Chapter 7 Levi’s POV

It was definitely a bad idea to show up.

Professor Luciefiel offered me a seat and gave me an envelope. When I opened it, it contained a document. And not just any document, a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

“Is this some kind of secret society thingy or what?” I raised my head from the paper to look at him, and he was already staring back at me.

“Call it whatever you want. Just sign it,” he said.

Wasn’t he afraid I could refuse?

It wasn’t like he could force me. But something about the way he said it made it feel less like a choice. There’s no harm in a new adventure.

That was what I told myself. More like I was trying to convince myself I wasn’t about to make a stupid decision.  I could already imagine Jamie's expression when he found out. Too bad I can't tell him about any of it. I hate lying to him.

I looked back at the paper and skimmed through it again. It was strict. Too strict for a normal “job.” Confidentiality, behavior, compliance, penalties. The kind of thing you’d expect from something illegal or at least questionable.

I hesitated for a second, but signed it anyway.

The moment I pushed the paper back to him, he picked it up without checking.

“Good,” he said.

That kinda annoyed me.

“So,” I leaned back slightly, “what exactly did I just sign myself into?”

“You’ll find out soon enough,” he replied.

I frowned. “That’s not an answer.”

“It’s the only one you need right now. And don't push it.”

I stared at him for a second. “ You're always this difficult, or is it just with me?”

His lips moved slightly, not quite a smile. “Only with you.”

That didn’t help.

He stood up, straightening his sleeve. “ I'll show you around tonight, and give you a little taste of what the job looks like." He began to walk towards the door." Follow me."

   And I did.

We went back to the place with light I say earlier. He used a key card to open the door. The moment we stepped inside the sound I was hearing wasn't the one I was expecting and the sight too.

It was a freaking sex club.

Luciefiel looked back at me, clearly noticing I had stopped. He knew exactly what I was thinking.

 I was already reconsidering everything.

He walked back toward me, leaned in slightly, his voice low. “Don’t worry. I like my privacy, but I can make exceptions. Don’t get lost.”

Then he walked off again like this was completely normal.

I followed quickly.

The first scene in front of me made me look away almost immediately, then look back again without meaning to.

A guy whose hands were tied to his back and eyes blind folded. He was bent over on a bench. One guy had his dick in the blindfolded guy's mouth while another had his dick inside the guy, fucking him from both ends.

Don't get me started on the audience jerking off or fucking each other to the scene.

I didn’t even know where to focus. People everywhere. No form of shame. Just… doing whatever they wanted.

Luciefiel made us stand there for a few seconds before moving again.

The room was bigger than it looked from the outside. Way bigger. And somehow, every corner had something going on.

We passed different setups, different people, different things I didn’t even know existed outside of the internet. Even a guy on an upside down cross.

Then one caught my attention.

A blonde guy on a swing, suspended just slightly above the ground. His body moved with every motion, controlled by the person in front of him. The way he gripped the chains as if holding in for dear life. His partner has a candle in his hand and lets the wax drop on the guy every now and then earning him screams.

I shouldn’t have been looking. But I was.

Something about it made me pause longer than I meant to. Not because I liked it.

It was just… different. Not something you see every day. Although everything here wasn't an everyday scene.

Still, my eyes stayed there.

I became a little too aware of everything around me. The heat in the room. The noise. The way people moved like this was completely normal to them.

I shifted slightly, uncomfortable.

“Move,” Luciefiel said beside me.

His voice snapped me out of it immediately.

I looked away like I’d been caught doing something I wasn’t supposed to.

“I wasn’t staring,” I muttered.

“Oh you were,” he replied.

I frowned. “So what? It’s hard not to look in a place like this.”

He didn’t answer.

But I could feel his eyes on me now. And somehow, that made it worse.

I adjusted my shirt, not because it needed it , but because I was trying to ignore the strange tension sitting in my chest and in my jeans. This place was getting to me. That had to be it.

“Relax,” he said.

“I am relaxed.”

“You don't look like you are.”

I let out a breath. “This isn’t exactly my usual environment.”

“That’s why you’re here.”

I glanced at him. “To be uncomfortable?”

“To learn.”

That didn’t sound reassuring at all.

Luciefiel turned me around to face the same swing again. Then I felt his hand at my back… steady. I went still. The heat in the room suddenly felt worse.

My breath caught without warning, and I clenched my jaw, trying to ignore the way my body reacted before my brain could catch up.

This is wrong. Very wrong.

Luciefiel leaned closer to my ears and whispered.

" This is just the beginning."

His voice sent chills down my spine as I stood frozen in the spot.
