Introduction
Later, I learned that he was the golden bachelor of this city who made all the women's hearts flutter.
He said he wanted to find me to repay his debt, and I refused.
But he was persistent, and slowly, he completely infiltrated my life.
It seems I can't live without him.
“Don't be afraid, even if your family doesn't want you, I'll be your family.”
“Can I trust him?”
(I highly recommend a captivating book that I couldn't put down for three days and nights. It's incredibly engaging and a must-read. The title of the book is "The Billionaire's Daughter" You can find it by searching for it in the search bar.)
Chapter 1
"In Avalon City, a wild typhoon was tearing through, bringing buckets of rain and crazy winds. In the middle of the storm, a bike came skidding to a stop right in front of the hospital.
""Somebody get out here and help, now!""
A cold female voice cut through the chaos, grabbing the attention of a few nurses. They were shocked to see a schoolgirl, soaked to the bone, carrying a bleeding man on her back. Blood was dripping everywhere, leaving a trail behind them.
""What happened? Who is he?"" one nurse asked, looking worried.
Allison Bennett didn't bother with explanations. She gently placed the man onto a gurney that had been wheeled over, then tossed the nurse a phone.
""This is his phone. Call whoever you need to. I need Operating Room Seven ready. Tell Mr. Castillo that Allison is here.""
Just then, head nurse Heather Penrose rushed over and recognized Allison. ""Allison, what's going on?""
""Heather, I found him on my way home. He's been shot. He needs surgery right now!"" Allison replied.
Hearing the word ""shot,"" Heather quickly called the police and dialed the number on the phone Allison had handed her.
Minutes later, in Operating Room Seven, Allison had already changed into surgical scrubs and was standing over the patient. Heather was the only one assisting.
Allison expertly put on her gloves and mask, then used scissors to cut away the man's shirt.
The bullet wound was on the left side of his chest, just two inches from his heart. After a quick look, she figured the bullet hadn't hit any vital organs. She grabbed a scalpel and started extracting the bullet with steady hands.
Heather watched, worried. ""We don't even know who he is. Shouldn't we wait for the police?""
Allison shook her head. ""He's lost too much blood. If we don't operate now, he won't last fifteen minutes.""
Heather still thought it was risky, especially with the wound so close to his heart. But seeing Allison already making the incision, she stayed quiet.
Allison worked fast. In five minutes, she had the bullet out with minimal bleeding. She fixed the damaged blood vessels and finished suturing within half an hour.
""Heather, take him to the observation room for 24-hour monitoring. And remember, don't tell anyone I did the surgery,"" Allison instructed.
Allison then left the operating room, leaving Heather puzzled as she looked at the man on the gurney.
Just then, several black cars pulled up outside the hospital. A group of men in suits stormed in, heading straight for the operating room.
Heather was startled to see them. ""Who are you?""
""We got a call from one of your nurses. Is there a man who was brought in with a gunshot wound?"" the leading man asked.
Relieved they were looking for the patient, Heather nodded. ""He's stable now. The surgery is done, and he's in the observation room. Here's his chart. And we've already notified the police because of the gunshot wound.""
By the time the patient woke up, Allison was already home and asleep.
Early the next morning, Heather called her. ""Allison, the man you saved wants to know who you are. Should I tell them?""
Them? Allison shook her head. ""No need. It was nothing.""
After hanging up, Allison hopped on her bike and headed to school. During morning study hall, while everyone else was busy with their assignments, Allison was catching some Z's on her desk.
""Allison, you're sleeping again. Nancy's gonna flip out!"" a classmate warned.
Nancy Kate, the strict dean of Avalon City High School, was known for her no-nonsense attitude. She was in her forties but acted like she was much older. She had a particular concern for Allison.
""I'm not worried. She's been in a bad mood lately. She needs to blow off some steam anyway,"" Allison replied lazily.
Sure enough, Nancy stormed into the classroom moments later, laying into Allison. ""Allison, I know you come from a wealthy family and don't care about your grades, but you can't sleep in class! If you don't want to be here, go home. Stop disrupting others!""
Allison raised an eyebrow, eyeing Nancy critically. ""Ms. Kate, I've noticed you seem to be dealing with some health issues like irregular periods and a pale complexion. These could be signs of blood stasis, and stress and anger might exacerbate them. Some believe that a more active personal life, including intimacy, could have health benefits. Just a thought.""
""Allison, get out!"" Nancy shouted, her face turning red with fury.
Allison stood up and left the classroom, leaning against the hallway wall to continue her nap. This was a familiar routine for her.
Back in her office, Nancy fumed and called Allison's parents. ""Your daughter is out of control. If you don't discipline her, I'll have to expel her!""
Blair Ember, on the other end of the line, was furious. She called Allison, but there was no answer. Blair decided to go to Avalon City herself.
After school, Allison found herself confronted by a group of men at the gate.
""Ms. Bennett, our boss wishes to see you. Please come with us.""
Allison glanced at the black car parked nearby, her mind flashing back to the previous night's events.
Last night, during the typhoon, Allison had rushed to the bike shed after class and headed home. She took a shortcut through a secluded alley to save time. As she entered the alley, she saw a tree had been blown over by the storm, blocking her path. She had to take another route.
Turning into another alley, she saw a group of men in black, exuding a menacing aura. Sensing danger and the smell of blood, Allison tried to leave, but one of the men grabbed her bike.
""Where do you think you're going?"" the man demanded, swinging a baseball bat at her.
Allison reacted quickly, using her bike to block and then delivering a powerful kick that sent him flying.
""She knows martial arts. She must be here to help him. Kill her!"" the man roared.
Allison sighed. Just her luck to run into trouble on a stormy night.
""Are you sure you want me to stay?"" she asked.
The men laughed. ""Do you think you can escape? You're out of luck tonight. Prepare to die!""
With that, they surrounded Allison. She gripped the bike handle, kicked the bike forward, and used it to knock down the men in front of her.
Without hesitation, she punched the nearest man, knocking him out, then picked up the baseball bat and started swinging it furiously.
In the corner, the injured man watched her with bright eyes. He had never seen anyone fight so skillfully."

After the Affair: Falling into a Billionaire's Arms
From first crush to wedding vows, George Capulet and I had been inseparable. But in our seventh year of marriage, he began an affair with his secretary.
On my birthday, he took her on vacation. On our anniversary, he brought her to our home and made love to her in our bed...
Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.
George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.
His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."
Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
Someone... please...

Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

Invisible To Her Bully
Claimed by the Alpha's Love
Four years ago, Fiona's meticulously planned conspiracy turned me from an ordinary omega into a prisoner carrying the weight of a murder charge.
Four years later, I return to a world that has changed beyond recognition.
My best friend Fiona, who is also my stepsister, has become the perfect daughter in my mother's eyes. And my ex-boyfriend, Ethan, is about to hold a high-profile mating ceremony with her.
The love, family bonds, and reputation that I once cherished have all been taken by Fiona.
Just when I had reached my breaking point, questioning the very purpose of my existence, the legendary Alpha Lucas of Moonhaven suddenly appeared in my life.
He is powerful and enigmatic, a figure that all werewolves hold in awe.
Yet, he shows an extraordinary persistence and tenderness towards me.
Is Lucas's appearance a gift from fate, or the start of another conspiracy?
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
