At dawn the next morning, Marcus led a strike team out of the Safe Zone.

As the heavy gates ground shut behind them, a nervous energy settled over the base.

Less than two hours later, Victor stood in the center of the plaza.

"Everyone! Listen to me! We are in grave danger!"
