Introduction
With those words, Sean’s kiss fell brutally, ripping Susan’s nightgown open.
His fingers pressed against her clitoris. Sean flipped her over, pinning her under him. His swollen, turgid member quickly found her secret path. He thrust in violently.
Susan broke into a cold sweat. Sean nipped her ear. "Does it feel good? Is this what you like? I’ll make you pregnant, but you can’t stay by my side—this position is reserved for Victoria."
——
Years ago, Susan saved Sean and earned the chance to marry him. But she was damaged in that accident and couldn't conceive. She took countless hormone injections, losing her figure and becoming ugly. Finally, she could get pregnant, only to catch Sean cheating with the young, hot Victoria.
"In that case," Susan said, "let’s divorce."
Susan was bloated and had been a housewife for three years with no skills. Yet, she chose to divorce, even though she couldn't take her own child with her...
Chapter 1
"Miss Johnson, your follow-up test results are in. All indicators are normal. You can start trying for a baby now."
Susan Johnson held the report, her fingertips trembling slightly with excitement.
Three years ago, she was told after an accident that her uterine lining had been damaged and would require a long period of treatment to recover.
After that, Susan began making rounds at various hospitals, receiving countless hormone injections. Her figure had changed completely, but finally she could try for a child again.
She took out her phone, wanting to share this news with her husband Sean Miller.
But just as she reached the parking lot, she saw Sean sitting in the car with another woman.
Sean, tall and handsome, was leaning slightly forward, talking to a young girl in the passenger seat.
The girl wore a cream-colored knit dress, her long hair flowing smoothly over her shoulders. She looked up at Sean with bright, sparkling eyes. The two appeared quite intimate.
Susan recognized the girl—she had seen her in photos in the Miller family study.
The servants had mentioned that the girl was a college student Sean had been supporting. She had been sent abroad to study a few years ago, and Sean had always doted on her like a sister.
Apparently she had just returned recently.
Victoria Bennett whispered something in Sean's ear, then moved to kiss him on the cheek.
Sean turned his head to avoid it, but didn't seem angry. Instead, he reached out and pinched Victoria's round cheek, a doting smile on his lips.
Their relationship didn't look like siblings—it looked exactly like a couple in the throes of romance.
Susan suddenly felt her stomach churn. She didn't know if it was a side effect from the hormone injections, but she felt terrible.
She instinctively wanted to turn and leave, but heard Sean's voice behind her. "Susan, what are you doing here?"
Susan turned to see Sean getting out of the car and gripped the report tighter. "I came to the hospital for a checkup."
Victoria also got out of the car, her smile warm and graceful. Her gaze fell on Susan's noticeably swollen face and deformed figure, her expression curious. "Sean, do you know this auntie?"
Auntie?
The term made Susan frown slightly. She was only twenty-six, yet she was being called "auntie" by a girl who looked barely twenty.
Susan looked down at her bloated figure from the hormone injections, feeling dejected.
Now her skin was dull, fine lines had appeared at the corners of her eyes, and even her once bright eyes had become dim and lifeless.
Meanwhile, Victoria standing beside her was young, beautiful, and full of vitality, making her look completely worthless by comparison.
No wonder she was called auntie.
Actually, Susan used to be quite beautiful too, with many admirers. But since starting treatment, she had been tormented beyond recognition.
Sean's expression darkened. He glanced at Victoria, then said coldly to Susan, "If you're done with your checkup, go home early. Don't wander around outside."
Susan lowered her head, her voice soft. "Okay, I'm leaving now."
She turned around and heard Victoria's gentle inquiry behind her. "Shay, who is she really?"
She didn't hear Sean's response, nor did she want to.
At that moment, she just wanted to leave as soon as possible.
Her marriage to Sean had begun with an accident.
After a cocktail party, she had gathered her courage and confessed her long-held feelings to Sean, but he just looked at her coldly without saying anything.
Then, the hotel ceiling suddenly came loose, and a chandelier above Sean's head began to fall. Susan acted almost without thinking, throwing herself at Sean to shield him from the chandelier.
The chandelier's wire pierced through her lower abdomen, the pain nearly suffocating her.
Later, she was rushed to the hospital and told she might never be able to have children.
Out of guilt, Sean proposed to her.
The Miller family was reluctant, but worried about what others might say, so they agreed to let Susan marry in.
Susan had been an orphan since childhood, living with her aunt's family. She had endured her uncle and aunt's cold treatment growing up, and had a very unhappy childhood.
So she had always wanted a child to give them the happiest family and make up for her childhood regrets.
After marrying into the Miller family, she quit her job and devoted herself entirely to treatment, preparing to conceive.
At first, Sean treated her quite well. He not only found the city's best doctors to treat her, but also hired a nutritionist specifically to help her recover.
Until one day, people in their circle started spreading rumors that she had orchestrated the accident herself.
What no one expected was the wire piercing through her uterus—karma, they said.
No matter how she explained, Sean remained cold toward her.
Eventually, they started sleeping in separate rooms, and Sean came home less and less.
This time, being able to have a child, Susan had thought it would improve their relationship, but she never expected to see this scene.
She lowered her head with a bitter smile, feeling that all her efforts over the years had been nothing but wishful thinking.
Susan returned to the villa in the evening.
Her mother-in-law, Mary Miller, a devout Christian, was kneeling in front of a cross in the living room, praying silently. Hearing the door open, she didn't even lift her eyelids. "You're back? Go change your clothes, we're going out later."
"Where to?" Susan was confused.
"To church." Mary's tone was flat. "Your health hasn't improved at all. It must be because your sins are too deep. I'm taking you to see the Lord, to ask Him to forgive your sins."
Susan's heart sank.
Sins? What sins did she need to confess?
Just because she couldn't conceive, had she become indebted to God in her mother-in-law's eyes?
Susan didn't follow any religion. She tried to explain, "Mom, I just had a follow-up exam. The doctor said I..."
"What do doctors know!" Mary interrupted her. "It's been three years. How many times have you been to the hospital? Has it helped? I'm doing this for your own good. Don't you want a child?"
Susan clenched her fists, her knuckles turning white.
"I understand. I'll change and go." Susan lowered her lashes, no longer arguing, and turned to go upstairs.
Mary brought Susan to a church in the west part of the city.
The church wasn't large. The pastor inside was a man in his fifties, holding a Bible, with a gentle face but shrewd eyes.
He glanced at Susan and said slowly. "Fertility is a blessing from God. Not being able to conceive is indeed a great regret in life."
Mary quickly agreed. "Yes, Pastor Chris, please take a look. Has this child offended God somehow? Our Miller family has always been devout believers."
Pastor Chris gestured for Susan to come forward and had her stand before the holy image.
"Child, close your eyes and open your heart. Let's pray together first, asking the Lord to forgive your sins."
Though Susan felt reluctant, she obediently walked over and closed her eyes.
In her ears were the endless prayers of Pastor Chris and Mary.
Susan found it absurd, as if she had truly become a sinner who needed to be judged.

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
