Introduction
Chapter 1
" In the days of yore, a dragon of golden fire created a world where vigor and life started to breathe," an old man was telling a story to a younger boy, innocent and callow.
That old man appears charitable and treasuring to that little boy. That man's back was gibbose, and he was holding a stick for support.
His eyes were open but it looked like he was closing his eyes his smile was wide while seeing this innocent child.
He was wearing a dark green cloak and clogs.
Both of them were standing on the cliff of a huge stony mound. The breeze was touching their faces and clothes before them there was a bottomless.
That boy was smiling widely and that story was relishing his endeavors.
His little ears were stuck to that anecdote, and his little hands were holding those aged hands.
He has a small tiny nose and straight teeth he just started to lose his deciduous teeth. His lips were sharp and adorable and he was wearing the same Cloak in red and the same clogs on his feet.
" Please tell me where that Dragon of golden fire goes, after creating us." That little boy asks.
" Nobody knows, but he granted his powers to his entity, to the people of his legacy," That old man said.
" So where are his people now Homer?" That boy asks.
"Haha...., don't call me by my name little boy, I am your grandpa," the old man ruffled that boy's hair.
" Hey, please but in the battleground you call me your partner huh?" That boy frowned and that old man smiled.
"Never let that battleground infiltrate your secluded life, my son," that old man said and the boy nodded.
" Homer you look ugly when you transform, sometimes I get scared," that boy said and that old man laughed again.
" Oh, my little Orion, everyone looks so bad whenever they transform," he replied.
"No, I look so good whenever I transform," that little boy Orion replied.
" Oh, I see," his grandfather replied with a soft smile.
" I have no idea, are we humans or dragons?" Orion asks with a suspicious face.
"The only one who knows that is the creature who created us," Homer replied and felt that breeze touching his body.
"That golden fire dragon," Orion mumbled and Homer nodded.
" We are looking for a golden fire dragon we have searched for him all over the Drakon world but it seems there is no golden fire dragon left," Homer said.
"But everyone says that the golden fire dragon died centuries before, our ancestors killed them all, " Orion said.
Homer peeked at him with a soft smirk.
"Not all of them, we didn't kill them we asked for their power they did not let us then we took our way to get it, " Homer replied and Orion looked over the sky.
"So there is a golden fire dragon somewhere in Drakon world," Orion let out in his mind.
"I know there are numerous questions in your mind about it, my child," Homer said and closed his eyes.
"Yes, there are lots of questions in my mind," Orion repeated behind him.
"Ask them, if you keep that burden on your heart you will not be able to push it off later," Homer said and Orion gasped.
"Why do we live here, apart from the kingdom of dragons, I have heard there are innumerable and enormous godsends for living," Orion asks.
"Because they don't accept us," Homer replied.
"Why don't they accept us we are like them, we are dragons too," Orion's innocent eyes ask a query.
"Because they are scared of us, we are the most powerful dragons we can use other powers when they are in contact with us,"
" And this thing scared them the most," Homer replied.
" There are many dragons who own powers that are incredible then why only we?" Orion asks again, and Homer is startled, that was the question he wanted to hide from children.
" Grandfather, will you tell me the truth?" Orion asks. Homer takes a long gasp and lets out.
" Because we are the only ones who believe that the one dragon from the attribute of the Golden Fire dragon is still alive, we have felt that we have predicted that, our people have predicted that,"
"But no one believes that they know that the golden fire dragon is so powerful and if we find that dragon we can take over their powers, this is the thing they are trying to kill us, "
"But because we are the most powerful they can't commit to us killing," Homer replied and Orion's eyes were wide open.
" No one believed us, but we will make everyone believe us," Homer smirked and Orion was gazing at him with wide-open eyes.
"Master," suddenly a man rushed to Homer his breath was upside-down and he groped remarkably stunned.
"What happened?" Homer turned and asked.
Orion seems frightened, Homer turns his eyes on Orion, and flickers his lashes.
"Master, the...., the dragon hunters are here, we were oblivious of their attack," that man said and Homer's eyes went wide.
" Our combatants are injured, and... And....," his tongue was hesitating.
"And what?" Homer growled.
"Most..... most of them are dead," He said and Homer growled.
"What?" Suddenly Homer's blood fetched boiled, and his gaze went wide.
Orion never saw this rage of his grandfather.
He recalls that he lost his father in a similar fight with dragon hunters of the royal kingdom and now his grandfather is aiming to go on that path again.
"Someone stabbed us in our back," that man said.
"That was the day when we allocated ourselves for rest," Homer let out and his jaw was clenched with rage.
" We were all resting when they attacked us," that man said and Orion's eyes were taking a close look at Homer's rage.
"Come with me," Homer lets out and Orion tries to stop his grandfather.
"No, grandfather, you can't go there," Orion clutched his hand but Homer took his off.
"My people are dying they have ravaged most of us, and they are still on it, if I take a guard and hide somewhere then the souls of your father and those combatants will spit on my face," Homer said and that man standing in front of him took his steps backward.
"Grandfather I am going to lose you too," Orion let out and Homer smirked.
"This is not easy to defeat our energy, we are the dragons of Psychic demons," Homer smirked and Orion gasped.
" I will come with you," Orion said but Homer moved his head in contrast.
"Someone has to remain when everyone is dead," Homer said, and took off his cloak a mark on his back was prominent it was like harsh sharp teeth printed on his spinal region.
" Ahhhhhh........," Homer growled in a loud voice, and a pair of branches came out of that mark, and his skin started ripping from all over his body, his eyes went wide and his eyeballs were coming out of distress.
His skin went all black and his size started to increase, Homer was screaming because the transformation caused them extreme pain.
His face started to turn wider and longer, his eyes went whole black, his hair turned into dendrites, his jaw became wider, and his teeth became monstrous. His wings are wide and fin-shaped and his eyeballs take the place of his eyes, his eyes turn black and he closes them.
He changed all a way and when he opened his eyes he was turned into a black dragon.
Orion was gazing at him with wide eyes and he nodded at the man and fled into the air.
"Don't go, please," those were the last words Orion let out from his lips.
The dragons hate the dragons of Psychic demons because of the powers they have and the mischievous deeds they commit to dismay the kingdom.
After Orion's father killed the queen of dragons, who was the dragon of Aerona, but his intentions were not to harm anyone, but to find his wife's illness, the queen can see all the forms of illnesses, but the energy he used to drain out the queen's power was harsh and distressing she can't stand and her fragile body perished.
After that, the king takes his revenge kills Orion's father, and outlaws all the dragons of the Psychic demons.
That battle was running in the mischievous Psychic demons and dragon hunters of the royal kingdom for decades.
"Please get back grandfather," Orion let out in his heart and his teary eyes were looking at the sky the way Homer flew over.
Homer gets to the place where his people were killed by that horrible dragon runs his eyes over the dead bodies of his people and gasps.
He saw a handsome man on the horse, he had a sharp jawline, somehow white hair, high cheekbones, and a square face, his eyes were blue like water, and his sharp lips were amused to see Homer in his full form.
" Welcome back Homer," the handsome man let out his heavy voice.
" You stabbed me in my back," that dragon let out in his heavy and thundering voice.
"The way you stabbed us in our back I did the same," that man smirked.
"Today you are going to see this world for the last time King Wayne," the dragon let out and Wayne smiled.
" Let's see, you are talking to the God of water and sun," That man who was on the horse got down and his eyes sparked blue.

