Life seemed simple; he was having a lot of fun, more than enough attention, and respect without doing anything.
It all came to an end when his eyes landed on a particular she-wolf.
He shrugged the feeling away and ignored her existence, having no idea about what is to come his way.
Soon enough, he might change his mind because he had to put effort into earning someone's trust and respect for the first time in his life. For the first time, he met someone who dared to defy him- the love story of a stubborn Alpha and his careless Luna-to-be.

Chapter 1
Not everyone could be called a morning person. Zane, the Alphas' only son, definitely was not the type of person who would smile and laugh after waking up. He arrived back home around 4 am, a long time after his best friend's party was over.
"Zane, you're about to take over the pack, you need to follow my example and stop acting like a boy," his father's voice invaded his thoughts as Zane stretched his sore limbs lazily.
Unlike his father- Zane didn't see himself as a boy anymore, nearing age eighteen. He had followed his father's lead and learned everything about being an Alpha since he was five years old. The young man knew more than a lot of the most experienced pack warriors. The careless Alpha-to-be couldn't find any problem in his behavior. He had a goal to enjoy at least a little from his teens- after taking the leader rank, he will lose any chance to do as he pleases. Zane knew that he was willing to enjoy a little of life, and that didn't mean that he was not ready for the responsibility.
He would readily admit that sometimes, he did got a little carried away. But who doesn't?
He is about to watch how his father, a long term Alpha, steps down, and after that, Zane will come into the picture. As soon as the title is given to him- so will all of the responsibilities. Meetings, paperwork, all other annoying things, topped with only fun he will have- training. That's precisely when his careless life will come to a halt- no more parties, fun, drunk and wild nights with his friends.
The only thing Zane truly feared was ending up just like his father- locked into his cabinet, stressing over everything, living each day on the edge of a nervous breakdown.
He was sure that as soon as he takes the title- he might change a lot of things around the pack.
Finally, Zane manages to push his thoughts aside and gets out of his bed, wondering how he managed to wake up this early.
It was 6 am, meaning he slept for two hours, at best. As much as he wanted to regret his decision, Zane couldn't. The party ended up on a more positive note than he planned- he couldn't make himself leave all fun even if he wanted to. Not that he ever did.
Instead of drowning in self-pity for countless sleepless nights, Zane walked straight to the bathroom. He took a quick, cold shower to freshen up and hide at least a little of scent multiple she-wolves left on him. Zane wrapped a towel around his hips and looked at himself in the mirror- from head to toes. The usual, smug smile appeared on his lips.
"Just a little more and this bullshit will come to an end," he thought to himself, silently dreaming about mornings when he will be allowed to sleep in. Who in their right mind would tell an Alpha for how long he can sleep?
"Thankfully, I have to go to school, so at least half of my day will be peaceful. I couldn't bear any more meetings in the early mornings.
I mean, who does that?
My brain isn't fully awake yet, but my father already demands me to make crucial decisions before I have had my cup of coffee. He needs to calm down and enjoy life a little." Zane muttered under his breath. He wasn't the best student, but if the school was the only place where he could hide from torturous meetings- he was sure that he was the first to arrive there.
Whenever he started thinking about responsibilities- Zane acted like an annoying child. He would do things he enjoys instead of something he is told to do.
When someone knocked on his bedroom door, the young man was irritated to the extent of ripping someone's throat out.
"Come in," he hissed, standing in the middle of the bedroom, only the towel covering his body.
"I'm sorry, the Alpha sends me here to check on is his son awake yet. He would like for young mater to come downstairs and have breakfast with him and Luna," a girl stood in front of Zane, her hands visibly shaking, throat dry, each word leaving her lips sounding painful.
He rolled his eyes at the girls' attempt to sound polite. Lower ranks always treated their superior like royalties, yet the Alpha family had always been on the top of the food chain. She cleared his throat, gaining the young male's attention.
