Introduction
But he was lying to me for five long years.
Everything changed in an instant. Watching our daughter hang from a broken roller coaster, Julian didn’t attempt to save her. Instead, he reached for his phone to call his mistress.
To him, she wasn’t a child in peril; she was just a chance to wipe out a 'mistake' and start fresh with someone who had been in our lives since the very beginning of our marriage.
Now, people see me as a heartbroken mother and an ashamed wife. Julian thinks he’s buried me under his web of lies and his influence. But he overlooked one crucial point: I have nothing more to lose, and I'm ready to settle a score.
With the one man Julian fears most by my side, I’m stepping back into the light. And by the time I’m through, he’ll understand that the woman he treated like a pawn is the very one who will bring his whole world crashing down.
Chapter 1
Up at a thousand feet, the wind whisks by. It feels like a thin blade slicing through the air, mocking the frantic rhythm of my heart.
I clung to the cold railing of the observation deck, my knuckles white as I stared at the stalled carriage of the 'Sky-High' roller coaster.
My little girl, Daisy, was stuck in the front seat, just a tiny, colorful dot against the scary blue horizon.
"Julian, please!" I shouted, my voice cracking in the wind. "The technician said the emergency brake is failing. You need to call the private rescue team right now!"
My husband, Julian Miller, didn’t even glance at the coaster. He was fixated on his phone, his thumb hovering over a green button. His handsome face, usually so composed, twisted into a mask of cold indifference.
"Sarah is having a panic attack, Claire," he said, his voice disturbingly calm, the kind of calm that seethes before chaos. "She’s at the clinic. Says she can’t breathe. She thinks the baby’s at risk."
Baby? This is very ridiculous!!
"Sarah's at a clinic because she stubbed her toe!" I lunged for his arm, but he stepped back, a flash of violent hatred igniting in his eyes. "Our daughter is hanging by a literal bolt! Julian, for god’s sake, look at her!"
"I’m looking at the daughter of the woman who spent a night in Arthur Vance’s hotel suite," he spat.
His words hit me like a punch to the gut.
Two years ago, when the Miller Group was on the verge of bankruptcy, I had gone to Arthur, Julian’s fiercest rival, to beg for a bridge loan.
Arthur had agreed, but it came with a cost: I had to stay in his suite for twenty-four hours to show the world that Julian couldn't protect his own wife.
Nothing happened that night. Arthur worked at his desk while I curled up on the sofa, crying. But by morning, the loan was secured, and Julian’s business was saved. He smiled, kissed my forehead, and called me his savior.
He’d been lying to me for two years.
"You said you trusted me," I whispered, tears blurring my sight. "You said you knew it was just business."
"I said what I needed to say to keep the money," Julian sneered. Now he looked at the coaster, but there was no warmth in his gaze, only a chilling, calculated cruelty. "But I’ve seen how Arthur looks at you in those board meetings. And I’ve seen the paternity results I got last week."
"What results? Julian, she’s yours! Just look at her eyes, they're yours!"
"The paper says otherwise." He tucked his phone away. "Sarah’s baby is the only heir I'm concerned about now. If Daisy falls... well, maybe that’s just the universe sorting out your mess."
He turned and started walking towards the waiting elevator.
"Julian! No! Don’t leave us here!"
I tried to follow him, but his security team blocked my way. Two huge guys in black suits, whose salaries I helped pay, stood like stone walls between a mother and her child.
I watched the elevator doors shut on Julian's face. He didn’t even flinch.
Turning back to the coaster, a sickening clack-clack-clack echoed around me. The carriage groaned, tipping forward a bit more. Then I heard Daisy’s scream, high-pitched, terrified.
"Mommy! Mommy, help me!"
My heart felt like it was being ripped apart. I fished my phone out of my pocket, my fingers hovering over a contact I hadn’t dared to touch in years, a man I’d promised Julian I wouldn’t speak to again.
I hit call, and it picked up on the first ring.
"Claire?" Arthur Vance’s voice was deep and calm, completely devoid of the cruelty I’d just faced.
"Arthur," I gasped, watching the roller coaster carriage shudder again. "I’m at the Grand Park. Julian left. He abandoned Daisy on the broken coaster. He thinks… he thinks she isn’t his."
There was a pause on the other line, then the sound of a chair scraping back. "I’m five minutes away by chopper. Hang on, Claire. Do you hear me? Don’t let go."
"He’s going to let her die, Arthur. He’ll let her fall to make Sarah happy."
"I won't let that happen," Arthur replied, his tone dropping to a menacing, icy level. "And when she’s safe, Claire… I’ll help you ruin his life."
I hung up, my heart raging against my ribcage. Some minutes later, a loud snap rang through the park. The front bolt of the carriage sheared off.
Time slowed as I watched the metal car tip. Daisy screamed one last time before the car flipped completely, plummeting toward the concrete below.
"NO!" I screamed, throwing myself against the railing, my vision fading to black.

