Introduction
Chapter 1
{Diana POV}
One month until the wedding.
I was trying on the wedding dress I'd designed myself when a message from a friend lit up my phone.
[Diana, get over here now. Robert lost at Truth or Dare. He has to kiss Cleo.]
My breath caught. My fingers clenched tight.
Without a word, I grabbed a cab to the club.
I didn't even wait for the elevator. I took the stairs three at a time to the third floor and shoved the door open so hard it slammed against the wall.
Inside the private room, amber light cast everything in shadow and suggestion.
Robert sat in the center wearing a custom suit, a glass of whiskey dangling from his fingers. Completely relaxed.
Cleo Green straddled his lap in a black slip dress, arms looped around his neck, fingers trailing along his collar.
Robert's hand cupped the back of her head, holding her in place with undeniable possession.
They were kissing. Deep and hungry.
Music pounded. Laughter roared. The noise was deafening.
Ten minutes. They only had ten seconds left.
All our friends started counting down in unison.
"Go, Robert! Ten! Nine! Eight! Seven..."
The chanting grew louder, more excited.
I stood frozen in the doorway, watching it all unfold.
I even saw Robert slide his tongue into Cleo's mouth, tangling with hers without the slightest hesitation.
My face went white. My stomach churned. Nausea clawed up my throat. My nails bit into my palms.
When the countdown ended, they finally pulled apart. Reluctantly.
Cleo glanced at Robert with fake shyness and buried her face in his chest. But I caught the smug little smile tugging at her lips.
Robert looked down at her, a faint smirk on his face, fingers grazing her back. He looked satisfied.
Then someone called out, "Diana?"
The room went silent. The music cut off.
Eyes turned toward me. Awkward. Curious. Entertained.
Robert and Cleo both looked over.
Robert pushed Cleo off him and frowned, his voice sharp with irritation. "It's just a game. Was it really worth showing up for?"
I didn't say anything. I just stared at him, our eyes locked. The ice in mine could have cut glass.
The silence in the room was suffocating.
His impatience stabbed into me like needles. Sharp. Relentless.
I'd been with Robert for seven years.
This past year, he'd come home less and less. Always with an excuse. "Work dinner." "Late meeting."
I knew he liked to party. I knew women threw themselves at him.
I could tolerate his late nights. His neglect. But there was one thing I couldn't tolerate.
Cheating.
He knew that.
And he did it anyway.
All the anger I'd been holding in suddenly vanished, leaving nothing but cold emptiness.
I laughed. It came out bitter. "Yeah, Mr. Hamilton. I shouldn't have come. How much more 'convenient' would that have been for you? Best if I just play blind for the rest of my life, right?"
My sarcasm made his face darken. His voice turned colder. "I told you it was a game. What are you making a scene for? Don't forget we're getting married in a month. No one's taking your spot as Mrs. Hamilton."
A threat.
If I still wanted to marry him, if I wanted to keep that title, I'd better turn a blind eye to whatever he did outside our relationship.
But he had no idea.
I was the second daughter of the York family. A core designer for the family's luxury jewelry brand. An heir to the family fortune.
I gave up my inheritance for him. Gave up my design career. Threw myself into helping him build his startup from the ground up.
From a tiny office to a multinational investment company worth billions.
And now it was being used to threaten me?
I looked at the man I'd loved for seven years. The last flicker of hope in my chest went out. "Oh, so you 'do' remember we're getting married. Funny. Robert, I'm not desperate to marry you."
I'd compromised. Tolerated. Over and over. Because I loved him. Because I couldn't let go.
But if he was tired of me, if he regretted this, if he didn't want to get married—he could've just said so.
Would I have clung to him?
Robert's eyes flashed with annoyance. Still, he stood and walked over, lowering his voice. "Don't say things you don't mean. Let's go home. We'll talk there."
He reached for my hand, expecting to smooth things over like he always did.
I yanked my hand away, my voice ice-cold. "Don't touch me. You touched another woman. I find it disgusting."
His patience snapped. His tone turned sharp and threatening. "Diana, you really want to make a scene? Fine. But think carefully. If you don't marry me, you'll have nothing."
That made me laugh again. I nodded slowly, about to respond—
Cleo stood and walked over, playing the victim. She grabbed my hand, her voice pleading. "Ms. York, please don't be mad at Robert. It really was just a game. There's nothing between us. Please don't misunderstand."
I hadn't even planned to acknowledge her.
A man who can't resist temptation isn't entirely the other woman's fault.
But this woman seduced my fiancé and now she's playing innocent?
I looked at her with pure contempt and pulled my hand back. "Ms. Green, you're awfully generous. Seducing my man and then pretending to be the victim?"
"Ms. York, how can you say that?" Cleo's eyes reddened, her voice trembling. "Ms. York, please believe me. Robert and I are just colleagues. Please, I'm begging you, don't fight with him because of me."
She was putting on a show. Playing the martyr. As if her feelings didn't matter as long as we didn't fight.
I was impressed by the performance. I decided to call her bluff. "You want me to believe you? Fine. Kiss every man in this room for ten minutes. Then I'll believe there's nothing between you and Robert."
Cleo's face went pale. She swayed like she might faint. Tears welled in her eyes.
The men in the room looked at me like I was the villain. Like I was the one being unreasonable.
I didn't care. I pulled my wrist free from Cleo's grip.
I didn't push her.
But Cleo stumbled backward dramatically, like I'd shoved her. She nearly fell.
Robert caught her by the waist, glaring at me with ice in his eyes. "Are you done? You've been spoiled too long. You put your hands on her and said horrible things. Apologize. Now."

I hate girls like her.
Entitled.
Delicate.
And still—
Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.

How Not To Fall For A Dragon
Which is why it was more than a little confusing when a letter arrived with my name already printed on a schedule, a dorm waiting, and classes picked out as if someone knew me better than I knew myself. Everyone knows the Academy, it’s where witches sharpen their spells, shifters master their forms, and every kind of magical creature learns to control their gifts.
Everyone except me.
I don’t even know what I am. No shifting, no magic tricks, nothing. Just a girl surrounded by people who can fly, conjure fire, or heal with a touch. So I sit through classes pretending I belong, and I listen hard for any clue that might tell me what’s hidden in my blood.
The only person more curious than me is Blake Nyvas, tall, golden-eyed, and very much a Dragon. People whisper that he’s dangerous, warn me to keep my distance. But Blake seems determined to solve the mystery of me, and somehow I trust him more than anyone else.
Maybe it’s reckless. Maybe it’s dangerous.
But when everyone else looks at me like I don’t belong, Blake looks at me like I’m a riddle worth solving.
Alpha Nicholas's Little Mate
What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.
My mate sees me and runs.

Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.

And the deeper Wren is pulled back into his world, the more she realizes nothing about her past—or about Ezra—is what she believed.
In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
