Chapter 1
CHAPTER 1: AMBIGUITY
In a secret place, where the atmosphere is gradually warming, Georgina’s body was pressed onto the car seat by a man named Alexander Hemington- with his usual cold and grayish eyes.
Georgina is extremely beautiful, has porcelain and delicate skin, and has beautiful, tantalizing brown eyes. Her eyes were full of endless desire and lust while staring at the man in front of her.
She met his cold gaze, and as of that moment, she was frightened by his kind of looks.
“You went on a blind date again?” Alexander asked coldly.
Georgina bit her lower lip and smiled wickedly. “A man like you… you always care about my affair; why is that?”
Alexander frowned slightly. His expression is still calm, but his voice is more aggressive and fiercer. Georgina felt tortured so hard that she couldn’t bear his dark stare. Instead of eyeing him, she nuzzled her head to his shoulder and bit it with venting and resentment.
Suddenly, his mobile phone rang under the seat as Alexander bent down to pick up the call, and he saw the name in his caller ID.
“Alexander…” A woman’s gentle and soft voice came from the other line. “Did you arrive already?”
Deep inside, Georgina felt insecurity against herself again. She just secretly smirked and looked down.
As of that moment, Alexander squeezed Georgina’s waist, moving lightly and heavily. “It’s heavy traffic,” he sounds low magnetic and sultry.
The woman in the other line heaved a deep sigh. “Alright. My parents and I are waiting for you at home, and you should drive carefully.”
“Hmm,” he hummed softly, which Georgina had never heard of it.
Georgina raised her gaze to look at him, bit her lip, and shrugged her shoulders. When Alexander hangs up, she immediately lifts her arms and encircles them to his neck, pulling him towards her.
“Alexander, please don’t go,” she pleads. “I don’t want you to go.”
He knitted his forehead; his eyes went cold as his jaw clenched. He pulled away mercilessly and just stared at her.
“Georgina, don’t forget who you are to me!” he hissed.
She was startled by his thunderous voice. She swallowed hard and felt a dagger in her chest.
“Get out of the car,” Alexander commanded harshly.
She scoffed, sat up properly, and smiled maliciously. “You seem frustrated. Wouldn’t it be nice if I want to go with you to see my sister?”
Georgina licked her lower lips sexily as she raised her hand to slide down the waistband of Alexander’s pants, ambiguous and sensual. “I’ll help you, Alexander…” she mumbled.
Before she could play with his hard-on, Alexander tapped her hands and moved them away. His eyes were deep and gloomy.
“Georgina, don’t make me repeat it!” he said, cold yet dangerous.
She laughed sardonically. She raised her eyebrows and pushed the door before she got out of the car. As soon as she closed the door, Alexander’s sports car drove away from her.
She was left alone in an abandoned place as the cold wind blew her skirt. She looked in the direction where Alexander’s car went on and just tightly squeezed her Gucci bag.
“What a shameless dog!” she said and shook her head.
She walked until she reached the highway. She rides a taxi, and after thirty minutes, she already reaches their home.
Home. Georgina thought and shook her head. She didn’t consider their house a home now.
When she entered the mansion, a maid immediately came to her. “Young Miss, Mr., And Mrs. Lavinton are meeting with a guest now, and you should go to the dining hall.”
Georgina didn’t say anything as she walked straight towards the dining area and seated near her half-sister.
There was a burst of laughter in the dining area, and all of them looked at her.
“Oh, good to see you, Georgina,” Alexander’s mother greeted her politely.
She smiled. “Good to see you, Mrs. Hemington,” she greeted back.
Her parents were sitting opposite Alexander’s parents, while her sister, Dhalia, was seated next to Alexander. The atmosphere is harmonious, but it isn’t lively.
Georgina looked around; a lot of food was well prepared. She smirked secretly as she got the spoon and fork and started eating.
“I never thought of having guests at home for a long time,” Georgina speaks up.
Alexander glanced at her. His eyes were cold, and then, he looked at Dhalia beside him. As a matter of pretending right in front of them, Alexander always talks about business just to lure the topic.
Georgina chuckled and ruffled her hair charmingly as she glanced at her sister.
Dhalia pursed her lips, looked at her, and said leisurely, “George, how was your blind date today? Still haven’t found the right man for you?” she asked annoyingly.
Georgina stopped eating and smiled. “Oh, it’s satisfying!” she uttered verbally. “Evan said that as long as I am willing to marry him, he would probably pay as much as the bride costs,” she added as he glanced at Alexander.
She pitied Alexander because of his cold emotions. She couldn’t see any reaction or expression on his face. She suddenly lost her appetite and just drank the wine in her glass.
