Introduction
Chapter 1
Avery's eyes brimmed with tears as she resumed work, the ache of her mother's passing still raw. Jack's words cut through her grief, his voice a cold slap that made her flinch. He was her superior in the office, no matter how much she disliked the fact.
"Avery, you've been absent for three days. Any particular reason?"
Avery's throat constricted, and she swallowed hard, fighting the tide of emotions that threatened to overwhelm her. She had known this moment was coming, had prepared herself for it, but the words still felt like a razor-sharp blade slicing through her already fragile composure.
"My mother passed away," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. She reached for the words, trying to explain the unexplainable. "She had cancer. The funeral was… it was two days ago."
Jack's expression softened, but only slightly. "I'm sorry to hear that, Avery. But you know we have policies in place for bereavement leave. You should have…"
Avery's eyes flashed with a spark of defiance, tempering the grief that threatened to consume her. "I know, Jack. I'm sorry. It was...it happened suddenly. I couldn't think straight, I thought she could still be saved… She was doing better, but then she had a relapse..."
Her voice cracked, and she bit her lip, willing the tears to stay at bay. Not here, not now. She couldn't afford to break down, not in front of Jack, not in front of everyone.
Jack's gaze lingered on her face, his eyes narrowing. "I see. Well, I hope you're prepared to catch up on your work. We've had to pick up the slack while you were away."
"I'll try to catch up, Jack," she said, her words tumbling out in a rush, like a desperate prayer. "I just… I need a little time."
Jack's smile was a thin, mirthless line, his eyes glinting with a spark of curiosity. "Time is a luxury we can't afford, Avery," he said, his voice dripping with condescension. "You're already on thin ice. One more mistake, and you're out."
Avery's heart sank like a stone in the pit of her stomach, her fingers curling into fists as she fought to keep her composure. She nodded, her throat tight, and Jack's gaze lingered on her face, making her feel like she was drowning in a sea of his expectations.
But, when she turned to leave, Jack's hand brushed against hers, his touch sending a shiver down her spine when he grabbed her hand and winked seductively.
“Unless you say yes to… you know…” Jack whispered.
The air was thick with tension, and Avery's instincts screamed at her to run, to get as far away from Jack as possible, but she had to endure. The job was her only source of income and she needed every cent she could get. She gently pried her fingers from his hawk-like grip and went to her table. As she worked, Avery's mind wandered to the mountain of bills and debts she had to pay. The thought of losing the house, the only reminder she had of her mother, was unbearable. She felt like she was drowning in a sea of uncertainty, with no lifeline in sight.
Just as the anxiety threatened to overwhelm her, her phone buzzed in her pocket. It was Jessica, her best friend and confidante, checking in on her.
"Hey, Jess," Avery answered, her voice barely above a whisper, trying to compose herself.
"Ave, I talked to Sandra, and she has a job opening here at the hotel, the pay is better than your current," Jessica said, her voice filled with excitement. "You need to come and see her ASAP."
Avery's heart leapt as she checked the time on her phone. It was already break time and she didn't have prior plans. She hastily took the things she needed and headed to Jessica's praying all the way that she would land the new job.
While waiting for her turn to see Sandra, she brought out a piece of paper and a pen, from her bag; and began to scribble down her worries, burdens, and debts. The act of writing them down was her stress-relief therapy, a way to purge the emotions that had been bottled up inside her.
The words flowed onto the paper, a raw and honest expression of her financial struggles. Avery's hand moved automatically, her mind focused on the task, as she poured out her worries onto the page, relief slowly replacing her worries.
Suddenly, an image popped up in her mind, a swirling vortex of shapes and symbols that seemed to dance across the page. That was not the first time she experienced that, she had gotten used to the inspired drawings since her twenty-first birthday. She enjoyed it, though she didn't know what she drew most of the time.
Avery's turned the paper to the other side, her hand moving automatically as she began to draw. The pen scratched across the paper, filling the space with intricate patterns and designs. She was lost in the art, her worries and fears forgotten in the flow of creation. It was as if she was in another realm, a voice guiding her pen on what to draw.
When she was done, Avery stared at the paper, her heart racing with a mix of wonder and trepidation. Again, she had drawn something she had never seen before, just like the few pieces at home.
"Avery, come on! Sandra's waiting!"
Jessica's voice was a distant echo, but Avery's brain finally registered the words. She hastily stood up, grabbing her bag and folder, and hurried after Jessica, to see Sandra.
In her haste, Avery dropped the paper, the sheet flew across the floor, but she didn't notice, too focused on catching up with Jessica.
As she rushed out of the reception, she collided with a solid chest, the impact sending her stumbling backward. Strong hands grasped her arms, steadying her, and Avery's gaze met piercing blue eyes that seemed to see right through her. The stranger's face was chiseled, with sharp cheekbones and a strong jawline. His eyes crinckled at the corners, and Avery instantly felt drawn to him. Her fingers brushed against his, and a spark of electricity jolted through her, leaving her breathless.
"Sorry," she muttered, her voice barely above a whisper, as she hastily pulled away.
The stranger's eyes held hers for a moment, his gaze burning with an intensity that left her feeling… seen.
"No harm done. Are you okay?"
Avery could only nod, fully aware of the man's impressive presence.
Then, he released her, and Avery hurried away, her heart racing with a mix of excitement and trepidation, as she ran after Jessica.
The stranger's gaze dropped to the paper on the floor, the one Avery had dropped in her haste. The paper was turned to the side of the image Avery drew. He bent down and picked up the paper, his eyes connecting instantly with the image. His eyes widened, his expression freezing in shock. The image on the paper was one he had seen before, one that belonged to something that held great significance and power, which he was looking for!

