He laughed, genuinely, loudly.
"You have no idea what you're doing to me, right, kitten?" he asked, reaching for his belt.
"That little biting your lip thingy, you do, whenever you check me out- it's driving me crazy.
The shivers traveling over your body, when I spanked you- turned me on so bad, I had to restrain myself from pinning your body against the wall, and fucking you in the hall.
And now, your scent, it's literally inviting me. I could smell your arousal from miles away, the scent making my mouth water and beast go crazy.
And your body- holy Moon Goddess- that body of yours is divine. Without a doubt, I could praise and savour it day after day, and never get tired."

Chapter 1
Eve
"Who's there?" Evangeline shouted to nobody in particular.
She'd been walking for an hour, yet for the last couple of minutes, she couldn't get rid of the feeling that she's being watched, and probably followed.
Eve, you stupid girl, haven't you seen horror movies? Eve rolled her eyes at the remark, which suddenly invaded her thoughts. The annoying voice of consciousness pointed out how silly she can be, at times. She wanted to look around, let her eyes roam over the poorly illuminated streets, and notice something. Instead, she took a deep breath and tried to move her legs faster. Evangeline had gotten pretty close to her home. She reminded herself to stay calm; she wasn't in danger.
Out of nowhere, a hand grabbed her waist. Another hand landed on her mouth, and her body was roughly pulled into a dark alley. She couldn't scream for help, even if the stranger hadn’t closed her mouth shut, her voice disappeared within first glance of her captor's eyes.
"Well, well, look what we got here. A little scared hare, aren't you? Pretty one, at that." The stranger grinned, his eyes darkened as he averted his gaze lower- shamelessly staring at Evangeline's breasts. She shivered in disgust, aware of what the stranger wanted from her. His smile grew wider, revealing his long canines that looked like they could almost pierce his lips. Eve trembled in terror, the stranger gripped her waist tighter, bringing their bodies together so close- so much so that there was no space left between them. He leaned his face close to her neck, inhaling her scent, letting out a growl of delight.
"If I had known that human fear smelled so arousing, I would have fucked many before catching you," he let out a laugh. Vicious, ugly laugh, freezing Eves senses to the core.
"Diego! We have been looking everywhere for you. Looks like you even caught a snack. Won't you bother to share with your closest friends? I'm so disappointed," another male said, appearing next to them almost instantly.
They're shifters; no human can move as fast as they can.
Evangeline could almost feel the taste of Death on her tongue. She glanced at the newcomer. The man who pulled her into the alley was tall and muscular, his hair dark as charcoal, a sick grin plastered on his lips. The other male, who had just appeared, was a bit shorter than his so-called friend but still a lot taller than Eve. She closed her eyes, afraid to see whatever was about to happen, almost trying to leave her body until their job is done. The males started arguing, Eve was left with no choice but to listen.
"What if I didn't intend to share? This one is mine; I found and caught her without any help. It's fair that I enjoy my victory alone." Eve’s captor roared in anger, pushing her body against the wall with such force- her breath got stuck in her lungs.
"Come on, man, just let me taste this one. I'll gladly share my next one with you. We're friends- sharing is caring," the blonde said with a mocking tone, throwing a glance at the terrified human girl, trapped by his friend. Sadly, there was no remorse in him whatsoever, for the plans they had for the human.
"I said no. You go and find another one. This one is mine. Don't piss me off, the Haze is about to start any moment now, and I won't stop until I split this bitch in half. You won't have anything left to play with anyway, why waste your time?" The captor, Diego, laughed coldly, throwing a death stare at his friend.
"I suggest a fair share for us. You'd go last; you're the most primal of us. I would try her out. A quick tasting if you will- and leave. Afterward, you can kill her,. She's the only pussy within five miles radius. Give us a break Diego! I'll owe you big time," he whined, crossing his arms in front of his chest.
Eve opened her eyes and looked frantically between both men. She's about to die from a shifters claw. Millions of thoughts invaded her mind, trying to find a way out of this situation. But it is difficult for her to escape from one male shifter. Not to mention there’s more than one here.
These guys want to rape her. Just the thought of rape made her tremble more; tears streamed down her cheeks; her body paralyzed under his tight hold.
