Chapter 1
Andrew walked into the house with a smile on his face, also holding a large box in his hands, he is wearing a delivery man's uniform, he works as a delivery man, cleaner, namen any descent, and, a menial job, just for him and his family to survive.
Andrew closed the door behind him and dropped the gift he had bought to give his wife on the table first. He quickly went to his room to change his clothes into one of the neatest clothes he had, a butter-colored shirt and black trousers.
He's going to prepare the candle night inside their room, he would close her eyes with his hands romantically and show the surprise. Andrew took the candles and began to light them. He opened the box he had brought in earlier and brought out the bottles of expensive champagne and glasses.
He placed them on the table as also the food he had bought. He bought a new set of plates and cutlery, served the food, and set up the table.
Andrew took the box away and kept it aside. It's their wedding anniversary today and he's going to surprise his wife. He has a bigger surprise for her because he isn't truly a poor person but he's a Billionaire.
His father put him on a trial to live in poverty and be able to control the company's resources when the trial is over and the trial ended today, he believes that his wife has passed through a lot of hassles with him and has been a great support to him, therefore she's going to enjoy with him now.
He sat down after everything had been prepared, he was presently waiting for his wife. After waiting for some time he checked the time and it was almost midnight, which made him worried.
"Why isn't she back yet?" Andrew asked rhetorically.
"It's so late," Andrew muttered worriedly, he brought out his phone from his pocket.
He hastily dialed his wife's number but she didn't answer any of his calls.
"That's weird"
He tried calling again but it kept going to voicemail. He was about to give up when a message popped up on his phone. He quickly checked the message thinking it was from his wife but unfortunately it was from one of his friends.
He slowly read the message and his eyes widened in shock.
"I know this might be shocking but I saw your wife flirting with a rich boy in the bar some hours ago, I decided to follow them and they were dancing erotically in the bar, I know you wouldn't believe me that's why I made as many videos as possible to prove that I'm not lying, you can click on the link"
From Ivan.
Andrew's hand was trembling, he was in total skepticism, his lips dried and his face turned pale, he could hardly read the message completely.
He unbuttoned the first three buttons of his shirt, his wife would never cheat on him, it can't be true.
With shaky fingers, Andrew tapped on the link even though he didn't want to, what he saw shocked him the more, in the video his wife kissing another man, the place seemed like a bar, and they were dancing to the music in the background, the man grabbed her ass and they started walking to a luxury bedroom.
They entered inside leaving the door open and in a few seconds, they fell on the bed and continued kissing.
That exact minute, Andrew's heart broke into a million pieces, and he began hearing moans in his phone, and with teary eyes, he removed the video.
"This can't be happening," Andrew said feeling hurt, he grasped a handful of his hair.
"Jennifer can't do this to me" Andrew muttered with tears threatening to fall.
"This might be a setup, Jennifer would never do this" Andrew mumbled trying to console himself.
Jennifer is a decent woman, she has been with him through thick and thin, she has hardly complained when he had nothing, and she always stood by his side as a supporting partner.
Or was that all a charade?
Andrew touched his chest nervously and wiped the tears clouded in his eyes, his mind drifted to different assumptions, he should trust his wife, not some person who comes out of nowhere, with a link and video.
After a few minutes, a knock came on the door. Andrew stood up and took a deep breath, he left the room and walked to the door. He flickered it open and it was his wife.
"Jennifer" Andrew called but she walked inside and pushed him out of the way.
She's heavily drunk, she reeks of alcohol.
Andrew was furious and hurt but seeing her so miserable and pitiful, he can't just leave her in this state.
Andrew sighed and went to hold his drunk wife but the latter pushed him away so hard, he almost fell to the floor.
"Get away from me!" Jennifer yelled, her eyes fiercely glaring at him. Hate and disgust are written all over her face.
Andrew could see visible hickeys on her neck, Andrew stood straight and concluded that she was drunk and not in a clear mind.
"Jennifer, let me help you," Andrew urged helplessly.
"Don't you dare come close to me, I don't want a loser and a good-for-nothing like you close to me, you disgust me, bastard!" Jennifer shrieked, she was hardly able to stand properly.
"You are drunk, you don't know what you are saying-"
"I know what I am saying, I might be drunk but I'm in my right mind, you are nothing but a total loser, a pauper, a peasant, and a poverty-stricken jerk!" Jennifer cursed.
She meant every word she was saying, her eyes looked at him disdainfully, and he presently irked her.
Andrew felt so grieved inside, his heart felt heavy within his chest, he was feeling so heartbroken right now, the other part of him wants to throw her out of the house but the other wants to help her.
"You are a loser!" Jennifer chanted pointing at him, Andrew ignored her rants and moved to her, he held her waist and helped her to the couch.
She allowed him to take her close to the couch but the next hateful push she gave him landed him flat on the ground.
" Ah! "Andrew groaned in pain.

His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

I didn't tell him to stop.
Instead, my fingers curled into his shirt, clutching the fabric as though it was my only anchor. Something in him snapped—something he had been holding back for too long. His mouth found mine in a kiss that wasn't tender, but hungry, desperate.
I gasped into him, his hand sliding up to cup my jaw, holding me as if afraid I might vanish.
"You drive me insane," he breathed against my mouth, his lips trailing to my throat. "I can't lose you, Ella. Not you."
My head fell back, a soft sound escaping me as his fingers memorized my waist. My anger melted beneath his desperation.
"James..." I whispered, more plea than protest.
His hand caught mine, fingers threading together tightly. "I'll bring him back. I swear it. Just... don't turn away from me. Please."
The word please—low, ragged, almost broken—undid me more than anything else could have.
