Accidentally Married to the Mafia Boss
Florence Renault · Ongoing · 54.2k Words
Introduction
At a Halloween party, I drunkenly brought home a man covered in tattoos. For self-protection, I used my most practiced double-loop knot to tie him to my metal bed.
I thought he was just an ordinary muscle-bound guy, never imagining he was the most feared mafia godfather on the entire East Coast—Matt Loren.
I nervously fluffed his pillow, warmed milk for him, and even spoon-fed him cheap pasta, hoping he'd spare my life once untied.
When my friend came to visit, she mistook him for my "tied-up boyfriend" and warned him to treat me well.
Not only did he not correct her, but he played along, performing an act of deep affection in front of my friend.
"You tied me up for a day and night—how do we settle this score?"
The man cornered me against the wall, his burning breath against my ear.
He gripped my waist, his voice low and dangerous: "My shirt costs $8,000, your monthly salary is $1,800. Since you can't pay it back, you'll repay me another way."
I trembled with fear, but he smiled and slipped his burning palm under my skirt: "It's simple—finish what we didn't complete last night... our bondage play."
I thought untying the ropes would be the end, never realizing it was just the beginning of my downfall.
When the knots symbolizing freedom were untied, they were replaced by an invisible cage woven from his power and desire, trapping me completely.
"Susie," he pinned me beneath him, his eyes filled with bottomless possessiveness, "the game begins now. You tied me for one night, I'll tie you for life."
Chapter 1
Susie woke up with a splitting headache that made her groan out loud.
Her whole body ached like she'd been run over by a truck.
She opened her eyes and saw the familiar metal ceiling, feeling slightly relieved.
This was her home—a rented space converted from an abandoned train car. Three hundred dollars a month. Run-down, but it had everything she needed.
She'd been living here for over a year now.
Susie tried to sit up but found her body unusually heavy.
She tried to remember what happened last night.
Maddie had convinced her to go to the Halloween party. "You need to meet new people, Susie. That jerk Claire isn't worth wasting your life over."
Claire.
At the thought of that name, Susie felt a sharp pain in her chest.
A year ago, the man she'd loved deeply had not only betrayed her but also nearly gotten her hooked on drugs.
The meager wages she'd earned from her jobs had gone straight into his pocket, while he'd been planning to sell her to Mexico as a prostitute.
Susie closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
At least she was safe now—not sold off, not stranded in a foreign land.
This was what she told herself every morning when she woke up, a little ritual to remind herself she'd escaped the worst.
But this morning's ritual was interrupted.
Susie suddenly realized she wasn't wearing her own pajamas, but a large, obviously men's white shirt.
What panicked her even more was that underneath the shirt, there was nothing—she wasn't wearing any underwear.
This discovery made her gasp.
Just then, a low grunt came from beside her.
Susie stiffly turned her head.
Next to her lay a man.
No, more precisely, a young man with well-defined muscles covered in tattoos.
Intricate tattoos wound around his arms, making him look both dangerous and attractive.
And this man was awake.
A pair of deep brown eyes, sharp and alert, locked onto Susie's face, as if he'd been watching her for a while.
Time froze for three seconds, then Susie screamed.
She practically bounced up, but her body couldn't escape.
The man's leg was pinning down her thigh, solid and strong, like an iron clamp holding her to the bed.
"Let go of me!" Susie's voice was shrill as she reached for a pillow, clutching it to her chest like a shield.
The man didn't move, just watched her, his breathing terrifyingly steady.
That's when Susie noticed his hands were tied.
Why would he be tied up?
"Who are you? How did you get into my house..." Susie's mind went blank.
The man was silent for a few seconds before speaking. "That question," his voice was low, but every word was clear, "I should be asking you."
Susie froze. "What?"
"You're the one who tied me to your bed," he said, his tone flat but cold.
"I did not!" The moment the words left her mouth, she felt guilty.
She looked at the rope—the knot was indeed tied the way she usually tied things.
She looked at the man's bare upper body, then at the shirt she was wearing that clearly wasn't hers.
Memory fragments from last night started crashing through her mind. She'd drunk a lot, and at the end she'd seen someone drinking alone in a corner, sharp jawline...
Had she brought him back? Had she tied him up?
"You must have tried to force yourself on me, so I tied you up..." Susie said, her face flushing. "I'm a girl, bringing a strange man home, I must have sensed danger, so... look, you're still pinning me down..."
