Introduction
I reach for him, wrapping my hand around his wrist.
"If you walk away from this ceremony, I won't let you humiliate me again."
Casper brushes a stray strand of hair from my face. The familiar tingles from the mate bond spread across my skin, but instead of comfort, they feel like mockery.
"You're being dramatic, Lily."
"I mean it, Casper."
"I'll be right back. Wait for me here, and we can finish… this."
This. The word stings like a blade against my skin. Is this all that remains of our bond? Something inside me breaks into a thousand pieces, and I know it can't be put back together.
This is the THIRD time Casper has walked away for Serene.
Lilith swears she will never let anyone humiliate her again. Not her mate, not her Pack. She cuts her ties with the Pack to claim her own freedom.
She never expects to meet Kael, the heir to the Alpha King, a man who is willing to erase anyone who dares to stand in her way.
"I can make him disappear. Hell, I can get rid of anyone who bothers you. Just say the word."
I swallow hard at the seriousness in his gaze. "No. That won't be necessary."
Kael rises and presses a kiss to my forehead.
"Just say the word."
Chapter 1
Lilith POV
This is the THIRD time I have stood in front of my pack with Casper by my side.
I wish I could say that I am excited, but I am not.
This is the third time I have hoped that he will finally choose me. This is the third time I wait patiently for him to complete the bond that was given to us by the Moon Goddess.
As I look out over the crowd that has gathered, I try to muster up feelings of excitement, but I can't find them. All I feel is dread. I fear that he is going to walk out on me once again.
Pulling my gaze away from the crowd, I turn to my father. Alpha Victor. He looks bored, like he can't wait for this to be over. He should be happy for me, but he hates me, just like everyone else in this pack. They all blame me for something that was out of my control. They all believe I killed my mother.
My father clears his throat, pulling me out of my thoughts. I look across the ceremonial circle at Casper, and he looks as white as his name would suggest.
"Lilith, Casper," my father practically yawns. "If you will please join hands in the center of the circle."
I reach for Casper, but he doesn't touch my hands. Instead, his eyes flicker over the crowd like he is waiting for something else to happen. Then, it does.
Zachary, one of the pack warriors, bursts into the clearing. He is panting heavily, and his eyes are filled with tears. All eyes are now on him and the commotion that he has caused.
"Stop!" He shouts. "Serene has been attacked."
Casper gasps, his hand covering his mouth, as soon as he hears Serene's name. Worry is etched across his face, and something I cannot place. Something that makes my stomach lurch with unease.
"I have to go," he whispers, turning away from me.
I reach for him, wrapping my hand around his wrist. Casper glances at it before looking back at Zachary. He tries to tug himself free, but I refuse to let him go.
I step closer to him, lowering my voice. "If you walk away from this ceremony, I won't let you humiliate me again."
He wrinkles his brows and takes a small step back. "What are you trying to say?"
I square my shoulders, trying to look tougher than I feel in the moment. "That if you walk away for Serene, again, this is where our bond ends."
Casper brushes a stray hair from my face, and the tingles that spread across my skin from the mate bond don't make me feel better like they once did. Now, they feel like they are mocking me.
"You are being dramatic, Lily."
My practiced composure fractures for a moment, and I stomp my foot like a child. "I mean it, Casper."
An easy smile spreads across his lips. "I will be right back. Wait for me here, and we can finish... this."
This. The word stings like a blade against my skin. Is this all that remains of our bond? Something inside me breaks into a thousand pieces, and I know it can't be put back together.
He tugs his hand away from me and disappears through the crowd with Zachary and my father following behind me.
Despite myself, I wait. One by one, pack members leave the clearing, already knowing what I have refused to acknowledge. Casper isn't coming back. Once again, he has put my cousin before me.
Some of the pack members mutter pity in my direction, but most of them sneer with satisfaction. One particular wolf announces that this is what I get for what happened to my mother all those years ago. I drop my eyes to the ground, hoping that none of them will see the tears gathering there.
And then, I am all alone.
I drop the ceremonial robe onto the altar and turn toward the pack house. The path runs through an isolated patch of forest that I shouldn't be allowed to walk alone. Without my wolf, I don't have the ability to protect myself, but no one seems to care, not when Serene is supposedly hurt.
No sooner do I step onto the path than I sense them behind me. Rogues. I swallow hard, refusing to glance over my shoulder to see how many there are. I walk faster, but that only makes them excited. They are enjoying the chase.
'Casper,' I reach through the pack mind link. 'I need your help. There are..."
'Enough, Lily,' he cuts me off. 'I told you I would return when Serene is calm. Why must you make everything about you?'
He cuts off the link between us and blocks me from reaching out to him again.
"Casper," I croak his name aloud.
In that singular moment, my heart seems to shrivel up to nothing, leaving a gaping hole in my chest where it used to be.
I slip off the path and lean against the cold bark of a tree. I breathe in deeply. "You can do this."
"Come out, come out. Wherever you are?" One of the rogues taunts.
Their laughter fills the air around me. "Yeah, little wolf. We only want to play a little."
This makes them laugh harder.
The hairs on the back of my neck stand up, and I know they are getting close. I close my eyes, trying to calm my heart rate, but I am failing. When I reopen them, I am surrounded by dark figures.
'If you ever wanted to wake up again,' I call out to my wolf. 'Now would be the perfect time.'
But I am met with nothing but silence.
"Okay," I say, cracking my neck from side to side. "I guess I will have to do this alone."
Instinctively, I slip into the fighting stance that I have been using for years. The one that I use in the training I am not supposed to be having. The stance I learned in secret.
I step into the moonlight and beckon one forward with my finger. "Who's first?"

What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.
Genevieve loses a bet she can’t afford to pay. In a compromise, she agrees to convince any man her opponent chooses to go home with her that night. What she doesn’t realize when her sister’s friend points out the brooding man sitting alone at the bar, is that man won’t be okay with just one night with her. Let Them Kneel
Cast out by her pack. Forgotten by the Lycans.

Her body ignites. Her instincts scream. And something primal stirs beneath her skin—
summoning a big, bad Alpha who knows exactly how to quench her fire.

For the first time, she believes she’s been accepted.
Seen.
Chosen.
Until he leaves her the next morning—

Not wolfless. Not weak.
There is something ancient inside her. Something powerful. And it’s waking.
And when it does—
they’ll all remember the girl they tried to erase.
Especially him.
She’ll be the dream he keeps chasing… the one thing that ever made him feel alive.
Because secrets never stay buried.
And neither do dreams.
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.

Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.

In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