Dhalia smiled softly. “It seems that my sister is very interested in Evan, Mom. Maybe, she’ll get married before me,” she suggested as she looked at Alexander shyly.
Alexander looked down at the woman beside him, and his lips rose for a smirk. Georgina felt annoyed and just looked away.
Mrs. Lavinton speaks up. “Oh, dear…” Emilia smiled. “I want you to get married first because your sister is still in the process of looking for someone who deserves her.”
Rinaldi, on the other side, is just silent, listening to his wife but doesn’t intend to speak.
Georgina speaks again. “I don’t want to marry someone who is totally ill, Mother.
Although, if I married him, I would be just a fertility machine to his family, and I don’t want that because I want to consider my health to be safe.”
Emilia just laughed and said, “Georgina, don’t joke around. The Everdeen family is personally chosen by me, and Evan is talented. He is matched to you.”
Georgina went cold. ‘A table of talent? Match with him?’ She thought in mind.
Evan Everdeen is just a hunk, tall, handsome, and has tantalizing blue eyes but not Georgina’s type. He has the looks, but he’s no match with Georgina’s typical type of guy named Alexander Hemington.
Georgina smiled, looking quite well-behaved. “I know that you want me to get married, but I want to choose who will be my future husband personally will be. Evan is just a friend, and he’s not my type either,” she blurted out of the blue.
After saying that, she stood up, excused herself, and just walked away. She went upstairs, probably to her room. She removed her skirt and threw it slightly on the ground.
As for the sudden momentum, she walked towards her bathroom and took a quick shower. After taking a shower, she puts on her robe and lies on the bed. She took out her phone and took a selfie, and sent it to Alexander with a message on it.
She smiled wickedly because she knew that Alexander wouldn’t turn her down with her erotic scene tonight. As she was scrolling, her phone beeped for a message. It was Alexander.
On the contrary, Alexander ferociously crumpled his fist from what he had seen in the message of Georgina.
“Honey,” Dhalia looked over him curiously. “Who are you chatting with?”
Alexander slid his phone instantly into his pants. “Just a friend,” he replied coldly.
Dhalia is suspicious of him but doesn’t ask for more questions. As the dinner continued without Georgina, Alexander’s mother spoke.
“Things are well discussed, let’s just wait for Dhalia’s birthday next month, and we’ll announce their engagement.”
When they were finally done talking, Alexander’s parents took their leave first because they needed to go home and rest. It was already eight in the evening, yet Alexander stayed to accompany Dhalia and had a small talk.
After their talk, he escorted Dhalia to her room so he could be passed by to Georgina’s room.
“Rest,” he just said to the woman who was now lying on the bed, and then he walked out of her room.
As for Georgina, she waited for him in her room, but there were no traces of Alexander. Her shoulder slumped, and overthink.
“You’re pathetic, Georgina…” she talked to herself while sipping her wine. “You’re not worthy of him. Why don’t you stop having an affair with him?” she even dared to question herself. “You’re such a shameless woman!”
She was busy sipping on her wine glass when the door opened slightly, and Alexander went inside her room. She wasn’t drunk, but she just felt a little dizzy.
“Oh, I thought you went home already,” she spat. “You shouldn’t go here now. Someone might see you here.” She sounds insulting to him.
Alexander didn’t talk. He just walked towards her and moved away the wine glass in her hand as he pressed his lips to hers. Georgina and Dhalia’s room is just next to each other, and even the burning kisses of the two can’t stop Dhalia’s sudden phone call to Alexander.
At this hour, the two are probably hitting a home run, and it seems that they both wanted another round again.
Before taking another round, Alexander turned off his phone and continued fucking each other with their burning heat.
“Oh, Georgina…” Alexander mumbled huskily. “Such a sinful affair with you,” he added, kissing her passionately.

Everyone knows the Academy, it’s where witches sharpen their spells, shifters master their forms, and every kind of magical creature learns to control their gifts.
Everyone except me.

The only person more curious than me is Blake Nyvas, tall, golden-eyed, and very much a Dragon. People whisper that he’s dangerous, warn me to keep my distance. But Blake seems determined to solve the mystery of me, and somehow I trust him more than anyone else.
Maybe it’s reckless. Maybe it’s dangerous.

A pack of their own
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.

In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
