Introduction
Chapter 1
"Are you ready?"
A head peered into the room from behind the slightly opened door. Madam Elizabeth, the owner of the head, was watching Briana and looking impatient. Tonight they were going to meet someone. They had to hurry if they didn't want the person to get angry for waiting too long.
Briana sat in front of the mirror, touching up her makeup one last time. She didn't seem to recognize the reflection in the mirror. It wasn't really her, she thought to herself. She couldn't possibly be dressed up like a cheap woman peddling her body to millionaires who were willing to spend money for a moment's pleasure. But, in fact, tonight she looked like that. Whether she liked it or not.
"I am ready, madam," Briana replied. She got up from her chair, smoothing out her dress that was so narrow it made her chest feel tight. Madam Elizabeth gave her a dress that was one number smaller than her usual dress size. Not only that. The dress was very short, exposing her thighs and long legs.
"If you're ready, we should see him now," Madam Elizabeth said, breaking Briana's reverie.
Briana swung into a quick stride, following Madam Elizabeth who walked ahead of her. She regulated her breathing, muffling the nervousness that enveloped her. She silently prayed that everything would go smoothly.
Tonight Briana is going to take her revenge on a drug lord named Richard Carter. Because of him, she lost her entire family. Her father, mother, and sister. Richard Carter had killed them cruelly, especially his sister died after being raped by Richard. Now she will take revenge, and kill Richard with her own hands.
They stopped in front of a room and were confronted by two bodyguards dressed in all black who were on guard. Madam Elizabeth approached one of them, whispering something in the man's ear, who knows what. Briana silently watched. The bodyguard nodded, gesturing for the two of them to enter the room.
"Good evening, Mr. Richard."
Madam Elizabeth greeted a heavyset man with sagging fat who was sitting holding a glass of golden-colored drink. His back was against the back of the sofa, and his head was bowed. The man looked at them with a lazy look in his eyes.
Madam Elizabeth then sat beside him, putting her arm around him. Without hesitation she pressed her body that still looked sexy despite her fifty years of age against him. She did not care at all about Richard's indifference.
"Why did you come here?" asked Richard. His voice sounded hoarse and heavy. His eyes briefly looked at Briana.
"It's been a long time since we've seen each other. Don't you miss me?" asked Madam Elizabeth in a spoiled tone. She glanced at Briana, beckoning her to come closer.
Briana followed Madam Elizabeth's orders. She took a few steps forward, stopping about a meter away from the two people. Her hands were clenched at her sides.
"You don't need to mince words. Your arrival here must have a specific purpose. I've known you for a long time. So, you better tell me what you want right now!" snapped Richard impatiently.
"I promised you something the other day. Today I brought that gift here," whispered Madam Elizabeth, bursting into laughter.
Richard raised his head, looking at Briana from head to toe. He wore a wry smile, as if uninterested in Briana's charms.
"She is no different from the women I have met before. I think your attempt to please me tonight has failed."
Richard shook his glass. Unexpectedly, he threw the glass and it hit the wall behind Briana. The glass shattered everywhere.
Briana shuddered in fear. She hissed softly. Her voice was barely audible.
"She is different, sir. She is also very precious," Madam Elizabeth coaxed. Her delicate fingers touched Richard's arm. Then, her hand crept up, rubbing Richard's arm lightly.
Richard pulled Madam Elizabeth's head roughly closer to him. He stared at Madam Elizabeth with fiery eyes. That woman had successfully provoked his emotions.
"What do you mean exactly?!"
"Briana is still a virgin." Madam Elizabeth said quietly, then she burst out laughing. "Mr. Richard must have never met a girl who has not been touched by any man," Madam Elizabeth said, making Richard even more curious.
A few minutes later.
Briana sat next to Richard, and they were left alone. Richard hugged Briana's body tightly from the side while rubbing his palms on Briana's open arms. He inhaled the fragrant scent emitted by Briana's body.
