Victor passed away at dawn.

He left peacefully, as if he had only fallen asleep.

I held his hand as it slowly grew cold. I did not cry.

I simply sat beside him in silence and watched the sunrise with him one last time.

Following his final wish, I scattered his ashes into the sea he had loved so much...