"You can leave, tell my parents that I'll be there when I will be there," He did that on purpose. Zane knew that the Omega wouldn't repeat his words so that she will disappear from his view for a while. Another problem out of his way.
As per usual, his clothing of choice consists of black jeans, a black hoodie, and sneakers. Zane doesn't like to look like he had put any effort into choosing clothes he's wearing- careless, messy is the look he's going for most of the time. He was about to turn around and leave when his phone rang. Zane wanted to ignore the caller, but after noticing his best friend's name pop on the screen- he answered. Kaiden has been his best friend for years; he will become Zane's beta as soon as the title gets passed over him.
"What's up, bro?" Zane greets him as soon as he picks up the phone, a broad smile on his lips.
"You're awake? Man, after that party, I had to call you and make sure you're still breathing. Shit went wild downhill, and since you blocked everyone out of reaching you though mind-link, someone had to risk their ass and call you," Kaiden laughed in amusement. Despite his disrespectful behavior, he was a genuinely trustworthy friend. It's in his nature to act like a real teen, careless and daring, but that's the main reason why Zane chose him. At worst- they won't die out of boredom.
"I can't believe I managed to wake up, but yeah, I'm very much alive. Actually, on my way downstairs, my father and mother are waiting for me right now. Are you coming around?" Zane left the room, looking around the hall and noticing the same girl, now standing by my door, waiting for his appearance.
"I'll be there in about fifteen minutes," he laughed. Of course, there hasn't been a day in his life when he missed a chance of going to school with Zane. Or free breakfast in the Alpha's residence.
"Great, we have something to deal with today, some pretty important decisions to make," Zane spoke calmly, walking rather slow, still aware of low-rank she-wolf following him.
"Any ideas to make this pack better already?" Kaiden questioned him, becoming severe. That's one more of his positive traits- being a silly goofball most of the time, yet able to be serious when needed.
A slight smirk sneaked on Zane's lips — a plan of taking down two targets with one shot.
"Yeah. We're getting rid of Omegas; they don't belong to pack. No weak links anymore," he spoke with a smile still plastered on lips.
She-wolf behind Zane gasped, what he ignored. It was his plan for her to hear about the idea. Now she will know what happens if they try to cross the young Alphas path or go near his bedroom. It was off-limits, and Omegas knew that. Not this one- on any other occasion, Zane would turn around and snap her neck; weak low-rank wolves have no right to listen to their superior ones. She broke the rule, no, he made her break it; hence she won't get punished.
"Man, that's a great idea. How didn't anyone think of this earlier? No weak links, no chances to lose at all," Kaiden approved Zane's idea and dismissed himself, explaining that he's about to drive to the Alpha'shouse.
Zane ended the call, entered the dining room, greeted his parents, and sat down, waiting for someone to serve his food.
Both parents nodded at him and soon got back to looking into each other's eyes.
A bowl of steaming hot soup was placed in front of Zane, but instead of eating, he kept observing Luna and Alpha.
"I wish to have a love like theirs one day. To find my true mate and live side by side until the day I leave this life. But after I've enjoyed my freedom. Now it would be too early; I can't have mate before I've tasted more of what the world has to offer."

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.

Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human
A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
The mafia princess return
Accidentally Crossing the Tycoon
Four years ago, the Bailey family faced a devastating financial crisis.
Just when bankruptcy seemed inevitable, a mysterious benefactor emerged, offering salvation with one condition: a contract marriage.
Rumors swirled about this enigmatic man—whispers claimed he was hideously ugly and too ashamed to show his face, possibly harboring dark, twisted obsessions.
Without hesitation, the Baileys sacrificed me to protect their precious biological daughter, forcing me to take her place as a pawn in this cold, calculated arrangement.
Luckily, in those four years, the mysterious husband never asked to meet in person.
Now, in the final year of our arrangement, the husband I've never met is demanding we meet face to face.
But disaster struck the night before my return—drunk and disoriented, I stumbled into the wrong hotel room and ended up sleeping with the legendary financial mogul, Caspar Thornton.
What the hell am I supposed to do now?
The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."
