Chapter 1
Adeline Nicole Watson, or Addie as her friends call her, has always been good and proper. It's how her parents raised her. But inside she felt bored and restless and often wanted to speak out, but held her tongue. Boring boyfriends, sex a few times, that was, let's just say, not repeatable for her.
In high school, she could only date from prominent families. The type of guys her parents approved of. All of them, 3 to be exact, bored her to death. Just before graduation, she let one take her virginity just to get it over with.
Her parents, Lydia and Leander, Lee for short, were quiet, well-respected people in her town. They were strict, followed all the rules, and forbade her to hang out with any undesirable friends. Wanting to please her parents, Addie followed all their rules.
Addie knew as soon as she started high school, she wanted to be a nurse. Not just any nurse, but a NICU nurse. She loved babies and loved to care for them. She took nursing classes in a vocational school while in high school. She did multiple babysitting jobs for money. Retail and fast food were just not for her, nor boring office jobs.
During the summer, she and a couple of her friends would hang out at the local beach. The local biker club would occasionally be there also. There was one particular guy she was always drawn to. She made sure to never get caught staring.
She would allow herself to fantasize what it would be like to be a bad girl. To hang out with bikers. To speak her mind and not worry if she was being right or wrong. She had talked to her mom once about it.
Her mom just told her she was being foolish and influenced by those horrible romance books she liked to read. She told her she needed to live in the real world. Dress and talk a certain way to get a good guy for a husband and to pick a respectable career.
Addie was 18, two months before graduation. She had been dating Greg, the quarterback, for the last year. She finally gave him her virginity a couple of weeks ago. Tonight, she was supposed to babysit, but the little boy came down with a stomach bug. She decided to skip the game and meet up with him at the after party.
The house was crowded, and she started asking people if they had seen Greg. She didn't find him downstairs or out back around the pool. So she decided to look upstairs. She just had a bad feeling. This seemed just like every movie she saw or book she read.
The first door she opened was a couple of friends she knew. They were smoking weed. One asked if she wanted a hit. She politely declined. The second and third doors had couples in various stages of sex. At the fourth door she found him. Of course, he wasn't alone. He was balls deep in someone.
"Seriously Greg!" Addie retorted.
Greg jumped up and spun around. "Addie? Uh, what are you doing here?"
"Catching a no-good cheating boyfriend, obviously." She replied.
"I can explain." He started. The girl on the bed just gave her a snarky look.
"Save it!" Addie replied. "Of all the girls in the school why her?"
Greg responded. "She was easy?"
"Hey!" Celeste replied.
Addie just turned and walked out, slamming the door behind her. She heard him hollering her name but didn't stop. Good girls don't make scenes. When she got home, she boxed up all his stuff then drove it to his house and left it on his porch.
He called and texted her, but Addie told him it was over to leave her alone. She finally had to block his number. She told her mom and dad what had happened. They called his parents and told them what had happened and to keep their son away from their daughter.
That Monday at school, Celeste was acting like the queen of the school. Addie could hear her telling her friends about how she hooked up with Greg. Having heard enough, she slammed her locker and walked up to her.
"You think your so slick messing with another girl's boyfriend? Let me enlighten you. I had him for a year. You had him for one night. Yes, I'm done with him! Mark my words he'll do the same to you!" Addie retorted.
"You're just jealous he came to me. I know how to keep my man happy." Celeste smirked.
Fifteen seconds later, Greg walked by with his arm around another girl. Celeste went off on him and while they were arguing, Addie walked away. Glad she found out now what kind of guy he was. She had thought herself in love with him.
The situation did sting a lot, but if it was humiliation or heartbreak or both, she wasn't sure. She was still in shock having spoken her mind to Celeste like she did. That was not like her. But it felt good. Her mom would be so disappointed if she found out how she had reacted.
Graduation came and went. She, her mom, and dad celebrated, and then she packed up and left for college. It was time to spread her wings and do something she wanted to do for a change.
Her first year of college was spent studying and adjusting to college. She went home at least once a month and all holidays to visit her mom and dad. A few times she'd seen the hot biker boy she had crushed on for years. He never even looked her way.
Her second year, she met Ford. He was studying law. His family had money and status. Both his parents were lawyers. Of course, her mom and dad approved of him.
For six months, things were great. Then he started being distant. Fewer texts and calls. Fewer dates, which he said was due to his classes. Addie was restless in the relationship. She felt like there really wasn't one anymore.
Addie felt he was hiding something from her. Two months went by and she'd had enough. She showed up at his apartment and had decided they were going to talk or just go their separate ways. She hated feeling like she wasn't important to him and being ignored.
When he opened the door, he was shocked. He was in a pair of shorts and nothing else. And he was holding the door as if he wouldn't let her in. She immediately knew something was up.
"What are you doing here?" He asked.
"I can't come see my boyfriend." She replied.
"Of course you can, I just wished you'd called first." He replied.
"How when you hardly answer my calls and seem to have forgotten I exist?" She shoved past him and went straight to his room.
Déjà vu all over again. Some woman she'd never seen was naked in his bed. She was sitting up with her arms crossed giving her or Ford a dirty look. Addie wasn't sure which one as Ford was right behind her.
"A little advice, he cheated on me, he'll cheat on you." Addie explained.
"Not if he knows what my daddy will do to him!" She replied.
Addie turned to leave and Ford followed her. He grabbed her arm. She jerked it away from him.
"Don't you dare touch me! You have NO right to anymore!" She spat.
"Look, I need to explain." Ford replied. "My parents and hers are good friends. They're pushing this relationship to bond the families. They've got social status."
"Oh and I'm a lowly nurse who's just from an average parent's home with no money and no status!" She interrupted. "Trust me when I say that makes it worse!"
Addie walked out, slamming the door behind her. She finished college and started nursing classes to work her way up to being a NICU nurse. She went on a few dates but never got serious with any guys the rest of her education.
After she got her license, she moved back home, and back in with her parents. She caught her first glimpse of the biker boy who was now a man at the beach. It had been almost a year since she last saw him. He now had tattoos, and had filled out nicely.
She would occasionally see him around town and each time allow her imagination to run wild. Her fantasies were the only fun she had. Of course, she kept them to herself.

“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

Alpha Nicholas's Little Mate
What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.
And then, just as quickly… he sees me.
His expression twists.
"Fuck no."
He turns—and runs.
My mate sees me and runs.

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride
Yet Alexander made his decision clear to the world: “Evelyn is the only woman I will ever marry.”
Invisible To Her Bully
My Possessive Alpha Twins For Mate
My drunk stepfather remained indifferent, his weight suffocating, making it hard to breathe as my heart raced.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, and two figures burst in.
"Get off her!" a deafening roar echoed.
I didn't expect the twin brothers who'd bullied me at school to come charging in like gods to save me.
After my grandmother passed, I had to move in with my mom and stepdad, who treated me like a servant. I prayed every day for my 18th birthday to come, so l could leave and escape this broken home.
However, on my first day at my new school, l encountered the legendary twins everyone feared.
To make matters worse, the Moon Goddess revealed they were both my mates!
After helping me out with my stepdad, my twin mate cornered me, played with my hair, and whispered possessively, "You belong to us, our little mate..."
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.

Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?
It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.
He’s my boyfirend’s brother.
This is Tyler’s family.
I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.

Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.
I’m not here to rescue anyone.
Especially not her.
Especially not someone like her.
She’s not my problem.
