Chapter 8 Her first kiss

"I cannot tell you everything, but if they come to know about you, they will kill you; that's why I never came back," he let out, and she gasped.

"Orion," she let out and he placed his finger on her lips.

"Nothing else, Esperanza you have no idea what you are to me, I have no one but you, I stopped thinking that someone would be mine again,"

"That day I lost everything, but in one person I found my lost world," he said and her eyes became watery.

"No...., no please....., please no," he let out while wiping her tears.

"I.... I cannot see a single tear rolling down your face," he let out and cleaned her eyes.

"This cannot be, you are a dragon, and I am a human, this world would never accept us," she let out and he gasped

"Who cares whether they accept it or not? This world abandoned us; you and I were alone. This world would not let us live well. Why are you giving them this importance?" He said.

"This may not be important to you, but for me, it is the whole thing. I cannot let go of my family." She let out, and he looked away.

" I know this is harsh, but it is what it is. I cannot be yours; I do not even know you, she let out.

"I never wanted you the way you wanted me," she said, and he felt a bit disappointed.

He turned his head towards her and looked straight into her eyes.

"But your eyes are revealing the truth," he let out with a smirk, as she looked down while sneaking her gaze.

"My heart can hear your silence Esperanza, and who told you to love me back, I do not care how much you can give me, my motive is to give you everything that you deserve," 

"My lips will be wide when I see you at your shiniest moment, I do not care that you love me back or how you are going to treat me,"

"My love is enough for us," he goes deep in her eyes, and his head starts moving in her direction.

" Orion, let me go, please, "Esperanza struggled and turned her head to the side. He clutched her shoulder and grabbed her near him.

"In these years, I felt nothing because you took over all my heart," he expressed harder.

"Orion, let me think about it. I cannot say anything without my father and mother's consent." Her eyes become watery.

"Please help me, help to get out of this," Esperanza prayed to her God.

"You do not need anyone's consent, my consent, my rules will be ample for you," Orion seems to be dominating over her.

And that was not his fault, they are built that way, from the beginning, humans were submissive to the dragons, and nothing can help it.

That's the reason Orion was confronting her with such power.

" Orion, I do not think that way, please do not place me in a situation, let me talk to my parents first," She was insisting, and that time Orion was at the peak of his rage.

His eyes were burning, his face was flushed, and his every breath felt empowering in the frustrating environment.

"What am I doing? Why am I asking you?" He let out a smirk.

Esperanza froze, and she got disabled in her place.

"I should ask you whether you like it or not." A slight smile appeared on his lips.

"Orion, I respect your feelings, but just for once," now that was the time when Esperanza got scared.

She has heard tons of stories about dragons' ruthlessness, how they treated the humans, when they fell in love with them, and how they never saw them again after being taken over by dragons 

She was vulnerable and helpless, she looked around and found no one, but that dragon clutched her hand and dragged her with him.

"Orion, Orion please," she cannot resist and starts walking with him.

"I am sorry, what have I done to you, please," she pleaded, but Orion was not paying a signal consideration to her appeal.

"Mother......., father," she started screaming and calling for help.

Suddenly Orion turned towards her with flared eyes.

"Esperanza......," he placed his hand over her lips, and Esperanza encountered his eyes, and they got wholly blacked.

She was petrified, she gulped her words that were coming to her mouth. Now Orion's rage got out of hand.

'I told you to shut up.........," he shouted and Esperanza saw scales appearing on his skin.

Orion belongs to the kind of dragons who are sensitive to rage; they are not able to control their anger, and their anger is threatening.

"I.... I am scared," she whispered, while his face seemed monstrous.

Suddenly, a little deer came and tried to protect Esperanza.

That was the same deer Esperanza saved from dying.

He was powerless and fragile; he was trying to push his horn at him. Orion predicted his presence and looked down towards his leg.

"You little thing.......," he growled and suddenly threw the little deer away.

Before the deer could get over his feet again he pushed his hand forward and took the deer into the air, and the deer's body started to clench

He screamed, and Orion gripped him tighter.

"Orion, please......," Esperanza screamed, and he didn't pay heed.

Nothing was going to tear that deer into pieces, that was enough for that little deer to take.

"Orion......," Esperanza predicted that no words were going to work on him and she intentionally turned his face to her side and pushed him on her, in that moment Orion's lips got pushed on her Suddenly everything went calm, Orion's eyes widened as well as Esperanza's, she was not able to do anything so she closed her eyes.

And his magic faded, the little deer fainted on the ground, and Orion did not let Esperanza move.

He clutched her hand and felt that the pulse of hers was rushing into her body as his lips tickled her lips; he could sense every movement of her as she was under his grip, fragile and helpless.

Her warm breath was touching his face and making his skin sooth, her words wanted to come out, but he stifled them into his mouth, she was struggling, but her fragile movements were doing nothing.

Orion was living on the edge of his life; he had never felt that calm before, as he had found the whole in that one person. As he said before, she proved everything right; she is the righteous person for him. As the kiss progressed, the passion intensified and became firm.

"No.....," she whispered in his mouth but her struggle was making everything extremely passionate.

He nibbled on her lip, and she hissed, and he relished the euphoric sense ever, and abruptly he opened his eyes, and pushed his head away, that was something in her blood.

"How dare you?" She was out of breath, and there was blood coming out of her lip. She placed her hand over the wound.

" Are you out of your mind?" She seems outrageous but Orion was scrutinizing her face as he had found something strange.

" I hate you, I do not want to be yours, and if you try one more time......., You slavish Dragon, I will kill you," she let out while looking into his eyes.

" You cannot do this," he let out.

"So I will kill myself," she let out, and suddenly, a rage pushed into his blood vessels.

"How dare you?" He came close to her, clutched her hand, and looked deep into her soul. Her eyes went wide, and with her other hand, she covered her lips.

"Do not ever try this, or you will see how the destruction takes place," Orion said.

Her eyes were wide and his eyes were in hers.

He took back his steps while digging into her eyes.

"Just leaving for now, but I will get back soon, and will remember you belong to me," he tilted his head and pointed his finger at her.

"If anybody tries to come close to you, even an inch close, then you will see how your parents and the valley will suffer," he said and she got stiff in her place.

He got up on the tree, and with a blink, he vanished. She was standing in her place, flabbergasted and numb.

"That was my first kiss," she said while touching her lips gently.
