deal with that whole dance.

"You know I got you Baby girl." Jason said taking one of my hands in his, and gave it a gentle squeeze.

"Thank you." I said softly. I truly am blessed to have such good friends, they are family, everyone in my gang is.

"Violet, are you working today?" Cassidy asked with a smile. I looked back at her in the backseat and nodded.

"How long are you working? I was thinking to come by and just get my dinner there today." She then said with a smile.

"I work till 9 o'clock." I said still smiling at her. "Well then I will come by before you get off." She said and I nodded happily.

I love it when they come by to say hi when I work, Mila does as well. She says she truly love all my friends and they seem like such great people.

Shortly after we get to the school, and we find a place to park that's a little away from the entrance. Even if we are early, and can get a good spot closer. Jason has to stich me up, so we need some more privacy.

If I would have to walk to school, it would take me 30 minutes. So to keep up the front with Ruth and Weston, I leave early. It also give us some time to hang out before school starts.

We get out of the car and walk to the trunk of Jason's car. He open it and find the med kit he has there. Yeah this is not the first time he've had to stich me up.

I took off my hoodie, and it's not the first time they see me in a sports bra. We have been working out a lot together over the years. So I don't worry about anything with them.

They all hissed when they saw my body. I know it's not a pretty sight. It's a color chart of black, blue and purple. Multiple bruises in different healing stages.

"Violet." Ace said and I could hear the hint of anger in his voice. I tuned my back to Jason so he could start cleaning and stitching my wounds. I looked over my shoulder at Ace.

"Yes Ace?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. "I can't keep watching how they treat you, it's not okay. You are our leader, you're also like a sister to all of us. We can't keep seeing you hurt like this." Ace said looking at me with a serious expression.

"Please don't worry about it, I can handle it." I said with a smile. "Honey, they will kill you at this rate." Kaia said also with a serious look on her face.

I let out a deep sigh. "We have been over this so many times before." I said looking at them seriously.

"I can't just give up on them, they are my family. And I can't hurt them because of the same reasons. My body and mind won't let me. So I will be okay, I can handle it." I said and they all just looked down on my abdomen and back.

I also have so many scars on my body. They all let out a heavy sigh. They know I won't change my mind.

I felt Jason started to gently rub a cream on my body to help the bruises to heal better. And after a little I felt he put his arms around my waist and carefully pulled me into his chest.

That had me look back up at Jason with a raised eyebrow and a smile. "Please take it easy today Baby girl. You need to let your body heal." Jason said resting his forehead against mine. "I will try my best." I said smiling up at him and looked him in the eyes.

He helped me on with my hoodie again, then he took my school bag and we all go inside the school. We got to our lockers and then put our stuff in there we won't need for the first classes.

After that we found a place to chill until we had to go to class. We all kept talking for a while. They stopped pestering me about my bruises, so we kept talking about everything between heaven and earth.

"Oh before I forget Baby girl, here is your medication." Jason said and gave me my heart medicine. Kaia gave me her water bottle, so I could take it.

Yeah I have a heart condition, I got it after a very bad beating. So now I have a little hole in my heart and a heart valve that's not functioning properly.

I have to take medication twice a everyday because of it, and I can't have my medication at home. Weston and Ruth will just think it's drug they can get high on. So Jason has said he will keep them, and give them to me when we're together.

He and my 2th in command, Julian Grant is very good at making sure I take them everyday. Julian is 20 years old. He is 196 cm tall, he has short black hair, forest green eyes, straight nose and strong jawline.

Those two truly are always making sure I'm good, they both can really be some mother hens at times. But I just think it's very sweet of them to care so much.

Shortly after we headed to class and started our school day. I also have a rule that everyone in my crew need to make sure they don't slack at school. They are to have good grades or they will be on temporary leave until they get their grades up. Yep I'm strict like that.
