Introduction
Chapter 1
"This day we should be happy! We should celebrate our birthday happily but what ?! Von, I became a fool! I can't help but inform you that the woman I want wants you!" I shouted and looked up at the sky to stop myself from hurting him, I wanted to hurt him, punch him until he had a bruise on his face but I couldn't because he was my twin.
"What we said when we were kids, no one can keep secrets between the two of us. We should know each other's secrets." I said and looked at him.
"But what is it now Von? Since we were kids we all tell each other secrets but now what ?! If I hadn't followed you I wouldn't have known Von!" I shouted.
"Van, I just don't want to--"
"Von, I can't help but think that's why you don't want to get married because you're waiting for Aphrodite. I can't help but think that you like her too Von." He frowned.
"What the fuck?" He asked.
"Fuck you," I said.
"The hell Van, I'm not waiting for Aphrodite! What brain do you have? I know you like Aphrodite--"
"You know, you should have told me that she wanted you!" I'm cut off from what he has to say.
"I don't want to tell you because I don't want to hurt you and make you angry with me Van!" He shouted angrily.
"Is that the reason or maybe you like her Von?" I asked. He laughed. A sarcastic laugh.
"All right, so you can stop Van. I'm going to agree to marry Cleopatra just so I can prove to you that I don't like Aphrodite." He said coldly. Suddenly my heart was broken by what he said. He will marry Cleopatra. I don't know why I was hurt when he said that. Maybe it was because I knew he didn't want to get married that I was hurt.
"Happy now?" He asked. I looked at him. Traces of sadness and pain in his eyes.
"That's your bad habit, your anger is what you apply." I was bored with what he said. I was in front of him in an instant, holding his collar. I looked into his eyes. No emotion could be traced to him.
"Stay away from her Von." Annoyed I said while holding his collar. I don't know who I'm referring to don. Whether Aphrodite or Cleopatra. I don't know who that's for. I'm confused.
"Tell that to her, I'm quiet here." Annoyed Von said and pushed me away from him.
"You're a traitor Von," I said, feeling too heavy. I can’t control myself. He laughed."Isn't it amazing how one tiny sperm can turn into a giant piece of shit?" Von asked me. "I'm not taking anything away from you Van. She likes me but I don't care anything." Annoyed Von said and turned his back on me. I clenched my fist.
"Von Floyd Vaughn!" I was annoyed calling him so it stopped.
I took a deep breath and then looked at him as he turned his back.
"I reject you as my brother and twin," I said coldly. Von didn't say a word and just kept walking. When he disappeared from my sight I immediately burst into tears. When my knees weakened, I sat on the floor crying.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I shouted as I knelt and cried.
I do not know. The pain of the day for me. Very painful.
I was only in that position for a few minutes when I decided to stand up. I wiped away my tears and faced the habit of our rooftop door when I saw Cleopatra turn a few feet away from me. Turned cross arms and turned to look at me.
No emotion can be seen on her face. She took a deep breath and then approached me slowly.
"I said, don't ever instill anger in your twin." She said coldly. I could just look at her.
“Just because of a woman you rejected him?” She asked. She shook her head as she turned to look at me. "You two are very close, but just because of Aphrodite you rejected him." She added and took a deep breath.
'I wish I was Aphrodite, I wish I was the one you want.'
I was shocked to read what she was thinking. I looked at her. She kept looking at me while thinking. I read her mind again and my heartbeat almost quickened at what I read.
'When it was only because of Aphrodite that he rejected his twin. Aphrodite was very lucky. Why couldn’t he see the efforts of a Van Vaughn in front of me? If he only wanted me, he wouldn't ..... '
I stopped reading what she was thinking. She kept staring at me.
"Do you like Von?" I asked while looking at her. She looked at me seriously.
'No.'
"Yes." I frowned when I heard her answer. Her mind says something different from what he told me.
"Do you want me?" I ask. I looked at her seriously. I saw how she blushed. She averted his eyes then replied.
"No."
'yes.'
Her answer was different again. I approached her and touched her face. I felt that she was isolated from me.
"Tell the truth, Cleopatra," I said. She did not answer. She just looked at me while her forehead was wrinkled.
"You both said you don't want to marry Von--"
"I changed my mind," She said coldly and removed my grip on her face. She stared at me coldly.
"If Von wants it, I'll allow it. I don't want it if he doesn't want it either." When she said that she turned away.
"We're leaving. Your brothers are looking for you downstairs." She said and walked over to me first. I was left here as I turned to look at what she had gone through.
"Liar," I whispered and grinned. Her mind says something different from what she tells me.

