Chapter 1
The rain came just before sunset, slicking the streets and smudging the horizon in gray. I stood at the kitchen window, one hand wrapped around a mug of coffee gone cold, watching water stream down the glass like tears I refused to shed.
Daniel was late again. He was always late now. Work, he said. Meetings that dragged on. Clients who demanded. A man who had once sworn that I was his whole world now couldn't find time to come home before dark.
At first, I fought it. The waiting. The loneliness. The sound of forks clinking against plates in a too-quiet kitchen where I ate dinner by myself most nights. But after years, it settled into something worse than anger, acceptance. This was marriage, wasn't it? Routine. Silence. Comfort so deep it bordered on neglect.
I lifted the mug to my lips, tasted the bitterness, and set it back down untouched. The rain blurred the outline of the neighborhood houses across the street, their lights glowing faintly behind curtains, families tucked inside together. A pang cut through me before I forced my gaze away. Envy was useless.
That was when the car appeared.
Sleek, black, unfamiliar. It rolled slowly down the street and stopped in front of our house.
A chill prickled the back of my neck. My heart thudded once, hard, as if it knew something my mind hadn't caught up to yet.
The door opened.
And then he stepped out.
Adrian.
My husband's brother.
He hadn't been back in years, not since the funeral that cracked the family open like a dropped vase. Daniel never spoke of him, except in clipped tones, like the syllables themselves were bitter. The prodigal son, the wild one, the one who vanished without goodbye.
Now he was standing in the rain, dark hair plastered to his forehead, a leather jacket dripping water onto his shoulders. The years had changed him, sharpening his features, turning him into a man who looked both dangerous and magnetic, like fire bottled in human form.
And when his eyes lifted to the window, they caught mine.
I should have stepped back. I should have drawn the curtain. Instead, I froze, staring, heat blooming low in my chest in a way that startled me.
It should have been awkward. Unwelcome. But it wasn't.
The look in his eyes hit me with a force that stole my breath. Recognition. Curiosity. And something else, something I should have turned away from but didn't.
The front door opened moments later, and Daniel's voice cut through the stillness.
"Emma? He's here."
I spun, startled. Daniel was standing in the doorway, his tie loose, his face drawn, exhaustion written in the slouch of his shoulders. But for the first time in months, his lips carried the hint of a smile.
"Adrian decided to show up."
I turned back as Adrian stepped inside, bringing with him the sharp scent of rain and the cool dampness of the storm. He looked at me again, openly this time, and smiled like a man who already knew the trouble he was about to cause.
"Hello, Emma," he said. His voice was smooth, low, uncomfortably intimate. "It's been a long time."
I swallowed, the words sticking in my throat.
"Yes," I managed. "Too long."
Daniel clapped his brother's shoulder, though there was a stiffness in the gesture. "You look the same," he said, though it wasn't true. Adrian didn't look the same. He looked older, harder, more… dangerous.
"Drinks?" Daniel asked, already moving toward the kitchen cabinet.
Adrian shrugged out of his wet jacket, revealing a fitted shirt beneath that clung to him from the rain. He dropped the jacket carelessly over a chair, his gaze never leaving me.
I busied myself with glasses, with ice, with anything that gave my trembling hands purpose. The air between us thickened, charged, though not a word had been spoken.
Daniel poured whiskey, talking about family matters and obligations, about how Adrian was staying "just for a while" until he figured things out. I nodded, though I barely heard him. My skin buzzed with awareness, every nerve tuned to the man sitting across from me.
Adrian raised his glass and held it there for a beat too long, eyes locked on mine as he said, "To new beginnings."
I felt the words like a touch. My breath caught, and I quickly lowered my gaze.
Daniel lifted his drink without noticing, sipping, sighing. But when he looked up, his eyes shifted from Adrian to me, lingering just a fraction too long.
A silence settled. A silence too heavy for a simple reunion.
I forced a laugh, though it sounded brittle. "Well, I suppose we should make dinner before the storm knocks the power out."
"Still the same Emma," Adrian said quietly. "Always practical."
The way he said my name sent a shiver down my spine.
Daniel set his glass down harder than necessary. "Yes. That's Emma." His tone was sharp, almost defensive, as if Adrian's words carried a meaning only the two of them understood.
I excused myself to the kitchen, desperate for air, for space. But I could feel Adrian's gaze following me even as I turned away.
And I knew, without a doubt, that this was the beginning of something I would never be able to undo.

I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

Entitled.
Delicate.

Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.

Invisible To Her Bully
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
My Possessive Alpha Twins For Mate
My drunk stepfather remained indifferent, his weight suffocating, making it hard to breathe as my heart raced.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, and two figures burst in.
"Get off her!" a deafening roar echoed.
I didn't expect the twin brothers who'd bullied me at school to come charging in like gods to save me.
After my grandmother passed, I had to move in with my mom and stepdad, who treated me like a servant. I prayed every day for my 18th birthday to come, so l could leave and escape this broken home.

To make matters worse, the Moon Goddess revealed they were both my mates!

The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.

Crowned by Fate
“She’d just be a Breeder, you would be the Luna. Once she’s pregnant, I wouldn’t touch her again.” my mate Leon’s jaw tightened.
I laughed, a bitter, broken sound.
“You’re unbelievable. I’d rather accept your rejection than live like that.”
As a girl without a wolf, I left my mate and my pack behind.
Among humans, I survived by becoming a master of the temporary: drifting job to job… until I became the best bartender in a dusty Texas town.
That’s where Alpha Adrian found me.
No one could resist the charming Adrian, and I joined his mysterious pack hidden deep in the desert.
The Alpha King Tournament, held once every four years, had begun. Over fifty packs from across North America were competing.
The werewolf world was on the verge of a revolution. That’s when I saw Leon again...
Torn between two Alphas, I had no idea that what awaited us wasn’t just a competition—but a series of brutal, unforgiving trials.
