Introduction
"You should run from me, Kristi. Do you know what you're getting yourself into? Once you're mine, there will be no going back."
I opened my mouth to speak, but his hand slid down to my wet and throbbing vulva. I closed my eyes and moaned softly.
Even if I intended to run away from him, he had already claimed my body, and if this was fire, I was already burned.

Kristina's life changes the day her own mother sells her.
Desperate to pay her husband's hospital bills, her mother accepts thirty thousand dollars from a trader and hands Kristina over without a second thought. Passed from one buyer to another, Kristina eventually finds herself trapped in a mysterious estate where every housekeeper disappears on the night of the full moon.
The owner of the estate is Rhaegor, a breathtakingly handsome man surrounded by secrets and danger.
But when Kristina accidentally becomes part of his dark secret, she does the only thing she can. She runs.
But what she does not know is that her blood accomplished what centuries of magic could not. It broke the curse, and not only that, she is carrying his child, and he won't stop at anything to get back what belongs to him.
Chapter 1
•KRISTINA•
"Dad?" I murmured as I walked into the room and saw him having a seizure. I immediately grabbed a towel and lifted his head from the floor. I then snuck the towel into his mouth so he wouldn't bite his tongue.
"Mom?!" I screamed, calling her over. It frightened me because he had been having more seizures since his last chemotherapy.
My mother came into the room and called 911. They arrived after a little while and took him to the hospital.
I was on my way to work before I saw my father on the floor, and I knew that I would be in trouble for being late.
"Kristy?"
"Yes, Mama?" I answered, turning to her after grabbing my work lunch bag from the kitchen. She was standing in the hallway with her arms folded across her chest.
"You saw what happened to my husband, so I will need you to handle his hospital bills. If, of course, you still want a roof over your head."
"Yes," I nodded before walking past her and leaving.
My father had been in and out of hospitals for six months. He had brain cancer, and we couldn't afford to pay his chemotherapy bills, which led me to take more shifts at work so I could pay them.
I have been paying all our house bills ever since my father quit his job after his first seizure at work.
My mother would tell me that it was time for me to take care of the family and show them my gratitude for everything they had done for me.
So, I worked as hard as I could to pay off the mortgage, the lights, water, and Alexa's college fees. And now I had to pay for my father's medical bills.
I was grateful for everything they had done for me, so I hardly complained. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't have had a family.
Sandra and Lucas raised me alongside their biological daughter, whom they had after two years of taking me in. I was four months old when they brought me into their home.
Apparently, I was only a month old when my parents dumped me and left me in the orphanage because they didn't want me anymore.
I closed the door behind me and remembered that Sara was coming in today, so I had to walk to work. We usually used her car when she came in on weekends.
But I didn't mind walking to work because it wasn't really far. And I liked that I would meet Miss Betty on my way to work, and she would always offer me her bakery's leftovers.
But this time, I didn't see her when I passed by her house. It was too quiet, which came as a surprise to me because she was always home. Always.
I had taken five steps away from her home when my gut nudged me to turn back. I looked at the time on my wrist and realized that I had ten minutes left before my morning shift could start.
Andrea, my supervisor, issued me a warning two weeks ago for being late and told me explicitly that I would be fired next time.
I considered the possibility of getting fired from work because it would mean I wouldn't be able to pay for household bills and my father's medical bills.
That thought terrified me because my mother would scold me.
"Shit," I scoffed as I turned around and walked toward Miss Betty's house. My heart was racing because every minute lost meant that Andrea would fire me and not even want to hear excuses.
I opened her gate and walked toward the front door.
Miss Betty was a widow, and she and her husband didn't have any other kids after their daughter died before her husband died two years ago.
She was living alone and running a bakery from her backyard porch. She had many customers, and the diner I was working in also ordered some things from her.
"Miss Betty?" I called out after opening the door. "Hello? Are you in there? Miss Betty?"
I walked down the corridor and froze when I saw her lying on the floor. Her hand was on her chest, and I saw the inhaler beside her.
My chest immediately tightened, and I dropped to my knees beside her and tried to wake her up. I grabbed her inhaler and realized that it was empty.
"No, no, no!" I screamed. "Please, don't die on me! Don't die on me! You must wake up!" I placed both my hands on her chest and started doing CPR on her.
