Introduction
Chapter 1
Lena was once the child everyone protected. Then one accident turned her into the villain of her own family. When her sister’s celebration leaves her alone, poisoned, and accused again, Lena makes a quiet decision: ten days, ten marks, and she will disappear before they ever realize what they lost.
As usual, I took the bus home.
The driver recognized me and looked surprised. "Kid, you just finished your finals. Nobody came to pick you up?"
I smiled, shook my head, and took a seat by the window.
A message from Mom popped up on my phone.
She said Maya had done really well and the whole family was going out to Aster's that night to celebrate.
I stared at the words "whole family" for a long moment before replying:
[I'll be home in fifteen minutes.]
The typing bubble appeared, disappeared, then appeared again.
Eventually, Mom sent:
[Maybe you shouldn't come tonight. When it's your turn to take the placement exam, I'll take you out separately.]
I looked down at the exam ID card in my hand.
I was still wondering whether I should tell her that I'd taken the exam this year too when another message came in, this time from Caleb.
[Lena, you're old enough to understand things now, right?]
[Before you turned seven, you were sick all the time. Everyone in this family revolved around you.]
[Today is Maya's last day of exams. It's important to her. Don't make this about you.]
[You already owe Maya enough.]
That familiar helplessness washed over me.
I knew exactly what he was going to bring up again - the day Maya had almost been kidnapped when we were seven.
It happened during one of Maya's performances. I suddenly collapsed in the audience, and Mom scooped me up without a second thought and rushed me out.
When I woke up later, Mom's eyes were swollen from crying.
"We can't find your sister."
Then she stared at me and demanded, "Did you do that on purpose? I was already paying attention to you. Why couldn't you just sit quietly and watch your sister perform for once?"
Maya was found three days later.
She threw herself into Mom's arms and sobbed.
I crept over, clutching my favorite stuffed toy. I wanted to give it to her.
Caleb shoved me away so hard I nearly fell.
"What now? Are you going to pretend to be sick again? Get lost!"
From that day on, everyone decided I was jealous and desperate for attention.
Maya, the daughter they'd almost lost, received all the love and care in the family.
I became invisible.
Even when I was actually sick, they assumed I was faking it.
"Your health has been fine for years. Are you really trying this trick again just to scare us?"
"For the first seven years, all of us revolved around you. From now on, we need to make it up to your sister.
"That's only fair."
The memory faded, and the bus came back into focus around me.
I blinked away the sting in my eyes and replied to Caleb with a single word.
[Okay.]
When I got off the bus, the family car happened to pass right beside me.
The window was down.
Maya was wearing a frilly party dress, curled up against Mom and beaming.

"She’s ours," the beast insists, possessive and fierce. "Our snowflake."
Iron And Glamour Just Don't Mix
Well… Sometimes you just might turn out to be right.
It turns out, the fae stole my little brother. In his place? A pixie with boundary issues and a talent for home repairs.
I’ve spent my life taking care of everyone else. So when my baby brother is taken, I don’t hesitate. I walk straight into a faerie mansion and make a bargain with its infuriatingly charming master.
Kie is everything you’d expect from a dangerous fae, beautiful, political, and entirely too amused by me. Power wrapped in a smirk. Sensual, mischievous, and far too aware of the effect he has on people. He agrees to help me find my brother.
For a price.
Now I’m bound by a faerie bargain and navigating a world of glamour, manipulation, and ancient rules I definitely should have learned sooner, enchanted forests, political games, magical contracts, and a fae lord who treats seduction like a perfectly reasonable negotiation tactic.
Iron is how I keep people out.
Glamour is how he draws them in.
And apparently, they just don’t mix.

3/ Rags and Ritches-
My Perverse: You're mine, you son of a bitch
Vincenzo Valentini is a man who sees the world as a business counter and human beings as merchandise.
The owner of an empire built upon corpses and submission, he is the reflection of pure perversity.
When fate places Andrew Thompson, the son of his greatest rival, into his hands, the plan was simple: use him, break him, and discard him like a toy that has lost its appeal.
What Vincenzo did not expect was that, beneath the youthful skin and the appearance of innocence, Andrew hid the same abyss as he did.
Vincenzo never wanted redemption. He never wanted someone to save him from his own darkness. He was seeking a mirror. And in Andrew, he found the partner who, upon seeing his blood-stained hands, does not recoil in terror, but trembles with desire.
In this perverse game, the "little toy" proves to be the perfect executioner. The mafia leader found someone who not only accepts his cruel side but cultivates it, feeding the monster Vincenzo has always been.
Where there should have been fear, lust emerged. Where there should have been hatred, a perverse loyalty was born. Andrew Thompson is the dark reflection of Vincenzo, the soldier the underworld did not see coming, and the man who proved that, for some, paradise only makes sense if it is in the middle of chaos.
Vincenzo opened the doors to his empire, but Andrew was the only one capable of invading his heart.
They are not heroes. They are hell on earth.

Her family looked down on him, and even she herself said coldly: “You’re not worthy of being my husband.”
Everyone thought this newly released good-for-nothing was just a poor fool who’d taken the fall for his brother.
Thorne said nothing.
He merely raised his hand, gently pressing his bride’s forehead.
In an instant, the chaos in her eyes faded. Holy light surged from beneath the church, shooting into the sky.
The world’s only candidate for the Saintess, blessed with holy power, slowly opened her clear eyes before him.