"Fine. You owe me a share from the next three you get. Deal?" Her captor brought Eve back to reality by speaking up. Are they negotiating about this matter? Are they deciding how many women each will get to rape? How sick are these men?
"Don't dare to fight back; if you do- this will only hurt. If you are a good girl, I might make you feel good. No promises," he whispered in Eve's ear, biting onto it surprisingly lightly.
The blonde kept observing them, chuckling in amusement at Eve's terrified look.
He groaned and extended his claws, ripping Eves' blouse into pieces. Both males looked at each other and smirked as if giving orders telepathically. Diego lifted her, while blonde grabbed onto Eve's pants, unzipping them, and pulling them down in one sharp move. She tried to scream, but each sound came out muffled. Eve kicked her legs, yet it was no use, especially against shifter males. They laid her down onto the cold concrete and held her against it. With Diego holding her wrists, the blonde male positioned himself between her legs. As he was about to rip her panties apart, Eve squeezed her eyes shut, unable to fight off tears or fight anymore. She had lost.
Unexpectedly, the blonde male was ripped away from her. Somewhere, in the distance, she could hear vicious growls and snarls. She looked around frantically, noticing how confused her captor became. A sound of a whimper, after a loud thud, followed the previous vicious sounds.
"Are you done playing hide and seek, Ethan? Get your ass over here, or I'm taking the human all to myself." Audibly annoyed, Diego held Eves with a strength that nearly broke her delicate bones, not caring that his human victim was far more fragile than himself.
"T-this... Diego... I-I-it's illegal. We, we can't." Eve heard the blonde shifters voice in the distance. It sounded cracked, full of pain. Diego laughed, placing both of Eve's wrists in one hand and slowly took the same position, between her legs, like his friend had, just minutes ago.
"Fine by me! More for me to taste and enjoy," he said, smiling at a terrified Eve. In this lighting, she noticed her captor's half-rotten, yellow teeth. She felt sick to her stomach. Not only because of the state of his teeth but because of his appearance overall. He reminded her of a homeless person- dirty, ripped clothing, dark circles under his eyes, a glimpse of "crazy" dancing in the pitch-black orbs. Eve struggled to find her voice. Now that he wasn't holding her mouth shut, she could beg for mercy.
"Please, don't. Stop, don't do this, please," Eve sobbed, holding onto the little hope that he will set her free. But Diego’s lips cracked open with a wide smile and he began to manically say how she should beg him more, how he loved to see the pain in her eyes. Just like his friend before.
Suddenly, Diego was yanked off from Eve by someone. Eve was frightened, completely unaware of what happened, and her eyes got widened in horror-what happened next would determine her fate. Diego tried to fight, but he was held against the nearest wall by a masked stranger.
Diego growled and snarled; the mysterious man kept quiet. He took one glance at Eve, nodded, and snapped Diego's neck, dropping the lifeless body on the concrete. Eve trembled in fear, wondering what the stranger will do to her now. Is he here to rape her, just like those two intended? Is he here to kill her?
The stranger approached Eve cautiously. She’s half-naked, trembling in fear, hugging herself. The man was towering over Eve. He was well-built. Eve could see the perfect outlines of his muscles under his clothes.
At the moment, he looked even more terrifying than another two shifters. He just killed a werewolf seconds ago, without any efforts!
Eve couldn’t feel his emotion as his eyes were hidden under the mask. The masked man stared at Eve and remained silent for a moment. And he lowered his head to get closer to Eve. Eve felt his heat streaming down on her face and over all her cold body.
She felt warm but shivered a bit. There were strange emotions in his eyes. Eve didn’t understand or have time to figure out what it was.
The man dropped a raincoat on her and turned around to leave.
"Go home!" he commanded before disappearing within the shadows.

"You drive me insane," he breathed against my mouth, his lips trailing to my throat. "I can't lose you, Ella. Not you."
My head fell back, a soft sound escaping me as his fingers memorized my waist. My anger melted beneath his desperation.
"James..." I whispered, more plea than protest.
His hand caught mine, fingers threading together tightly. "I'll bring him back. I swear it. Just... don't turn away from me. Please."
The word please—low, ragged, almost broken—undid me more than anything else could have.

I lunged for the candlestick, but he caught my wrist, pinning it overhead. His knee forced my legs apart.
"When your father gave you to me," his lips brushed my ear, voice a dark rumble, "you were already mine."