Vengeance of the Forsaken Luna
"Bella." Ethan's tone shifted, taking on that warning edge I knew too well. "Faye is vulnerable right now. She's terrified you'll resent her, that this will divide the pack. The last thing she wants is for this baby to come between us."
"Then you shouldn't have done it." I met his eyes squarely, letting him see the ice in mine. "Go back to your son."
"For fuck's sake." He dragged a hand through his hair. "How many times—it was artificial insemination. They used my sperm, yes, but Faye and I never—"
Bella let out a cold snort. Such brazen lies. Her mate had an affair with his brother's partner, and his entire family helped force her out with nothing, all to make way for the mistress to take her rightful position. Poor fool—he thought she was just an unwanted adopted daughter, easy to dismiss and control. He never knew the computer genius he'd been searching for was his own Luna.
Since he'd tainted himself, Bella was done. She rejected him and reclaimed what was hers, rising to the top with help from Victor, who'd been secretly in love with her for years.
When Ethan tried winning her back: "You don't want our child growing up fatherless."
Bella smiled mockingly. "The child's father isn't you."

"What is wrong with me?
Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?
It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.
He’s my boyfirend’s brother.
This is Tyler’s family.
I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.

**
I hate girls like her.
Entitled.
Delicate.
And still—
Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.
I’m not here to rescue anyone.
Especially not her.
Especially not someone like her.
She’s not my problem.
And I’ll make damn sure she never becomes one.

The youngest ruins anyone who touches her.
Lila isn’t sure if she’s a player in their game… or the prize they’ll destroy each other to claim

Ruined : You will always be mine.
“Fuckkk”, I couldn’t help but scream.
“You need to learn to be obedient” he said as he kept thrusting into me. When I felt his hands on my clit my body shook.
“Asher please, it’s too much”.
“No. if I really wanted to punish you, I would give you all of me”, he said against my ears and my entire body froze. Suddenly he moved and I was standing again. This man was insane.
I felt him behind me. “Ten Lashes for your disobedience”, he said
“Asher please”,
“No”. His voice was cold and void of any emotion.

I Found the Babies
"When..." He growled in my ear, "When we will be getting married, I will be your only king, do you get my point? Only one queen, no misters or mistresses. Just me, just you, and yeah, our babies."
I shivered.
Alyssa Reynolds found herself in a situation, while returning home from work, and she had three choices:
Simply walk away and forget that you ever heard the sound of wailing infants.
Call the police and inform them about the innocent wails.
Follow the sounds of the wails and take the matter in your hands, deciding what to do later.
Being a kindhearted soul and a sucker for babies, she found herself choosing the third option, finding the two little lives.
Two little lives that changed her whole life, her love life included. Her life now revolved around the babies as diapers, vomit and shit seemed to surround her.
Just when she thought that now it's just her and the babies, her whole world flipped over and she found herself living under the same roof as the egotistical, obnoxious and hot-as-hell Terence Powers, the business tycoon who was not going to let the woman fend off for herself and the babies alone.

Seen.
Chosen.

like a secret never to be spoken.
But Kaelani is not what they thought.
Not wolfless. Not weak.
There is something ancient inside her. Something powerful. And it’s waking.
And when it does—
they’ll all remember the girl they tried to erase.
Especially him.
She’ll be the dream he keeps chasing… the one thing that ever made him feel alive.
Because secrets never stay buried.
And neither do dreams.
The Contract Wife: Marriage Of Malice
He didn't finish. He didn't need to.
I didn't tell him to stop.
Instead, my fingers curled into his shirt, clutching the fabric as though it was my only anchor. Something in him snapped—something he had been holding back for too long. His mouth found mine in a kiss that wasn't tender, but hungry, desperate.
I gasped into him, his hand sliding up to cup my jaw, holding me as if afraid I might vanish.
"You drive me insane," he breathed against my mouth, his lips trailing to my throat. "I can't lose you, Ella. Not you."
My head fell back, a soft sound escaping me as his fingers memorized my waist. My anger melted beneath his desperation.
"James..." I whispered, more plea than protest.
His hand caught mine, fingers threading together tightly. "I'll bring him back. I swear it. Just... don't turn away from me. Please."
The word please—low, ragged, almost broken—undid me more than anything else could have.
Ella never imagined she would marry the man she had secretly loved for years in such a way.
When her brother Theo faced twenty-five years in prison for massive embezzlement, the ruthless business tycoon James Lancaster offered her a deal: marry him in exchange for her brother's freedom.
This wasn't a fairy tale proposal, but a carefully orchestrated revenge. Because in James's heart, Ella was the culprit who had killed his sister Cecilia. He wanted her to pay the price—to atone with a lifetime of suffering.