After a moment, I saw a glow coming from my hands, and I gasped before standing up. I looked down at my hands, and it wasn't there anymore.
But it was still visible on Miss Betty's chest. I looked at it as it traveled throughout her entire body until it vanished around her chest area.
She gasped, and when she opened her mouth to speak, I turned to the front door and ran as fast as I could. I slammed the door behind me and didn't even see the road as I ran down the street.
I was so confused and didn't understand anything that happened in Miss Betty's house.
It was so strange, and I didn't know what to think. I had never encountered something like that before, and I kept looking down at my hands, trying to see if the glow was still there.
I stopped at an alley to catch my breath. I was one block away from the diner, but I knew I wouldn't make it there in time before collapsing on the ground.
After a moment, I caught a figure staring at me from the end of the alley, which caused my chest to tighten.
The figure looked like a tall man. He was wearing black trousers and a hoodie with a cap covering half of his face.
I didn't wait to see if he would move. I pushed off the wall and walked out of the alley, keeping my head down until the diner came into view.
I was twelve minutes late.
The bell above the door chimed when I walked in. Most of my coworkers were already on the floor taking orders, and a few of them looked up when I entered.
Andrea was standing near the counter with a brown envelope in her hand. She looked at me, then at the clock on the wall, and smiled.
"There she is." She crossed the floor and stopped in front of me. "You're late again, Kristina. Didn't I warn you that you've received your last warning and would be fired the next time you're late?"
Before I could open my mouth, she pulled out a cheque and a folded letter and threw them both at my chest. They hit me and dropped to the floor.
"Pick those up. That's your last cheque and your termination letter," she added. "You're fired." She walked to the door and held it open for me.
Fuck. How was I going to pay those bills now?

Pregnant by My Husband's Rival Alpha
Those words should have destroyed me, but the truth was worse: I'd been used as a broodmare by the man who swore to love me, set up in a hotel room with a stranger because My husband Alexander Cross couldn't father children himself, and now I carried the secret babies of Damon Lester—the most powerful and dangerous Alpha in San Loris—while my own family replaced me with the daughter they'd always wanted. But when that same stranger's doctor appeared at my door, when twenty million dollars exchanged hands over a fake perfume bearing my secret identity, and when Damon's gray eyes locked onto mine with recognition I couldn't afford, I realized my carefully hidden life as the legendary perfumer Vera was colliding with a pregnancy that could cost me everything.
Could I protect my babies from the husband plotting my death, hide my true identity from the Alpha who's been hunting me for years, and reclaim the freedom I'd buried along with my dreams—even if it means standing alone against the wolves who see me as nothing more than a womb to be used and discarded?
After One Night with the Alpha
I thought I was waiting for love. Instead, I got fucked by a beast.
My world was supposed to bloom at the Moonshade Bay Full Moon Festival—champagne buzzing in my veins, a hotel room booked for Jason and me to finally cross that line after two years. I’d slipped into lacy lingerie, left the door unlocked, and lay on the bed, heart pounding with nervous excitement.
But the man who climbed into my bed wasn’t Jason.
In the pitch-black room, drowned in a heady, spicy scent that made my head spin, I felt hands—urgent, scorching—searing my skin. His thick, pulsing cock pressed against my dripping cunt, and before I could gasp, he thrust hard, tearing through my innocence with ruthless force. Pain burned, my walls clenching as I clawed at his iron shoulders, stifling sobs. Wet, slick sounds echoed with every brutal stroke, his body unrelenting until he shuddered, spilling hot and deep inside me.
"That was amazing, Jason," I managed to say.
"Who the fuck is Jason?"
My blood turned to ice. Light slashed across his face—Brad Rayne, Alpha of Moonshade Pack, a werewolf, not my boyfriend. Horror choked me as I realized what I’d done.
I ran away for my life!
But weeks later, I woke up pregnant with his heir!
They say my heterochromatic eyes mark me as a rare true mate. But I’m no wolf. I’m just Elle, a nobody from the human district, now trapped in Brad's world.
Brad’s cold gaze pins me: “You carry my blood. You’re mine.”
There is no other choice for me but to chose this cage. My body also betrays me, craving the beast who ruined me.
