Introduction
Chapter 1
I laid in bed heart pounding from the pleasure my husband was giving me and my body had become weak during this act of love making. His head was between my legs and I was trembling with each movement of his tongue. Sex has always been great with him but here lately it's been crazy good. He comes up to meet my eyes and gives me a deep hard kiss and begins making love to me. I wrap my legs around his waist and rock with him. I end in a high of all high orgasm pussy throbbing. I could feel him fill me with his own orgasm and he rolled off of me.
I laid there cuddled up with him in the middle of the bed. Here lately he has been so sexually charged and romantic. It's like his normal characteristics we're magnified by a hundred. I'm not complaining that's for sure but I needed to know why he was so different. He is also very possessive of me. Like if we go out and some jerk tries to get me to dance and I keep denying him Lance will take him and beat the shit out of him. He always has been protective, but never to the point of nearly killing someone.
I turned over brushing a piece of my purple bangs out of my eyes. I had a pixie cut and I loved my natural black hair accented usually with a purple since it is my favorite color, but sometimes blue, pink, or teal ends up being streaked through my hair.
I looked at Lance and I still can't believe I got the whole package when we met three years ago. I saw him from across the club and my sea blue eyes met his forest green eyes and we've been inseparable since. I loved his hair, it was just the right length. Most people would think it was too long for a man but I loved the way his hair looked. Sandy blonde just hung over his brow. We were married in August just three short months after that. I sighed as I laid there taking him in.
"Melody.", he said, opening his eyes, "are you hungry?".
I giggled, " leave it to you to think about food." I said.
" Come on babe.", he said, getting out of bed , " let's go have breakfast. He was giving me those eyes and he knew I couldn't resist. We went to one of the only places open at this time of morning, a truck stop Cafe called Jesse's.
"Lance and Melody Graves nice to see you guys.", Frankie the waitress said as we walked in. She was like a grandmother figure to me. She has been a close friend of the family since before I was born.
"What are y'all doing out at 3am?", she said, wiggling her eyebrows.
I blush, " Nothing Frankie, just got up early and wanted to have a romantic little breakfast here.".
" Sure." she said and winked as she went to get our coffee.
We live in a small town in Indiana, but to do anything fun we have to go to the next town over. That's why I thought it was weird to see this group of people I've never seen before come into the Cafe.
Lance took my hand from across the table, " are you ok Mel?."
"Yea, but those people over there just rub me wrong.", I said as I got goosebumps and a chill ran down my back.
Lance turned to look," they are just travelers. If you want we can get our food to go."
"No, we can eat here. They aren't bothering us. Plus we drove all the way here to eat.", I reasoned. Frankie was back with our coffee and took our order.
"I want the usual", I said.
"Lance." , she said looking at him.
"Same", he said preoccupied. I didn't read too much into it because he was probably just making sure that I felt safe. We got our waffles and bacon and we're just about done eating when one of the bigger males from the group came over to us.
"You know what you have to do", he said as he looked at Lance.
"I don't have to do anything", Lance said, annoyed.
"You know you do because you know the consequences if you don't.",the man said.
"I didn't ask for this Terrance. You just gave it to me.", Lance said through gritted teeth.
"Shhh.", Terrance said, " I don't like my name being thrown around like that. I give you until tomorrow at midnight to decide what happens. If you can't make a decision I'll make one for you.". He walked away with his group of friends and I was left wondering what the fuck happened.
Lance rushed me to the car and opened the door for me. When he got into the driver's side he turned to me. " I need to tell you something that happened about three months ago. I was on my way home from work when a man ran out in front of me and I hit him with my car."
I was angry that he hadn't told me, " what the hell Lance! You could go to prison for this! How are you going to explain this to a judge because he won't care if it is an accident or not! You left the scene of an accident!" He took my hand and was extremely calm for the situation that he had put himself in. I was still angry but calming down to hear him out.
"You see Mel", he said, using his other hand to run his fingers through his hair." Terrance is the man I hit. He was already dead when I hit him. I should have kept going but as soon as I hit him I got out to see if he was ok. He stood up and rushed me so fast he was a blur and that's when he bit me.".
"What do you mean by "he bit you?" I asked using air quotations.
Lance looked me right in the eyes," Mel he's a vampire and now I am too.". Lance was speeding home now and I kept asking him questions.
"So what was it that he wanted you to do?"
"So me hitting him was no mistake... Apparently I'm half vampire already, but my human genes took over at birth. My father is the vampire king and he met my mother when she was just 19 and as you've already guessed my mother was human. She wasn't just any human she was a direct descendant from Adam and Eve. Those are the only women that can be turned into vampires that can have "normal" almost human-like children. So when Terrance completely turned me I still retained being able to eat human food and being able to walk in the light with no consequences."
Now parked in the parking lot outside of our little apartment I excitedly said, " Lance this is cool!" He got out of the car and opened my door and we held hands as we walked into our apartment. I could tell that he didn't think it was all that cool.
As we sat on the couch together he said, " no babe it is anything but cool. We were drawn together that night because you are also a descendant from Adam and Eve. That's why we love so hard and are amazing together. They do want me to turn you, but it doesn't matter if we are already married, we have to get married their way to be completed in their eyes. The only way to do this is to let their five best warriors pass you around so they can tell my dad the king that you are who they think you are.".
"Wait um I don't know if I can do that.."I said as I twirled my hair around my finger nervously.
"I was afraid of that.", he said," because your only other option is for Terrance to turn you and you will get passed around anyway and they will mate you to who they think you should be with." He had fear all over his face and I'd never seen him like this before. I knew what I had to do but it wasn't going to be easy.
Lance continued," they only have a handful of couples like this in the world and they want as much new blood as possible. They want better for their young than they had. Just like we do. If I turn you my blood will be running through your veins and you will have my abilities as well as the ones of a normal vampire."
"I'll do it.", I said without hesitation. "I'll do it because we can still have normal lives and so they won't take you from me.".
He hugged me tight and asked, " when do you want me to.".
"Now is just as good as tomorrow or the next day. Plus I won't have them trying to kidnap me.", I reasoned. I was scared shitless and I didn't want him to know it, but he is a freaking vampire... He knows. He ran us a bath and I slipped in on top of him, his chest to my back.
"Ok.", he said, " on the count of three. One...two..three.".
I winced as he did it expecting to feel pain, but instead my eyes rolled back into euphoria. I felt everything he had felt for me every look, every touch, every time we made love. All of it. It was better than any orgasm I could have imagined. I was moaning and hadn't realized it until now. I could feel my body become more radiant and full of life. I turned around and bit into Lance. He began to moan. I climbed on top of him pulling him to me with my new elongated teeth still in him and he bit me once more. We shared our intense moments and I rocked faster and faster. My physical orgasm was just as intense as my mental one and just as I reached peak I let go of his neck and screamed louder than I have ever heard anyone scream before. He pulsated inside of me and let out a growl. We didn't have time to clean up before there was a knock at our door. Lance got out of the tub, dried quickly and put on his boxers.
"Stay here", he whispered to me. I didn't have to wonder who was at the door because I could already smell him.

"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human
A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
