Introduction
The villain wasn’t meant to be emperor, nor was he supposed to be handsome. Yet for reasons I can’t understand, he hates me.
At the Academy of the Arcane, I became untouchable, unstoppable. My beauty was both a weapon and a curse, a cruel reminder of the life I lost.
But none of it mattered to him. Tharros. The Emperor of Shadows. The unchallenged ruler of witches, vampires, werewolves, and fae. His gaze burned with something raw, something personal.
"You made me this way." he growls.
I stared at him, confused. "I don’t even know you."
His laughter was slow, cruel. "Then I’ll make sure you never forget."
Days later, I woke up as his bride. Bound to him by marriage, a punishment, a prison.
Now, I must untangle the truth of his hatred, uncover the past he swears I buried, and face the dark memories that lie in wait.
Because in this game of vengeance, I am both his prisoner and his beautiful prize, one he will break. He craves my pain, but I crave the way he gives it.

❤️ The Council's Verdict ❤️
"Uncle, you send for me." Nyxoria was seen walking toward him. She was in her chamber when a messenger came to pass her the message of her presence being needed in the palace.
Vyr sat upon a throne of pure gold, the sunlight streaming through the open window catching the jewels of his crown and bathing him in a commanding glow. Draped in crimson and sable robes, he radiated quiet authority, a living emblem of power and majesty. Around him, the council of elders, about four, gathered at a massive oaken table, their robes marked by symbols of their clans and wisdom etched into their faces. They all turn to look at her with a big frown and angry looks on their faces, especially the one with a missing arm.
Nyxoria didn't care, her focus was on her uncle who beamed at her when she finally stopped beside him.
"Yes, indeed I did," Vyr said. "What do you say to this?" he asked, pointing at what he and the elders were discussing. A scroll was on the table and in front of Vyr.
Nyxoria looked at the scroll briefly and returned her gaze back to her uncle.
"I say we kill almost all of them and take the others." She told him.
One of the council of elders scoffed at what she said.
Nyxoria's eyes narrowed at him. "Uncle, will you miss him if he is gone? I think his seat is hurting his dirty ass."
Quickly holding one of Nyxoria's hands and Vyr vigorously shook his head at her. He had once made a mistake when she had uttered those words ten years ago when Elder Rue of the Water clan wolf had spoken of killing her, the following day after her parents tragic death. He had grabbed her hair and was shouting at Vyr and then Nyxoria uttered those words 'Uncle, will you miss him if he is gone? Let me start with this arm' and he and the elders had ignored her thinking it was just mere words until Elder Rue suddenly screamed out in pain. That was then they discovered she had cut off the hands holding her hair from the shoulder.
That day and even ten years later Vyr hasn't forgotten. Somehow, Nyxoria always has her sword hidden somewhere in her body and doesn't hesitate to use it.
"Don't Nyxoria," Vyr said and faced the elder that spoke, "do you have anything else to say than scoffed Elder Rivar?" He asked.
Elder Rivar was a 550 hundred and fifty years old werewolf who governed the Fire wolf clan.
"Yes I do, we send them a letter warning them to stop the killings and if they fail to heed to our warnings, we attack."
"You are buying them time you know," Nyxoria said before her uncle would speak. "the Bloodfogers would have already had a plan if you sent them the warnings. Like I said killing them and capturing the ones that survived and then torture them and make them reveal who had told them to use the forbidden dark magic of theirs to capture our pups and use them for sacrifice, is the best idea. If you are sending them a letter, it only means one thing, Rivar, you are working with them."
When their newborns began to go missing in Alabaster Ward; where the new mothers stays until they healed and are ready to go back to their homes, every full moon five pups go missing even though security was tight, this kept going on and it wasn't until when they came to take another pups for the sixth time that one of the mothers that her new born baby was taken noticed how they look and dressed and when she described them to Vyr and the elders after she told them she saw one of them, they immediately know it was the Bloodforgers. Bloodforgers have the ability to control blood and use them for blood magic and for them to be taking their newborns would mean, they are planning something and only the gods know exactly what they are using their pups for.
Rivar glared at her but didn't say a word and none of the Elders said anything.
Nyxoria smirked. "Now that I have all your attention, Rivar," she likes calling his name to provoke him. "Since your clan is the strongest I suggest you take some of your wolf warriors and lead them to the cave the Bloodforgers are staying, kill some to show your strength and capture the others for me to torture, they will confess faster to me than to you."
"Any objections to what my niece has said?" Vyr asked.
The four elders shook their heads at once.
"If there are no objections then Elder Rivar you do as Nyxoria had suggested, I mean that's what I would have said too." Vyr said and Elder Rivar glared at both of them, then stood up and bowed to Vyr before leaving. One after the other they left until Vyr and Nyxoria were left alone.
"You know they are your seniors, Nyxoria, you accord them with respect."
"Then he should act his age uncle and be full of wisdom, how did that brain of his come up with such thoughts?"
Vyr sighed, ever since that night ten years ago, Nyxoria had changed and by each day, she was getting worse.
Ten years ago, the night that changed everything. Vyr had given the servants instructions to clean up Nyxoria's room and arranged the dead bodies of his late twin brother and his wife. Nyxoria hadn’t woken up until the next morning, the news of what happened to High King Laka and his wife had spread and the elders of council had summoned Vyr and his niece to the throne room.
"You killed your parents?" Elder Rivar accused.
"I can't remember," Nyxoria mumbled out.
"Such an act of yours is death by hanging." Elder Rue stated.
"But she has the mark of Obsidian Sigil of Liora." Vyr spoke almost immediately. "So death shouldn't be her punishment and neither should she be punished at all."

After the Affair: Falling into a Billionaire's Arms

On my birthday, he took her on vacation. On our anniversary, he brought her to our home and made love to her in our bed...
Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.
George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.
His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."
Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
Someone... please...

Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