When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

Heartbroken, Sable discovered Darrell having sex with his ex in their bed, while secretly transferring hundreds of thousands to support that woman.
Even worse was overhearing Darrell laugh to his friends: "She's useful—obedient, doesn't cause trouble, handles housework, and I can fuck her whenever I need relief. She's basically a live-in maid with benefits." He made crude thrusting gestures, sending his friends into laughter.
In despair, Sable left, reclaimed her true identity, and married her childhood neighbor—Lycan King Caelan, nine years her senior and her fated mate. Now Darrell desperately tries to win her back. How will her revenge unfold?
From substitute to queen—her revenge has just begun!
Alpha Nicholas's Little Mate
What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.
My mate sees me and runs.

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride
Yet Alexander made his decision clear to the world: “Evelyn is the only woman I will ever marry.”
Invisible To Her Bully
My Possessive Alpha Twins For Mate
My drunk stepfather remained indifferent, his weight suffocating, making it hard to breathe as my heart raced.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, and two figures burst in.
"Get off her!" a deafening roar echoed.
I didn't expect the twin brothers who'd bullied me at school to come charging in like gods to save me.
After my grandmother passed, I had to move in with my mom and stepdad, who treated me like a servant. I prayed every day for my 18th birthday to come, so l could leave and escape this broken home.
However, on my first day at my new school, l encountered the legendary twins everyone feared.
To make matters worse, the Moon Goddess revealed they were both my mates!
After helping me out with my stepdad, my twin mate cornered me, played with my hair, and whispered possessively, "You belong to us, our little mate..."
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
Falling for my boyfriend's Navy brother
"What is wrong with me?
Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?
It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.
He’s my boyfirend’s brother.
This is Tyler’s family.
I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.

As a ballet dancer, My life looks perfect—scholarship, starring role, sweet boyfriend Tyler. Until Tyler shows his true colors and his older brother, Asher, comes home.

**
I hate girls like her.
Entitled.
Delicate.
And still—
Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.
I’m not here to rescue anyone.
Especially not her.
Especially not someone like her.
She’s not my problem.
And I’ll make damn sure she never becomes one.
But when my eyes fell on her lips, I wanted her to be mine.
