Introduction
Before our bond could even form, he wrapped his arms around me and fed me the same excuse he always did.
"Carol, the healer says it’s congenital. I can't help it. Being with them is... just a way to protect you from getting hurt."
I cried. I begged. I screamed. But the carousel of beautiful women in his life never stopped spinning.
Then came the breaking point.
On a so-called business trip, Alpha Eddy heroically rescued three sisters who were cornered by Rogues. Instead of sending them back to their pack—or literally anywhere else—he brought them straight into our home. Not just anywhere in the Red Tree tribe's castle, but into the Luna’s chambers. My chambers.
When I questioned him, his response made my stomach turn.
Chapter 1
As soon as Alpha Eddy finalized the nationwide tour, he wasted no time texting the three sisters.
Then he turned to me with that infuriatingly gentle voice, like nothing was wrong.
"Carol, don’t worry. I’ll be gone a month at most. Once I’ve had my fun, I’ll come back and we’ll hold our bonding ceremony."
I gave him a quiet nod. “Okay.”
But deep down… I was done.
He didn’t know that this time, I wasn’t just hurt—I was finished.
I still remember the day the elders from both the White Tree and Red Tree tribes officially announced our upcoming bond. He held me close and whispered his favorite lie:
"The Healer said my body’s different… It’s a condition. I need other women or I’ll hurt you, Carol. I swear it’s not by choice."
We met at our coming-of-age ceremony. The moment our eyes locked, I knew—he was the mate the Moon Goddess had chosen for me. Back then, I was foolish enough to believe that fate meant love. That being his mate meant being chosen.
It’s been four years since then.
Four years of lies. Four years of humiliation. Four years of playing the future Luna while he paraded around with every beautiful woman that caught his eye.
But last month? That was the breaking point.
He returned from a “business trip” with three women he claimed to have saved from Rogues. Three sisters, to be exact. And instead of housing them anywhere else, he brought them straight into the Red Tree Castle… into my Luna chambers.
Everyone in the pack objected. He ignored them all.
After that, all pretense vanished. He didn’t even try to hide it.
The castle—my home—became a playground for their lust. The living room. The study. The garden. Even the damn garage. Every corner echoed with their giggles, their moans, their scent. It was unbearable.
And still, I kept quiet.
Even when he landed in the emergency room after “playing too hard,” I stepped up. I worked through the night, made calls, used every connection I had to bury the scandal and protect the Red Tree tribe’s reputation.
My reward?
He crawled right back to them—grateful.
When Nina complained the garden pollen irritated her delicate throat, he ordered my Moonlight Roses—roses I’d cultivated for three years—to be ripped out by the roots.
When Mia called my handpicked furniture "cheap and tasteless," he replaced everything. Every rug, every vase, every cushion I’d chosen with love and care.
And when Anna cried about never having tasted seafood as a child, he brought in a Michelin-starred chef to prepare lavish seafood spreads daily… even though he knew I had a severe allergy.
Each time I was rushed to the Healer, wheezing and fighting for breath, he just stroked my hair and murmured, "Carol, please… just hold on a little longer. For me."
Then came the ultimatum.
“Bond with her, and we’re done.”
And just like that, he caved. Not for love. Not for loyalty. But for lust.
Today, he stood before the media, the council, and the entire nation—declaring we had no ties. That the bonding ceremony was off. That I was nothing to him.
On the way home, I sat in silence, drowning in the heavy perfume lingering in the car—their scent. I stared out the window, the scenery blurring as years of heartbreak flashed through my mind.
I used to believe that if I loved him enough… if I was patient, gentle, understanding—he’d come around.
But love isn’t supposed to feel like drowning.
Halfway through the drive, his phone rang.
The ringtone wasn’t just familiar—it was sacred. A special tone he set for them. Even I, his so-called future Luna, didn’t have that honor.
“Eddy!” Anna sobbed through the speaker. “Mia and I got rear-ended on our way back from shopping! I’m so scared, what should we do?”
“I’ll be right there, baby. Don’t cry,” he said in that soft, soothing voice he never used with me anymore. Then he turned to me, colder than ice. "You can take a cab."
Without another word, I opened the door and stepped out.
I stood by the side of the road and watched the man I was supposed to spend forever with drive off—to someone else.
Just as I turned to leave, it happened.
BANG.
A blinding light. A sharp, searing pain.
Then… darkness.
When I opened my eyes again, the sterile white ceiling of a hospital greeted me.
The Pack doctor leaned over with a gentle smile. “Miss, you’re awake. You were hit by a car. Luckily, your injuries are mostly superficial.”
“Would you like us to contact someone for you?”
I nodded weakly, grabbing my phone with trembling fingers. I dialed the only number I knew by heart.
It rang.
Then I heard her voice. Anna.
"Eddy… no… not the new dress… ah—be gentle…" A breathless moan. Laughter. Skin against skin.
My hand went numb. The phone slipped from my fingers and hit the floor.
And just like that, something inside me shattered—quietly, completely.
The girl who had loved Alpha Eddy was gone.
All that remained… was the woman who would rise from the wreckage.

The Last of US
I’m not sure that was what I expected him to say, but I had been waiting to hear it. I smiled playfully, looking at him. “Yes, my king,” I said.
Moments, his lips were on mine. The kiss was soft and gentle at first, his hands wrapped around my waist, pulling me close to him; I let my arms find their way around his neck. I felt his tongue gently run along my lower lip and couldn’t help the soft moan that escaped my mouth at its touch. Von only took that as permission and slipped his tongue into my mouth; I let my tongue explore his mouth as he did the same to mine. Eventually, the kiss grew deeper, and before I knew it, I was straddling his lap in one quick motion. His hands found their way to my hair, tangled in it as he tugged it lightly in his grip. I couldn’t help moaning against his lips; a growl of pleasure came from deep in his throat.
My name is Arianna Maree Paxton however I Hate that name my parents gave me that name, after my , great-great grandmother. So I go by Ari. you see my parents are hardly that they hate me in every way possible. I am only here to be their slave and plaything, otherwise they probably would of killed me a long time ago. My family belong to a pride of snow leopards well now were more of a group then a pride most of us have died out. I have a feeling my species will be coming to a end soon and the worst part of it is that we will die with such a shameful legacy left behind one that I want no part of.
Were simply a small part of the shifter community, most every other shifter, magical beings live in harmony with humans and other beings. However, they do have their own rules they each follow but for the most part the respect each other, it doesn’t mean they share anything by any means. Each has their own schools, hospitals, and way of living but terrroity and lives are generally respected. However, I feel that is mostly in part to fear of the Royal family.
However my species is dying out because they have lost their way , when you force your leopard to do horrid things it will eventually leave you , which was what was happing all around me , when that happens you can no longer find a mate , and usually you lose your mind. Without mates we can no longer reproduce hence the feeling of the end coming soon. Or at least I thought that was the reason I have that feeling but I kind of feel like something bigger is on the way.

He moaned against my throat as he drank, and the sound was devastating.

“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
