Introduction
I didn't turn immediately as I wasn't sure what to expect. The voice certainly didn't sound like one that belonged in a bar like this.
I finally turned slowly and once I saw his face, my heart stopped. He doesn’t look like everyone else here. He doesn’t even look like he has ever stepped inside a place like this.
He was tall, handsome, and his body? Hot! But that's not all to him. He looked really controlled and intimidating in a great way that instantly sent shivers down my whole body.
“You look like you’re trying to disappear,” he chimed in, finally pulling me back to reality.
“Maybe I am.” I replied slowly.
“I should let you be then.” he retorted and that was it.
He didn't even smile or flirt, he just quietly took the seat next to mine. I've never seen a man respect boundaries that clearly. Most guys would have persisted and try to conquer but not him, and that single act, raised a thirst inside of me.
“I want this man!” that was the only thing that rang in my head as I stole glances at him through my corner eye.
I know it's wrong and I'm supposed to look away because of course, I'm engaged and shouldn't be talking to strange ‘handsome’ men. But tonight I’m not myself. I’m tired of being myself and tonight, I'm going to let loose and enjoy myself.
Chapter 1
Grace
I was supposed to be smiling tonight, not just smiling. I should be laughing, dancing and toasting to my future like every other sane person would do on their proposal night. But instead, I'm hiding in the back corner of a bar, sipping my whiskey and pretending like everything is all good with me.
People always talk about freedom like it’s a choice. Maybe to some people, but for me? I've never had that luxury. Ever since I was born, my life has been planned without my permission and even when I thought I was of age and finally free, it got even worse. My parents scripted my life like it was a movie and never even bothered to ask if I wanted the role…
“Want more?” the bartender asked while I just nodded and he refilled my glass.
My phone beeped for the umpteenth time and I finally checked. Fifteen missed calls and several text messages. All from my dad, mom, and best friend, Abby.
“Where are you? People are asking about you and we need to finalize the engagement photos.” That was the last text and it was from my mom but I didn't even flinch. I just turned the phone face-down on the counter, and then took a big gulp of my drink.
Just an hour ago, my fiance proposed to me and everyone couldn't be more happy. Everyone but me though. I tried to play along, I faked the smiles, waved my ring to them while camera lights flashed from all corners. They were all trying to get a picture of the expensive diamond ring.
I got tired of the fake smiles and my cheeks were already hurting so I just did it.
I walked out right in the middle of my own proposal party, the one meant to “introduce me to high society.” Funny how they say that as if I’m not human, and just a piece of jewelry being presented.
I asked the driver to take me to a bar faraway and thirty minutes later, I got here.
The car zoomed off and I just stood there in my expensive designer dress, wondering what was awaiting me inside. It was a small bar and even from outside, I could perceive the thick alcohol smell. My mom would scream if she saw me in a place like this. But who cares? It's more reason why it's the best place to be.
“Breathe in, breathe out… I know it's still fake freedom but still better than none, right?” a voice sounded in my head and before I could convince myself otherwise, I made my way inside…
“Rough night?” a voice suddenly asked from behind me.

“Buy me a drink?” I finally found my voice while he glanced at my untouched glass.
“You haven’t finished that one.”
“I don’t like it,” I replied and there was a long pause before he signaled the bartender. He gave the orders and the bartender instantly brought over a new drink.
“You didn’t even ask what I want.”I frowned.
“I know what people order when they want to forget,” he simply said.
I didn't know how to respond to that so I just took the drink and the silence that followed.
He wouldn't ask questions or push and that made me more interested so I just went for the first word that came to my lips before I could stop it.
“I’m supposed to get engaged tomorrow, to someone I barely know.” I let out and he finally looked at me fully.
It wasn't in a strange way and certainly not like a man interested in a woman kind of way but like someone who saw the hurt beneath my skin.
“And do you want to?” he asked gently and that got me emotional.
No one has ever asked me what I wanted. They just tell me the next thing to do and expect me to obey without question. A stranger I met five minutes ago just did and it meant the whole world.
“I don’t want any of it but I have no choice. I just… want to be myself even if it's just for a few hours without consequences.” I whispered while trying to blink back the tears that was now welling up in my eyes.
“Then be whoever you need to be tonight. Consequences can wait until morning.” he replied with his gaze fixated on me, making my breath skip.
That was my first mistake and the second was… letting him kiss me. The third… was not asking for his name.
I was too engrossed in the moment and all the sweetness that came with it. His full weight on me while my legs were widely spread to accommodate him.
Each thrust went deeper than the last, and the whole time, his gaze never left my eyes. He stared deep into my soul and I felt a connection I had never felt before.
It lasted only twenty minutes but it was the most sweetest twenty minutes of my life. We both moaned in each other's mouths as we came together.
I left at dawn, with my heart pounding, and thinking it was over but that was before I walked into my engagement party and saw him.
Standing inside my house, wearing a suit, smiling at my parents and talking to my fiance, was the man from last night.
Theo Hayes.
The stranger I spent the night with and the man who gave me my first orgasm was none other than the older brother of the man I’m supposed to marry.
And that was the moment it all started…

After the Affair: Falling into a Billionaire's Arms
From first crush to wedding vows, George Capulet and I had been inseparable. But in our seventh year of marriage, he began an affair with his secretary.
On my birthday, he took her on vacation. On our anniversary, he brought her to our home and made love to her in our bed...
Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.
George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.
His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."
Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
Someone... please...

The original Aria's life was a nightmare. Humiliated when golden boy Kai Matthews posted her love letter online, then shoved to death by his girlfriend Bella Morrison. But that's not all her family faces:
"You got until Monday," the tattooed gangster sneered at Aria's mother. "Ten grand cash. Or I'm taking collateral—your kids' organs fetch top dollar. That pretty daughter of yours? She could make us money another way too."
Now Angelina's lethal combat skills awaken in this fragile body. No more hiding. No more fear.
Armed with an Alpha's ruthlessness and a mysterious blood-red pendant, she'll dismantle everyone who hurt this family—one calculated move at a time.

Steamy, fierce, and full of heart, Goddess of the Underworld is a reverse harem, found-family paranormal romance where love writes the rules and keeps three realms from falling apart.
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.

Even worse was overhearing Darrell laugh to his friends: "She's useful—obedient, doesn't cause trouble, handles housework, and I can fuck her whenever I need relief. She's basically a live-in maid with benefits." He made crude thrusting gestures, sending his friends into laughter.

Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human
A Lesson in Magic
Claimed by the Alpha's Love
Four years ago, Fiona's meticulously planned conspiracy turned me from an ordinary omega into a prisoner carrying the weight of a murder charge.
Four years later, I return to a world that has changed beyond recognition.
My best friend Fiona, who is also my stepsister, has become the perfect daughter in my mother's eyes. And my ex-boyfriend, Ethan, is about to hold a high-profile mating ceremony with her.
The love, family bonds, and reputation that I once cherished have all been taken by Fiona.
Just when I had reached my breaking point, questioning the very purpose of my existence, the legendary Alpha Lucas of Moonhaven suddenly appeared in my life.
He is powerful and enigmatic, a figure that all werewolves hold in awe.
Yet, he shows an extraordinary persistence and tenderness towards me.
Is Lucas's appearance a gift from fate, or the start of another conspiracy?
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
