How dare you?”
She fumed in anger.
“How dare I? You really think I don’t understand you. Who you are? What you do?”
He lashed at her.
“No! I don’t Alexander. I must be plain stupid. Do enlighten. Tell me, what you think, you understand about me!”
She growled back throwing her stuff on the table in mad force.
“You chew men up and spit them out like bubblegum. And you don’t seem to have a care in world after you’re done. Don’t you even accuse me of being hypocritical I didn’t nor would ever lead on any poor woman or cruelly fool with her head,” he sneered with fervent contempt.

The room sized closet was recently graced with a new line of Armani suits, just released for spring. A Forester´s taste was nothing if not the three Es –exquisite, elegant and expensive. He had this standard to live up to all his life. You couldn’t have the last name without looking the part. His family could be called the twenty first century Ewings in the name of wealth and status only with less the many family members and scrupulous drama. Forester Oil Company was today one the leading distributor´s of oil in America, and as of now becoming an international brand, thanks to him. The new generation from the line of Forester men was going to be the first to launch the company worldwide.
Alexander Forester both his first and last name would soon be known all over the world. He looked in the mirror trying to decided on whether the blue or black tie. It was a funny how he was indecisive with fashion, yet such a brilliant decision maker when it came to corporate matters. In a few days, he was going to meet with investors from Tokyo and finalize deal securing the first branch of Forester Oils outside the United States. It was what he had dreamt of transforming the company into from he was a teenager just learning how takeover and run his birth right, a renowned billion dollar business.
A discreet knock on the wooden door by a maid delivering the message that his drive just pulled up outside, he nodded and grabbed his attaché case.
Charlie got the limo door once he saw him came out the building. He was forty-seven years old and about to welcome a grandchild and retire from chauffeuring after working for his family since he was in diapers. Picking him up from school every day and recuing him from his boring tutors on weekends, trading in his studies for a drive to Coney Island. He was the only real adult friend, apart from Lilly, he had.
“Good morning, Al.” he greeted.
“Morning, Charlie. How’s Alice doing?”
“Quite well, she’s due any week now,” He said with utter satisfaction.
“That’s great and the morning sickness?”
“Not as bad, thank god…” He rubbed over his creased brow. “She’s gotten use the symptoms after the past eight months. How’s dear Lilly?”
“Fighting,” His fervent reply made Charlie sympathize.
“Be sure to tell Alice how happy I am for her.” He smiled.
“Will do, Al, I’m happy for you too.”
Alex crooked his head to the side. “Why?”
“I don’t know but you always that chipper look on your face whenever you accomplished something important to you.” He hinted ushering him into the vehicle. “I’m goin’ miss you so much, Charlie.” He told him while getting inside.
The New York traffic was evaded, since they were on early time the streets were messy, newspapers scattered all over the city daily as a result of the windy weather they were having. Through the window Alex glanced blankly at the various homeless shelters that passed by. Each had long lines of people waiting and hoping the shelters had enough room to take them in. “Amazing how the government withdraws a handsome percentage of corporate tax from top manufacturers and uses it for the benefit of these worthless money hungry politicians, instead of public welfare,” he thought with loathing.
“Did you see the game last night?”
Patrick asked, throwing the baseball to Alex, who looked up from the paperwork in time snatch in his hands. “This isn’t a playground, Pat, are you trying to break something?” he scolded Patrick in the manner their parents did when they were children. Growing up they played softball in the house around the expensive furniture and antiques. Each time they destroyed priceless antiques they ran away and placed the blame on the house pets or their nanny.
“Spoilsport,” He mouthed, catching the ball back.
“No…I’m a grown up and no I didn’t see it I had a lot of work.”
Alex told him, opening a next file.
“Wow. Do you honestly know who you sound exactly like just now?” Patrick’s eyes widened astonished. He could have sworn Mr. Forester number 1 just passed through the room.
“Don’t go there, Pat.” He yielded a deflective scowl. “Besides I want to concentrate on these charts and would appreciate it if you don’t hit anything on my desk. Least not until I’m done.” His best friend/Chief Executive of Forester Oil organization, though he didn’t act as such, was one of the main reasons the firm reached where it is today. He had a skill for being the fun guy without losing focus on doing his job up to and even above standard. Sadly, Alex was not that kettle of fish, he wished he was. Between maintaining the company’s production level, increasing the chain of affiliates for an improvement in the marketing patterns. As well as keeping all the accounts balanced while using its resources and the full- effort to expand the company name, he was undoubtedly a workaholic.
“You got to be kidding me, Al. Is it my imagination, or didn’t we cover that yesterday?”
He flipped his hands over and shrugged his shoulders.
“We had a mere presentation. I need to revise these projects myself before our investors visit on Friday.”
“You need to get a life man, don’t sweat it, we have Tokyo in the bag.” He said throwing the ball in the air and caught it with one hand from behind.
“The trip will be scheduled for the beginning of March. What do you think?”
He asked plugging the flashdrive into his smart desktop.
“I think you need to get a life, as I said,” he pulled out a Yankee cap from his jacket pocket. “Send our representatives their highly trained and will bring home the bacon. Besides you’ve been working nonstop for ten months now. It’s time you sit back and relax.”
“And why worry whether or not they can meet all our goals? Don’t count on it, you should know better than that, Pat. This is the future of Forester Oils we’re talking about here.”
“Good grief. Someone really should show you how to be more easygoing,” he said putting on the cap.
“This company’s foundation was built on being easygoing,” Alex retorted tapping on the keyboard.

Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. Invisible To Her Bully
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
My Possessive Alpha Twins For Mate
My drunk stepfather remained indifferent, his weight suffocating, making it hard to breathe as my heart raced.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, and two figures burst in.
"Get off her!" a deafening roar echoed.
I didn't expect the twin brothers who'd bullied me at school to come charging in like gods to save me.
After my grandmother passed, I had to move in with my mom and stepdad, who treated me like a servant. I prayed every day for my 18th birthday to come, so l could leave and escape this broken home.
However, on my first day at my new school, l encountered the legendary twins everyone feared.
To make matters worse, the Moon Goddess revealed they were both my mates!
After helping me out with my stepdad, my twin mate cornered me, played with my hair, and whispered possessively, "You belong to us, our little mate..."
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.

The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
