CROWN OF SILENCE: FORBIDDEN BLOODLINE
Uloh Precious · Ongoing · 83.2k Words
Introduction
In the blood-stained halls of Grimhowl Academy, Lyra Andrea Silvertongue is a ghost. She is a wolf-less Omega haunting the same corridors where her sister was driven to madness and death. She has only one goal. Find the truth and burn the men responsible to the ground.
The culprits are the Silverback Brothers. There are four Alpha Guardians who rule the Seven Realms with iron claws and darker secrets. They are the Academy’s kings and the Order’s executioners. To Lyra, they are simply the monsters who stole her world.
Everything changes when a forbidden expedition into the underworld of Tartarus goes wrong. Amidst a landscape of shifting nightmares and ancient chameleons, a primal bond awakens. It is a connection that defies every law of the Pack.
Lyra is no longer the weak Omega they despise. She is the carrier of the Black Speech and the holder of the Crown of Kings. Now, she is the only salvation for the four men she swore to kill. As the Apocalypse begins to stir, the Alphas must make a choice. They can try to crush the girl who threatens their throne, or they can bow to the Princess who holds their souls.
She was born to be their destruction. They were fated to be her Guardians.
Chapter 1
LYRA ANDREA SILVERTONGUE
It’s not supposed to matter.
This is the lie I’ve lived with for eighteen years, until mother told me I’d be attending the werewolf academy, marrying a stranger, and asking no questions.
She calls it destiny.
I call it a cage.
Either way, the truth she refuses to give to me awaits behind those iron gates.
“WELCOME TO GRIMHOWL ACADEMY.”
My blood pulses thick and heavy in my veins as I read the words out of those metal bars.
Black clouds brushes past the edges of my sight when I skim through the tagline on the bars that makes me tumble forward in the back seat.
“Death waits all who seek entry.”
Cold slams against my skin. A shiver runs down my spine.
“Are you alright, Lyra?” Mum’s voice breezes past my ears, all while giving me that look that tells me she worried about me, and at the same time couldn’t give two cents about me.
“I’m alright, mum,” I move my gaze away from those emerald-green eyes, back to the death-note that almost took away my consciousness, and…
“What in the sevens?”
My voice breaks out of my throat, the words leaving my lips before I can slam the breaks on them.
“What’s the matter, love?”
Mum asks, and I swear just a second ago I’d read the tagline in a perfect-worded English. Now it says something in a language I cannot understand.
“Duath I’lhuth hain a thand.”
“Nothing, mum,” I respond, as the massive gates opens and our car rolls in.
“I know how inconvenient this is for you, little Rose,” her hot, steamy breath brushes against the back of my ear as she pulls closer towards me. “But this is for your best interest.”
Best interest?
The words prick my eardrums and hammers against my skull so hard my head aches.
This woman makes me want to wrap my fingers in her hair and smash her face against the windshield.
Best interest would be treating me like your own flesh and blood, rather than some privilege cunt who’s lucky the algorithm fell on her that day.
My golden-green eyes are hard on her emerald ones, searching for multiples ways I can kill her and get away with murder.
“We’ve arrived.”
The driver at the front seat breaks up the heat, and I tear my gaze away from her.
I’m about to step out of the car when her hand suddenly wraps around my wrist.
“Tell no none who you truly are, Lyra,” the sound of her voice coils low and deep, and her eyes burrow into mine. “If word ever got out that you are…”
“I know, mum,” I cut in, saving myself the repeated lecture. “No one will know who I really am.”
I slam the door shut and watch the black Mercedes struts itself out through the gates, and something tells me I won’t be seeing her again for quite a long while.
I turn to welcome myself into my newly found hellhole when halfway into the turn, a red-head smashes into me, dropping me butt first into the floor.
“Watch where you’re going, creepy,” she fires and walks away like I’m at fault. Normally, I’d have taught her a manner or two, but the yellow glint in her eyes is enough to tell me she’s gotten her wolf.
And for a wolf-less girl of eighteen, that means getting into a certain body bag with your throat ripped out of your neck.
Goddess, how do I survive in a school filled with different creatures, without a wolf?
Most people get their wolf as early as sixteen, and late bloomers by eighteen. But here I am, four months into eighteen and still… wolf-less.
I take a lungful of cloying air and make it back to my feet continuing my journey into the large building that looks like Hogwarts from Harry Potter.
I’m about to find the restroom so I can relieve the pressure in my bladder when someone bumps into me from behind for the second time in a row.
“Watch it.”
A deep gravel-edged voice rumbles behind me, precisely a man, and I’m about to lose my cool.
I snap backwards immediately, but my eyes come in contact with a broad, sturdy chest, his open shirt framing muscle built to stand its ground.
“Move.”
He growls and I have to lift my face just to look at that silver-grey eyes sinking to the back of his head and silver eyebrows lining his face.
His chiseled jaw and long grey hair shape his face to make him outstanding, but I did not take karate lessons just to have a six-foot-five with muscles built for damnation bully me out of my rights.
“Do you talk to everyone like that, or am I special?”
I fire back at him and watch his brows knit together, his expression changing from confusing to dangerous all in a second.
“Do you know who I am?” he grunts, folding his arms together as the broad expanse of his muscles stretches taut against the fabric of his sleeves.
“Am I supposed to care?” I spat back. “Unless you’re the headmaster of the Academy, I suggest you get the fuck out of my way.”
Gasps and murmurs fill the room, and as much as I hate being the center of attention, putting arrogant pricks in their place is never an opportunity to pass on.
One of the guys behind him smirks and scoffs and I’m about to give him the middle finger when a middle-aged woman’s voice echoes across the room.
“All freshmen must report to the main hall for orientation and distribution.”
I flip my hair aside and brush past him, following the others into the orientation hall when someone grabs my wrist and pulls me to herself.