As she spoke, her gaze drifted to his leg, traveling upward, then froze.
Under the black underwear fabric, the outline of a certain part was unmistakably clear—hard, bulging, almost breaking free from the constraints.
Her mind went blank with a buzz.
The man noticed Susie's gaze. His eyebrow twitched slightly, but his expression remained calm.
He moved his bound wrists, his voice emotionless. "Untie me."
But Susie shrank back, hugging the pillow tighter, shaking her head. "No... what will you do after I untie you?"
The man's deep brown eyes narrowed slightly, darkening.
The leg that had been pinning her thigh moved away.
The restraint suddenly gone, Susie stood up, scrambled off the bed, and rushed into the bathroom, her heart pounding like it was trying to break free from her chest...
Matt listened to the sound of water from the bathroom, his eyes calmly scanning this shabby space.
He, Matt Loren, the actual controller of the Loren Family, one of the most feared mob bosses on the entire East Coast, was now lying half-naked and tied to a bed.
And his penis was still hard.
Last night's Halloween party—he shouldn't have gone.
In the past three years, since taking over the family business, Matt rarely allowed himself to let his guard down like this.
But yesterday, after dealing with two traitors in a row and settling a border dispute, Sim had suggested he get out for some air.
So he went, wearing the simplest half-mask, sitting in a corner.
He'd drunk a lot, and somehow let a petite blonde girl bring him home, and he didn't even get anything out of it!
Matt silently drew a breath and moved his wrists.
The knots were quite professional, not just casually tied.
Double loop knots, with a special tightening method—the more you struggled, the tighter they got.
If it were someone else, they probably really couldn't break free.
But with his strength and experience, snapping these ropes wouldn't be difficult.
Yet he didn't want to get up right now. He smelled the girl's lingering scent on the pillow and frowned slightly.
Who was this girl?
In the three years he'd been a mob boss, he'd offended many people—enemies everywhere.
But if this was a trap set by enemies, he shouldn't just be tied up right now—at minimum, his hands should have been chopped off...
The water in the bathroom stopped.
Matt's gaze turned cold as he watched the girl walk out, wrapped in a towel, his breathing stopping for a moment.
Just then, a phone rang.
Susie's eyes flew open, and she rushed over to grab her phone.
"What? Now?... Okay, okay, I'll be right there!... No, it's fine, I'm awake, I'll come right away!"
Susie's voice was rushed.
She hung up and didn't even glance at the bed before rushing to the old metal cabinet on the other side of the room, frantically searching for clothes.
Water droplets slid down her pale neck and shoulders, leaving a few dark spots on the floor.
Matt watched her without saying anything.
"Sorry, something urgent came up! I have to go out!"
Susie pulled on a sweater and jeans, roughly dried her hair, grabbed her keys and a small bag, then seemed to suddenly remember there was another person in the room and quickly glanced toward the bed.
But her gaze was unfocused—her mind was completely occupied by that phone call.
"I'll be back soon! You just stay here!"
She didn't even wait for Matt to respond before rushing to the door, pulling it open, and slipping out.
The door slammed shut, the whole train car shook, and then fell into silence.
Matt lay on the bed, surprise flashing in his eyes.
Had he just been forgotten here?
However, this silence lasted less than ten seconds.
The lock turned again, and Susie burst back in, breathless. Without looking at Matt, she went straight to the bed, grabbed her own pillow, and placed it behind his neck.
"This way you won't get too tired." After saying this, she ran to the table, grabbed a carton of milk, poured it into a cup to heat it, then brought it over and set it on the old wooden box by the bed, even putting a straw in it.
"In case you get hungry." She finally looked at him, her eyes worried but also hurried. "Drink some milk first. I'll come back as soon as I'm done!"
With that, she rushed out the door again.
The train car fell silent once more.
Looking at the closed door,
Matt's eyes deepened as he said softly, "Interesting."
He said it quietly, then tried moving his wrists.
The knots were solid, that special double-loop tightening structure.
When he tried to use force, they only bit down tighter.
With his strength, breaking free really wouldn't be difficult. He could even take this bed with him if he wanted.
But a strange emotion swept through him.
He found himself reluctant to damage this place.
His gaze fell back on that glass of milk, and on that face with its usually hard lines, the corner of his mouth curved upward.

"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
