Chapter 1
LUNA’S BIG SECRET
Point of View: Luna Hart
Papers are strewn all over my little desk as I sit at it. I have a tight stomach, which is worse than when you're hungry. I have debt. A substantial sum of money. The landlord keeps knocking on my little flat, demanding rent, and it's freezing. I work as an intern at Cole Industries, delivering files and coffee to executives. I have insufficient funds to cover any expenses.
I'm at the gleaming office building today. I can see my reflection in the glass walls—old sweater, unkempt hair. I don't seem to belong here. To go to the conference room, I tote a bulky tray of coffee cups. My hands tremble a little. I'd rather not reveal anything.
Mr. Adrian Cole, dressed like a monarch, stands towering within. Everything in this place is under his control. He constantly has a serious expression on his face. He is described as being very chilly by others. Silently, I put down the tray. I go unnoticed. It's OK. I'm skilled at remaining undetectable.
Then I hear a sound. Mr. Cole is speaking with Ms. Linda, his assistant. I'm near enough to hear his quiet voice.
He declares, "I need a wife." For display only. It will improve the company's image. steady. That appeals to investors.
My heart leaps. A spouse? Just for show? My feet freeze for no apparent reason. I listen while feigning to fix the coffee mugs.
Ms. Linda gives a headshake. Who, Mr. Cole, would consent to that? It's a lot to ask.
He says, "Someone who needs something." Perhaps money. I'll pay you generously.
I take a deep breath. Cash. I'm in need of cash. terribly. I see my landlord's face as he yells about rent in a loud voice. I consider my broken furnace and empty refrigerator. With money, I could make everything better.
This shouldn't be what I do. It's insane. But before my brain can stop it, my mouth moves.
"Mr. Cole?" I have a tiny, squeaky voice. My sneakers creak on the gleaming floor as I take a step forward.
His eyes are as keen as a hawk's as he turns. "Yes?" he asks, as if I were a bug he had seen.
I inhaled deeply. "You were heard. Regarding... needing a wife. I could pull it off.
Ms. Linda's jaw falls agape. Mr. Cole only looks. His eyes scan me up and down, but his face remains still. I feel like I'm becoming smaller.
"You?" he asks. "What makes you do that?"
I say, my cheeks heated, "I need money." "I can keep secrets well. I'm not going to stir issues.
His lips move as if he's thinking, but he doesn't laugh. He says, "What's your name?"
I say, "Luna Hart." I keep my true secret from him. The large one. that I am more than a mere intern. that I'm someone else, from a wealthy family that discarded me a long time ago. No one is aware. Sometimes not even myself.
Mr. Cole reclines in his seat. "Interesting," he pronounces. After work, come see me. We will discuss.
My heart beats in a rhythm. Just what did I do? I agree and quickly leave, my hands trembling even more. I make more coffee and tote more files throughout the day, yet my mind is racing. I accepted a fictitious marriage. To him.
I wait in his spacious office after work. Through the window, the city lights shine in the darkness. Still wearing his immaculate suit, Mr. Cole enters. As if I were at a job interview, he sits across from me.
"Why me?" he queries. "You're not even familiar with me."
I attempt to seem brave by shrugging. "You need assistance. I need assistance. It's reasonable.
His eyebrows go up. "Just? Miss Hart, this isn't a game. A contract exists. A year. In public, you behave like my wife. I settle your bills. No sentiments. No errors.
I quickly nod. "I am capable of doing that."
He takes out a piece of paper and moves it across the desk. "Go through it. Put your signature on it. if you're certain.
I look at the paper. I take up the pen with a trembling hand. I consider my secret, which I have kept concealed for all time. Would he desire this if he knew who I truly am? I ignore the idea and sign my name.
"Done," I remark in a voice that is almost audible.
Mr. Cole stands with a chilly expression on his face. "All right. Gather your belongings. Tomorrow, you will move into my penthouse.
My eyes enlarge. "Tomorrow?"
He doesn't respond. I'm left alone with the paper as he just leaves. My pulse is pounding as I glance at my signature. Adrian Cole and I had a fictitious marriage. And no one will ever know my true identity.
However, I see a shadow near the door as
I exit the office. There was a listener. Every word was heard.

I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human
A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