"Sir, would you like a drink? I'll get it for you," Briana said with a big smile.
Despite her cheerful and seductive appearance, Briana was actually trying to subdue her racing heart. She was nervous, and afraid that her efforts tonight would fail. The old man was not easy to approach.
"If you wish to serve me, I give you permission to do so,"Richard replied, then released her embrace. He pushed Briana's body gently away.
Briana poured the bottle of wine into a new glass, then added some small ice cubes. She handed them to Richard. Her hands were trembling, but she managed to cover them up so as not to be seen by Richard.
"Please, sir," Briana said quietly.
Richard accepted the glass. But then, something Briana didn't want happened. He pulled Briana close to him, then handed her the glass. He squinted his eyes, looking at Briana quizzically.
"Drink it first. I want to see if you added poison to it or not."
Richard looked at Briana sharply. The look in his eyes seemed to penetrate into Briana's heart. How horrible!
"I couldn't have done it. Why would I add poison to this?" Briana asked, shaking her head. Her eyes were glazed over.
"I have many enemies scattered all over the world. You could be a hired woman for one of them to kill me," said Mr. Richard casually. He was still holding his drink.
Briana wiped her tears roughly. She reached for the glass and drank the gold-colored liquid in one gulp. She left half the drinks.
"Now do you still suspect me?" asked Briana as she returned Richard's gaze, "You have known Madam Elizabeth for a long time. Are you sure she has conspired with others to kill you?"
"Do you trust me?"
Richard did not reply to Briana. He took the glass from Briana's hand and drained the contents. He smiled with satisfaction that his suspicions had not been proven correct.
"I believe in...."
Richard did not have time to finish his sentence because he suddenly spurted fresh blood. He held his chest, trying to endure the agonizing pain. His hand was raised with his index finger pointing at Briana.
"I have put a high dose of Cyanide poison in your drink. Although the amount is small, it is capable of setting your chest on fire."
Briana recalled her preparations before meeting the disgusting man. She had brought a very small bottle which she had held in the palm of her hand. As she poured the poison, Briana tried not to get caught.
"You're ...."
Richard's body fell to the floor in a prone position. His hands rose up to reach for something, then fell drooping. His eyes turned red and widened.
"Slowly you will die, and I want to watch you die floundering in front of me," Briana said next. She stepped on Richard's hand that was reaching out for help. Then she started coughing and bleeding like Richard.
The poison Briana had drunk must have worked. She had only taken one small sips of the wine, but the effect was like this. Her eyes were burning. Her chest was tight because her lungs were not functioning properly. She needed to end this meeting immediately.
Meanwhile, Richard's body was lying on the floor. He was dead. His eyes were still open, staring at Briana.
Briana wiped the blood off her lips, cleaning them so as not to be suspected by the two bodyguards standing guard outside. She pulled a few strands of hair out of her bindings, leaving them slightly disheveled. She had to get out of here soon because she still wanted to live.
"We're done. You can see Mr. Richard after he straightens his clothes," Briana said to one of the men while enduring the pain.
Briana hurried away, walking fast with long strides. She didn't want to be caught by the two men. She had to escape as quickly as possible.
"Watch your step!" shouted someone Briana accidentally bumped into as she staggered down the hallway towards the exit.
Briana didn't care. She pretended not to hear the person's shout. Now all she wanted was to leave this place immediately, save herself, and then hide.
After making her way through the hallway with great difficulty, Briana finally saw the exit. She smiled slightly, it wouldn't be long before she could leave this place. She felt happy because her goal was achieved, the man was dead in her hands.
The atmosphere outside the club was very crowded, no one noticed Briana's existence. She continued to walk straight to the edge of the highway. Briana slowly crossed the road. But then Briana's steps suddenly stopped in the middle of the road. A speeding car slammed straight into her body, knocking her unconscious.

Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

Invisible To Her Bully
Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human
A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
