Introduction
His new wife, Brielle, who had been six months pregnant at the time of his accident was pampered by his family till suddenly a tragedy struck the Thales group sending their finances rock bottom.
Brielle was taken back by her family who swore that she’d never see her husband and her sons would be under their name.
Seven years later, Dominic Thales awoke but he is no longer the respected young master and his beloved wife had been taken from him.
Can he overcome and get back his wealth and wife? And was his accident a mistake or was there someone after his life?
Chapter 1
“This rude infertile is not worthy of your wait! Why are you breaking your mother’s heart, Brielle!”
Those were the words of Lady Lillian to her daughter, Brielle. A body laid below them, motionless, actually in a coma. The body belonged to Brielle’s husband, Young master Dominic Thales who had an accident four months ago and was confirmed to be in a coma.
Brielle clenched her fists and pointed at her protruded stomach. “My husband is an infertile? Then why am I pregnant mother?! Watch your mouth!” she pointed at her mother.
Her father leapt from where he sat and scolded immediately. “She means infidel, Brielle. And how dare you point at your mother because of this trash of a husband? We told you, we only needed you to marry into the family and be pregnant for him. Don’t fall in love with him!”
“Nonsense! I never agreed to that, father!”
A nurse comes in on the family yelling at themselves. “Excuse me but I don’t think it’s wise for the patient to hear all these.”
“Hear? He can hear us?” Lady Lillian went back. The nurse nodded and gestured for them to leave. The family sluggishly walked out of the ward.
“Brielle, we aren’t done!” her mother called after her daughter who was trying to leave.
“Yes, we are mother!” Brielle didn’t stop to wait.
Her mother yanked her arm, turning her face to hers. “Those kids you carry, don’t you want the best for them? Do you want a selfish conceited man to be their father?”
“But you sent me out for marriage to that selfish conceited man! Now, I love him and I realized he isn’t all that!”
Brielle received a slap on her face from her father, shutting her up. Her mother frowned at the act as she was pregnant and they were in public but nevertheless, she folded her arms supportively.
“Don’t shame the Allen’s family more than you already have. Your marriage to the Thales was just a formality for you to be an in-law and get the benefits of it. That’s all.” Master Allen cautioned before pulling his daughter away. His wife followed them with a sorry look.
Inside the ward, the body of Young Master Dominic Thales ran cold. He had heard his wife and her parents arguing above him. He heard their loud shouts outside the door as well.
He was trapped in a impermeable space, with a trapped consciousness. He couldn’t break free from the coma but his emotions were still intact.
Why did his mother-in-law hate him so much?
Lady Lillian had only been nice to him during the first few times they met before he married her daughter. So all had been a set-up?
If not of the accident that made him lay as vegetable in a hospital, would she and her husband ever dare speak that way around him?
His memories drifted to the first time he met Brielle. At his best friend’s party, celebrating the opening of one of his foundations.
Brielle Allen had been the lead engineer and coordinator in charge of handling the tech foundation for the young technicians.
She was a beauty, blended with intelligence and politeness. Those were things he looked for in a lady and he even saw more.
“You’ve been staring at her for a while. Go talk to her.” His best friend, Silas, had nudged him.
He frowned, looking away from Brielle. “I don’t know who the young lady is, and I’m sure she’s not here to get wooed at by a playboy like me.”
Silas chuckled, gulping his wine. “Since you accept you’re a playboy then you’re indirectly saying she deserves more than a playboy, right?”
“You can still try your luck. She’s indeed not your average woman.” Silas winked before moving away from him.
Dominic smiled at him, he placed his wine glass down at the table and looked over at Brielle speaking with the young technicians. He exhaled, making his mind up.
And that was the first time he did it, that was the first time he approached a lady without the intentions of going under her legs and dumping her a month later.
Maybe if he had tried harder, she might have ended like his other flings but he wanted something more real with her, he felt something more real. Like it was love at first sight. Or perhaps female engineers were a whole level of classy and attractive.
Meeting with her family after three months of dating, her parents, Master and Lady Allen, were very happy to know their daughter was about getting married to The Young master of Thales group, one of the leading enterprises in the country.
