Chapter 1
I remember the day my life changed so vividly.
I’d spent a rare day off from my bar work out with my two best friends Jessie and Emma. We’d gotten a bus into the city and spent the entire day shopping and just hanging out. They were both leaving, going off to college, and I was leaving too. I’d worked and saved my arse off and was going to culinary school. The best in the province. I was about to live my dreams. To become a qualified chef, to one day open my own restaurant.
At least, that’s how I thought my life was going to go.
I’d said goodbye and gotten off at my stop, running down the path to our house because I was late and my parents were strict. Really strict.
Only, something had made me pause at the door. A sixth sense almost. As if my gut already knew something awful was about to happen.
I’d glanced back, noticing the huge SUV’s parked under the trees and perhaps, I’d been too stupid, too naïve to understand what it’d meant.
My key had turned in the lock so loudly against the silence within and as I’d stepped inside, all I could hear was strange, muffled noises coming from the back of the house.
No lights were on, which again should have been a sign. The hallway and living room were in total darkness. Although, I could see the beam of light that’d been coming from under the kitchen door.
I’d called out, called for my parents but no one answered though I knew they were there.
I’d opened the door and gasped.
Someone had grabbed me, pressing my tiny frame into their hard, colossal one, and a hand wrapped around my mouth to stifle the cry that had escaped.
“What do we have here?” The man holding me had said staring at my parents. They were both sat at the table held at gunpoint.
My father had always been a strong man, a fierce man, but in that moment, he’d looked so weak, so utterly petrified, that it’d scared me more than the man holding me.
There were others in the room, other men. Huge. Horrifying. Like the man who held me. They filled the tiny space, they filled the very air, dominating it. Possessing it.
“Let her go.” My mother had begged but the man had just laughed.
“We’ve given you what you asked for.” My father had shouted.
“And now I want something more.” The man had stated, shaking me as if I were a toy, a rag doll even. His hand now grasped my jaw forcing me to watch whatever was about to happen.
“She has nothing to do with this.” My father had cried.
“Oh, but she does.” The man said. “I was planning on killing you both, but now, now I think I might have changed my mind.”
“No...” I begged as a man stepped forward, gun pointed right at my mother’s head. I didn’t know what they wanted. I didn’t even understand what was going on, but I knew even then that these men were dangerous. That they were going to kill my parents. Murder them right there in front of me. And no doubt murder me right after.
“Do you want to save them, girl?” The man had said against my ear. His voice so cold and malicious it felt like a bucket of cold ice was suddenly thrown over me.
I nodded against his hand.
“Then this is the deal. You’re mine now. You belong to me. Your parents will be allowed to live. I will spare them but only if you comply.”
I’d gulped. Everything in my body had told me not to do it. To not agree but how could I abandon them? How could I let them just be murdered like that?
“What do you say? One life for two? That’s a good deal huh?” He’d murmured, running his nose against the soft skin of my neck as if he was trying to breath in my scent like he was some kind of animal.
I shut my eyes. Even as the tears started to roll. He was right. It was a good deal.
“I’ll do it.” I’d said, my voice barely more than a whisper.
My mother had screamed. Yelling at me not too and they’d pistol whipped her over the back of the head laughing.
“Please don’t hurt them. I’ll do what you say. Whatever you want.” I’d cried.
The man laughed at my words. “Oh, I know you will.”
And then he’d dragged me out. Dragged me out of my house, out of my home, away from my parents, away from my life without even a moment to say goodbye.
He’d half thrown me into the back of one of the SUVs and I smacked my face against the leather as I’d landed. He got in beside me almost immediately, yanking me closer to him despite my attempts to move away.
“These are the rules.” He’d growled as a man drove us away. “You obey me in everything. If you fight, if you try to run, if you even think about escaping, I will kill them and then I will make you wish you’d never been born, understand?”
I’d nodded.
He smirked reaching to undo the buttons on the shirt dress I had on, and I smacked his hand away. He’d snarled grabbing my throat so tightly I could barely breathe.
“I just told you the rules. Did you not listen properly?” He’d said, his face right up in mine.
My tears were falling again. I think in that moment I’d realised the enormity of what I’d done. What I’d actually agreed to.
He’d watched me for a moment as if he too understood what had finally sunken into my stupid brain and then he’d moved his hand back to my dress. Back to the buttons.
I’d shut my eyes. Helpless to stop him.
There’d been two men up front. There was no partition.
Nothing hiding what this man was going to do and within seconds, my dress was open and my body covered in nothing but my underwear.
“Who are you?” I’d gasped. “Why are you doing this?”
“My name’s Silas.” He growled. “And I’m doing it because I can.”
The men in the front had laughed. Horrible, low, guttural laughs as Silas had begun assaulting me.

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride
Yet Alexander made his decision clear to the world: “Evelyn is the only woman I will ever marry.”
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
Someone... please...

The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."
Danielle Harris is the daughter of an overprotective police chief and has led a sheltered life. As a kindergarten teacher, she's as far removed from the world of Harleys and bikers as you could get, but when she's rescued by the sexy and dangerous Austin Carver, her life is changed forever.

Will Booker be able to find the source of the threat before it's too late?
Will Dani finally give her heart to a man who's everything she's been warned about?
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
