Listening to Samuel carry on about how I was his and no matter what was going to be his I was done. This man did not know who he was up against. I did not want a mate, not that I thought I was actually his mate. Why did everyone think that a girl always wants a mate? I liked my life. I did not want to mate, did not want a man or mate, did not want to have to answer to anyone but me. I wanted to train and train others.
