Chapter 1
~~Elysian POV~~
The halls of the house were quiet. Every servant moved in and out with peaceful steps. Dad had called a family meeting and when he does, no one dares miss coming.
I hated meetings like this because I get to face Cassian, my elder brother who enjoys provoking me. Most especially Dad who always wore a stoic expression like it was his favourite suit. I didn’t blame him, he was a king after all and kings were meant to be brutal so as to get the respect they deserved.
The room was silent when I walked in, yes I was late. I always was and that was what made me stand out among my siblings. Mom hissed, turning her face from me when I smiled at her. It looked like she wasn’t in a good mood.
“I expected you to come late, but not this late.” Cassian muttered with a snort. I paid no attention to him and rolled my eyes at him.
“You are getting married.” Dad dropped the bombshell immediately I took my seat by Mom’s side.
I glanced around the table and realised he was referring to me. If he wasn’t, he wouldn’t have waited for me to arrive before dropping the… news. Dad had never waited for me in meetings, he goes straight to the point and walks off, sometimes before I arrive.
“Uhhh Dad, what do you mean?” Dahlia, my younger sister asked as she darted glances at both Mom and Dad.
“Ely is getting married.” Dad said it again, this time fixing his eyes on me directly. My eyes had already widened.
“What!!” I screamed, standing from the chair. I expected Dad to explain but he just kept quiet, unaffected by my sudden screaming. I turned to Mum expecting her to say something but… nothing. “Dad, are you kidding. I don’t know you as one to tell jokes.”
“Bloodfang.” Dad called and my eyes widened at the name. That was the most dangerous coven in the vampire tribe and Dad had warned us never to cross their members so why was he calling the name of that..
“The sire of the Bloodfang coven had sent a letter that, Elysian, the third daughter of Draco must be betrothed to him.” Dad said, leaving his seat and taking the door, and I knew that was the end of this conversation.
My legs wobbled as I sat down in shock, I couldn’t hold back the tears that threatened to fall from my eyes. I turned to stare at Mom whose eyes were red and were now on me, her face looked pitiful like she was stifling a cry or already crying.
“Dear, I can’t do anything about it, and I really feel bad. I feel really bad.” Mom said, tears leaving her eyes. I know Mum couldn’t do anything but at least, she could plead with Dad, he was her husband. “Ely, you know how the sire is. No one dares mention his name, talk about defying him. Ely I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry. I can’t help you. Can you do this… for your father?” Mom sobbed, her head placed on my chest. “For your siblings too. I don’t care if I die but the whole coven could go hurt if I interfere.”
I turned back at Cassian, he looked disoriented and shocked. His jaw was clenched, his palms gripping tightly at the table. I knew he loved me dearly despite his annoying teasing and banter.
Dahlia, she did nothing. She couldn’t do anything of course, she didn’t know about the Bloodfang coven, she was smiling faintly at the pad that sat on the table. I can’t blame her, she’s still a teenager probably thinking marriage was a good thing.
I turned back at Mom, “Mom….. How do you expect me to marry that man?” My voice came out disheveled and weak, “even after all the rumors that followed him?” That made Mom cry even harder.
She should because the sire of the Bloodfang coven was known as a thousand-century-old vampire who changes form. His real features were rumoured to be like that of an old man with a beastly face, his nails were long as a beast, fangs dripping with blood, gouged out eyes that only his eye roots were found, he even reeked of bloody scents from draining powerful vampires, he fed on young beautiful ladies so as to get good traits and most especially, he had killed all his wives, hanging their skulls as a trophy because he couldn’t find out whose blood was thirsty. And now… was I really going to be the next?
Dad had heard all this but he still dared send me there. He knew I planned on chasing my dreams, going to school had always been a dream that I planned on fulfilling, yet he still wanted to get me married. Not even to a powerful young good looking vampire, it was an ancient looking old creature.
I’ll rather marry a dragon!
I stood up from the seat, running off to my room with Mom and the rest looking at me confusedly. I slammed my room door locked with a strength I never realised I had. I sat on my bed sobbing and crying over the letter and the thoughts that had refused to leave my mind.
What was I going to do?
What was going to befall me?
Was I going to be the next person he’ll behead?
No, I can’t let that happen, I won’t let that happen. I needed to think, think Ely think.
Different thoughts hunted me but all were dangerous and very risky.
Maybe I should kill myself, No. He might end up getting furious and taking it out on my family.
Running? That sounded like a better idea but what if… he ends up finding me and sucking my blood off, or what if my parents had to pay for my reckless decisions.
What was I going to do?
My head was a clouded mess, smoking with different ideas that all end up sounding bad. I needed to do something and I wasn’t going to think about the consequences again because Dad didn’t think of mine.
I gathered my thoughts together as I started plotting how to escape my arranged marriage.
Run! Of course.

She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

Invisible To Her Bully
Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human
A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