“Holy shit. That was awesome,” she blurts out, and I have to look twice at the raven-haired girl to see if we’ve met before.
She diffuses the look on my face and lets go of my hand.
“I’m sorry for holding you that way,” she mutters. “It’s just that I haven’t seen anyone talk to them that way before. You honestly have no idea who they are?”
“Should I?” I retort.
“Umm… yeah! Those boys are next in line to be Alphas.”
I couldn’t care more.
“I’m Emily, by the way.”
“Lyra Sunstone,” I replied.
We make it to our seats as Professor Damien; the head teacher for Dark Arts, sorts us into our different denominations.
Emily and I are sorted into the Crescent Denomination.
“Can’t wait to see who our guardians are.”
when the door opens and four huge figures walks in, I feel my pulse drop within my veins.
Professor Damien clears his throat and gets ready to introduce the guys that needs no further introduction to me.
“Everyone, this is Kyle, Lucian, Echo, and Domenico. These are your guardians in this great academy."
How are they supposed to be our guardians?
Aren’t they sophomores?
My thoughts are cut in half when the four of them finds me in the midst.
Kyle’s eyes bleeds into red, and I swear I can hear a growl ripping out of his chest.

How Not To Fall For A Dragon
Which is why it was more than a little confusing when a letter arrived with my name already printed on a schedule, a dorm waiting, and classes picked out as if someone knew me better than I knew myself. Everyone knows the Academy, it’s where witches sharpen their spells, shifters master their forms, and every kind of magical creature learns to control their gifts.
Everyone except me.
I don’t even know what I am. No shifting, no magic tricks, nothing. Just a girl surrounded by people who can fly, conjure fire, or heal with a touch. So I sit through classes pretending I belong, and I listen hard for any clue that might tell me what’s hidden in my blood.
The only person more curious than me is Blake Nyvas, tall, golden-eyed, and very much a Dragon. People whisper that he’s dangerous, warn me to keep my distance. But Blake seems determined to solve the mystery of me, and somehow I trust him more than anyone else.
Maybe it’s reckless. Maybe it’s dangerous.
But when everyone else looks at me like I don’t belong, Blake looks at me like I’m a riddle worth solving.
Goddess Of The Underworld
When the veil between the Divine, the Living, and the Dead begins to crack, Envy is thrust beneath with a job she can’t drop: keep the worlds from bleeding together, shepherd the lost, and make ordinary into armour, breakfasts, bedtime, battle plans. Peace lasts exactly one lullaby. This is the story of an orphan pup who became a goddess by choosing her family; of four imperfect alphas learning how to be better. Steamy, fierce, and full of heart, Goddess of the Underworld is a reverse harem, found-family paranormal romance where love writes the rules and keeps three realms from falling apart.
A pack of their own
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.
Especially - Rule Number One - No Mates
When Draven meets Domonic, he knows that she is his mate, but Draven has no idea what a mate is, only that she has fallen in love with a shifter. An Alpha that will break her heart to make her leave. Promising herself, she will never forgive him, she disappears.
But she doesn’t know about the child she’s carrying or that the moment she left, Domonic decided rules were made to be broken - and now will he ever find her again? Will she forgive him?
The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.
Genevieve loses a bet she can’t afford to pay. In a compromise, she agrees to convince any man her opponent chooses to go home with her that night. What she doesn’t realize when her sister’s friend points out the brooding man sitting alone at the bar, is that man won’t be okay with just one night with her. No, Matteo Accardi, Don of one of the largest gangs in New York City doesn’t do one night stands. Not with her anyway.
Let Them Kneel
Cast out by her pack. Forgotten by the Lycans.
She lived among humans—quiet, invisible, tucked away in a town no one looked at twice.
But when her first heat comes without warning, everything changes.
Her body ignites. Her instincts scream. And something primal stirs beneath her skin—
summoning a big, bad Alpha who knows exactly how to quench her fire.
When he claims her, it’s ecstasy and ruin.
For the first time, she believes she’s been accepted.
Seen.
Chosen.
Until he leaves her the next morning—
like a secret never to be spoken.
But Kaelani is not what they thought.
Not wolfless. Not weak.
There is something ancient inside her. Something powerful. And it’s waking.
And when it does—
they’ll all remember the girl they tried to erase.
Especially him.
She’ll be the dream he keeps chasing… the one thing that ever made him feel alive.
Because secrets never stay buried.
And neither do dreams.
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
Invisible To Her Bully
The Lycan Prince’s Puppy
“Soon enough, you’ll be begging for me. And when you do—I’ll use you as I see fit, and then I’ll reject you.”
—
When Violet Hastings begins her freshman year at Starlight Shifters Academy, she only wants two things—honor her mother’s legacy by becoming a skilled healer for her pack and get through the academy without anyone calling her a freak for her strange eye condition.
Things take a dramatic turn when she discovers that Kylan, the arrogant heir to the Lycan throne who has made her life miserable from the moment they met, is her mate.
Kylan, known for his cold personality and cruel ways, is far from thrilled. He refuses to accept Violet as his mate, yet he doesn’t want to reject her either. Instead, he sees her as his puppy, and is determined to make her life even more of a living hell.
As if dealing with Kylan’s torment isn’t enough, Violet begins to uncover secrets about her past that change everything she thought she knew. Where does she truly come from? What is the secret behind her eyes? And has her whole life been a lie?
Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.
But one betrayal shatters it all.
Dragged home by tragedy, Wren finds herself under the watchful eye of Ezra Jax—the Raven Reapers MC's vice president and her brother's best friend. He's infuriating, dangerous, and far too tempting for a man she should never touch.
And the deeper Wren is pulled back into his world, the more she realizes nothing about her past—or about Ezra—is what she believed.
In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