Mated by Contract to the Alpha
William—my devastatingly handsome, wealthy werewolf fiancé destined to become Delta—was supposed to be mine forever. After five years together, I was ready to walk down the aisle and claim my happily ever after.
Instead, I found him with her. And their son.
Betrayed, jobless, and drowning in my father's medical bills, I hit rock bottom harder than I ever imagined possible. Just when I thought I'd lost everything, salvation came in the form of the most dangerous man I'd ever encountered.
Damien Sterling—future Alpha of the Silver Moon Shadow Pack and ruthless CEO of Sterling Group—slid a contract across his desk with predatory grace.
“Sign this, little doe, and I'll give you everything your heart desires. Wealth. Power. Revenge. But understand this—the moment you put pen to paper, you become mine. Body, soul, and everything in between.”
I should have run. Instead, I signed my name and sealed my fate.
Now I belong to the Alpha. And he's about to show me just how wild love can be.
The Son of Red Fang
Alpha Cole Redmen is the youngest of six born to Alpha Charles and Luna Sara Mae, leaders of the Red Fang pack. Born prematurely, Alpha Charles rejected him without hesitation as weak and undeserving of his very life. He is reminded daily of his father’s hatred for him paving the way for the rest of his family to become the same.
By adulthood, his father’s hatred and abuse towards him has spilled over into the rest of the pack making him the scapegoat for those with the sadistic need to see him suffer. The rest are simply too afraid to even look his way leaving him little in the way of friends or family to turn to.
Alpha Demetri Black is the leader of a sanctuary pack known as Crimson Dawn. It’s been years since a wolf has made their way to his pack via the warrior’s prospect program but that doesn’t mean he’s not looking for the tell tale signs of a wolf in need of help.
Malnourished and injured upon his arrival, Cole’s anxious and overly submissive demeanor lands him in the very situation he’s desperate to avoid, in the attention of an unknown alpha.
Yet somehow through the darkness of severe illness and injury he runs into the very person he’s been desperate to find since he turned eighteen, his Luna. His one way ticket out of the hell he’s been born into.
Will Cole find the courage needed to leave his pack once and for all, to seek the love and acceptance he’s never had?

The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.

Crossing Lines
Noah
I was here to prove myself—
One last shot at football, at freedom, at a future no one ever thought I’d deserve.
And then I met him.
Coach Aiden Mercer.
Cold. Demanding. Built like a legend and twice as ruthless.
From the first command, I wanted to fight him.
From the first Sir, I wanted to kneel.
But this wasn’t just about the game anymore.
He looked at me like he saw through every mask I wore…
And spoke to me in a voice I knew far too well.
The same one that called me baby boy in the darkest corners of the internet.
Now I didn’t know if I wanted to win…
Or just be his.
Aiden
Noah Blake was supposed to be a challenge.
A cocky, reckless quarterback with raw talent and no discipline.
But one message had changed everything.
One night on ObeyNet, a stranger with attitude and submission tangled in his words.
And when I saw Noah in person—his fire, his fear, that ache to be seen—
I knew it was him.
He didn’t know who I was. Not yet.
But I was already testing him. Pushing him.
Breaking him down until he begged for what he swore he didn’t need.
This was not supposed to get personal, but every second he disobeyed made me want to claim him harder.
And if he crossed the line…
I’d make damn sure he never forgot who he belonged to.
Losing Control : His Madness, His Cure
“You haven’t told me to stop,” I murmur.
His fingers twitch like he wants to hit me or grab me, maybe both.
He turns his head away like he’s trying to find oxygen, but I can see it, the flush in his neck, the pulse beating fast under my thumb, the way his body gives him away even while his mouth keeps lying.
I press my body into his, chest to chest, heat to heat.
“You want to hate me. Fine. Hate me all you want. But don’t fucking lie to yourself. Don’t pretend your cock doesn’t get hard every time I say your name.”
He groans, a sound caught between frustration and need.
Xander never meant to get involved. Two years ago he stumbled into an alley and locked eyes with a stranger beating someone bloody.
That stranger was Jax.
Since then, he's found himself thinking of the guy an unhealthy amount. He was a fantasy for two whole years...until he wasn't. Now they circle each other like fire and gasoline...sparking, burning, never quite touching without leaving marks. Xander isn’t used to being overpowered. But Jax dominates like he was born to, and Xander hates how much he craves it.
It’s push and pull. Bite and bleed. Want and denial.....
Jax hides behind silence and shadows. A violent past, darker urges, walls built out of barbed wire. But Xander keeps digging, keeps fucking showing up, and that scares Jax more than anything. Because Xander isn’t just scratching the surface.
He’s reaching in and pulling Jax apart. And the deeper they fall, the more dangerous it gets.
✨He was supposed to be a pastime. Not a craving. But some obsessions don’t burn out. They burn through.✨

“She’d just be a Breeder, you would be the Luna. Once she’s pregnant, I wouldn’t touch her again.” my mate Leon’s jaw tightened.

Nathan squeezes my hand and leans forward. His lips brush the shell of my ear, causing a shiver to run down my spine.
“You really are audacious, April,” he whispers. “Audacious and delusional.” Then he pulls back and gives me the widest, most sinister grin I’ve ever seen, before announcing to the entire church: “I. Would. Rather. Eat. Shit.”