The first half is set in high school, and the second half is set during their college years. Hope you enjoy the journey!
This is a slow-paced story, focused more on emotions, healing, and the small moments in life rather than intense action or dramatic twists.

I hope ordinary Clara, ordinary Adrian, and all of us ordinary people can find the happiness we deserve.

Even worse was overhearing Darrell laugh to his friends: "She's useful—obedient, doesn't cause trouble, handles housework, and I can fuck her whenever I need relief. She's basically a live-in maid with benefits." He made crude thrusting gestures, sending his friends into laughter.
In despair, Sable left, reclaimed her true identity, and married her childhood neighbor—Lycan King Caelan, nine years her senior and her fated mate. Now Darrell desperately tries to win her back. How will her revenge unfold?
From substitute to queen—her revenge has just begun!

Falling for my boyfriend's Navy brother
"What is wrong with me?
Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?
It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.
He’s my boyfirend’s brother.
This is Tyler’s family.
I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.
**
As a ballet dancer, My life looks perfect—scholarship, starring role, sweet boyfriend Tyler. Until Tyler shows his true colors and his older brother, Asher, comes home.
Asher is a Navy veteran with battle scars and zero patience. He calls me "princess" like it's an insult. I can't stand him.
When My ankle injury forces her to recover at the family lake house, I‘m stuck with both brothers. What starts as mutual hatred slowly turns into something forbidden.
I'm falling for my boyfriend's brother.
**
I hate girls like her.
Entitled.
Delicate.
And still—
Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.
I’m not here to rescue anyone.
Especially not her.
Especially not someone like her.
She’s not my problem.
And I’ll make damn sure she never becomes one.
But when my eyes fell on her lips, I wanted her to be mine.
Human Capture (Up North #2)
Raised in a starving settlement choked by a vast, unforgiving forest, Lara learned early that survival has a price. To keep her family alive, she became a master hunter—agile, silent, and deadly with an array of mismatched blades. But the forest has eyes, and one evening, the shadows dragged her away.
Nine months later, Lara breaks free from a concrete dungeon, only to find herself stranded in the lawless, rogue-infested wilds of Avers Land alongside four captured werewolf girls. Seeking refuge in the neighboring territory of Illyen, she expects to find a way back to her human life. Instead, she is brought face-to-face with Alpha Rowan, the terrifying, ruthless ruler of the frozen North.
One look into Lara’s eyes, and the Alpha’s world shatters. His eyes turn an absolute shade of black. The bond is undeniable. She is his fated mate.
But a human cannot survive the brutal political landscape of the North, and Rowan openly rejects the bond, dragging her onto a warship bound for a kingdom that views her as a fragile liability. Trapped between a mate who refuses to love her and a court of monsters waiting for her to break, Lara must use every hunter's instinct she possesses. Because in the realm of wolves, a human must either grow claws of her own—or perish in the snow.
Pregnant by My Husband's Rival Alpha
Those words should have destroyed me, but the truth was worse: I'd been used as a broodmare by the man who swore to love me, set up in a hotel room with a stranger because My husband Alexander Cross couldn't father children himself, and now I carried the secret babies of Damon Lester—the most powerful and dangerous Alpha in San Loris—while my own family replaced me with the daughter they'd always wanted. But when that same stranger's doctor appeared at my door, when twenty million dollars exchanged hands over a fake perfume bearing my secret identity, and when Damon's gray eyes locked onto mine with recognition I couldn't afford, I realized my carefully hidden life as the legendary perfumer Vera was colliding with a pregnancy that could cost me everything.
Could I protect my babies from the husband plotting my death, hide my true identity from the Alpha who's been hunting me for years, and reclaim the freedom I'd buried along with my dreams—even if it means standing alone against the wolves who see me as nothing more than a womb to be used and discarded?