Never would he had foreseen that they only wanted him to marry their daughter for his money, and planned to take his wife and kids away from him, as he was in coma.
He heard the door of his ward open. It closed almost immediately. He cursed the fact that he could hear and feel everything happening in his surrounding but couldn’t affect it.
Then he felt a warm hand on his, and a soft sobbing of a child. His heat sunk realizing who it was. His little cousin, Lucas, who he had left alone in the world, alone with his grandparents.
“Uncle Domi, please wake up. Grandpa has been crying all through yesterday.” The boy climbed on the bed.
Dominic wanted to ask why. His grandfather had never acted like he cared so much about him, why would he cry that his grandson was in a coma? He always said he had another grandson, Lucas, to train whenever he was out of the way. And it had been four months already, why cry now?
Well, he couldn’t ask these questions lingering in his mind and only heard the tormenting sobs of his little cousin, the only closest family he had, after Brielle.
His body didn’t work with him when he tried to move his legs or speak consoling words to his cousin. He sensed the boy sleeping off on him, which won’t be safe, the boy kicked in his sleep and could hurt him or remove his drips.
“Uncle Domi,” Lucas spoke again. “Do you think grandma was serious when she said she’d send me to an orphanage since you can’t take care of me now?”
Dominic boiled. Why would they send him to an orphanage? Wasn’t he their grandson? Can’t they take care of him?
“Uncle Domi, I’m scared. Grandma said she’d kill herself and aunty Brielle said she can’t take care of me as she’d be travelling soon.”
The boy didn’t know but his words were scarring the heart of his Uncle Domi. He jumped down from the bed and looked at the motionless body that hadn’t been speaking to him since he had been talking.
“Can you hear me?”
Dominic, more than anything wanted to give a response, to tell him he was okay and he’d be there to take care of him. But his body had other plans.
“Grandpa was right.” The boy sniffed. “Without you, we’re all doomed. Thales group is doomed.”
Thales group? Dominic had more questions. Was something happening to their company? But then the door opened and closed and Lucas wasn’t heard.
Was he gone? Dominic feared the silence and vulnerability that being alone gave but it seemed he’d have to endure it, like he had been for four months already.

After the Affair: Falling into a Billionaire's Arms
I’d appreciate all your support, thank you so much!
From first crush to wedding vows, George Capulet and I had been inseparable. But in our seventh year of marriage, he began an affair with his secretary.
On my birthday, he took her on vacation. On our anniversary, he brought her to our home and made love to her in our bed...
Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.
George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.
His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
The CEO's Unspoken Love
Before I could answer, he moved closer, suddenly looming over me, his face inches from mine. I felt my breath caught, my lips parting in surprise.
"Then this is the price for speaking ill of me to others," he murmured, nipping my lower lip before claiming my mouth in a real kiss. It began as punishment but quickly transformed into something else entirely as I responded, my initial rigidity melting into compliance, then active participation.
My breathing accelerated, small sounds escaping my throat as he explored my body. His touches were both punishment and pleasure, drawing shudders from me that I thought he felt reverberating through his own body.
My nightgown had ridden up, his hands discovering more of mine with each caress. We were both lost in sensation, rational thought receding with each passing second...
Three years ago, to fulfill the wish of his grandmother, I was forced to marry Derek Wells, the second son of the family that had adopted me for ten years. He didn't love me, but I had secretly loved him all along.
Now, the three-year contractual marriage is about to end, but I feel that some kind of sentiment has developed between Derek and me that neither of us is willing to admit. I'm not sure if my feelings are right, but I know that we can't resist each other physically...

"Your Majesty... I beg—" He shoved me onto the bed. Silk tore with a sharp rip, cold air rushing over my exposed body.
"Scared?" He smirked, palm sliding down my waist, fingers tracing slow, burning circles. "Yet you shiver... not from cold."
I lunged for the candlestick, but he caught my wrist, pinning it overhead. His knee forced my legs apart.
"When your father gave you to me," his lips brushed my ear, voice a dark rumble, "you were already mine."
