Introduction
When I was a little girl, I always dreamed about being with a wealthy husband, having a beautiful home, and having wonderful kids.
I desired that little fairy-tale dream because that's all I've ever wanted.
I was never afraid of anything or anyone for that matter, that was until I met Mr. Aiden Williams.
He was a very intimidating and dangerous man and he never took no for an answer.

Continued:
It took me about half an hour to arrive at the company because of a wreck on the highway. The traffic was nothing to play with early in the morning. Not to mention people that leave home late and in a rush, causing accidents. Hell, I'm not sure how I survived in this city for this long.
When I got there I was beyond amazed at how tall the building was. Who ever owned this company sure liked to show off their ego. Though I would personally say, this was the largest building that I had ever seen, let alone been to.
I started to get really nervous for some reason and even though I hadn't even entered the building yet, my palms were beginning to sweat.
When I first walked in I was greeted by the concierge. He took my coat and led me further inside the building towards the lobby, where I sat and waited with the others to be called on.
I took a look around the room and noticed a couple of people, both men and women, attending the interview today. The women were all dressed in very short skirts, well except for a few, and either showing too much skin or just having too much of a spoiled brat attitude.
The men that were sitting with us were obviously given their desired positions because not many were walking out of the office with their heads held low.
The names were called one by one and most of the women that were sitting there came out either upset or just bawling their eyes out.
Jeezus, I was really hoping that I didn't end up like them.
I sat there for a while playing a game on my phone, trying to take my mind off of the negative thoughts clouding my head.
After about thirty minutes, my name was called. "Ms. Aria Hayden?" I stood up, straightened out my skirt, packed away my things inside of my bag, and walked up to the assistant.
She was standing in front of the office door, carrying a notebook, and I was guessing that it was a reason for that.
"Yes Ma'am. That's me!" When I walked up to her, I couldn't help my eyes bulging out of my head. All I thought was, 'damn this woman is gorgeous'.
I thought to myself, thank goodness she wasn't bitchy That would've certainly get me fired way before I even started the day.
"Hello Ms. Aria! I've heard many good things about you. By the way you look absolutely beautiful my dear," She said, whispering to me in a low tone. Good things? Good things from who?
"Hmm, I bet Mr. Williams is going to like you.", she said with a smirk. I wondered why they were hiring for another assistant. I applied for a different position, something wasn't right.
I doubt they would hire anyone that wasn't skilled in that position, right?
"Thank you." When I walked into his office, I stood in front of the door waiting to be seated. I had a lot of respect for people in higher positions than me. He was reading over some papers and on a call so I decided to wait and stay quiet while he took care of his business.
"Ms. Hayden, have a seat please.", he said once he hung up the phone, motioning to the chair opposite him.
He began flipping through the stacks of papers on his desk, like he wasn't really interested in them and I couldn't help but to stare. This man was extremely breathtaking.
His bluish green eyes stared down at the files on his desk, his broad shoulders and deep chest made him appear even more intimidating. Why was I thinking about him like this? It wasn't the time nor the place to be drooling over my future boss. "Miss Hayden?"
"Yes Sir?" Crap, I spaced out again. What the hell is wrong with me? "I said, how long have you been an accountant?" He repeated.
"I have been an accountant for seven years, Sir." I replied, my thumbs twiddling together. "I started my trade immediately after high school, and have been working in my field ever since then."
"Since high school? So, you don't have any college experience, I take it?" He said, flipping one of the pages of my resume over.
"No sir. I graduated with honors earlier than my classmates so I didn't have the need to attend college at the time."
"Hmm," was all he said and I started to get nervous. My heart was beating fast and my hands were shaking.
God, I was so hoping that I answered all his questions correctly and that I wouldn't get turned down for this job.
"Miss Hayden? If I were to offer you this position, what would you bring to my company and how would you help us benefit from you?" He asked, interlocking his hands in his lap and leaning back into his chair.
"Yes, Mr. Williams. " I said taking a breath and preparing myself to speak. " I will make sure that your company has the utmost respect and ownership over others and to keep a steady balance of agreements with fellow companies. I will be sure to strip all monetary investments from opposing companies to benefit all employees, relevant to this company and mostly to you....Sir..."
He looked at me with a smirk on his face and something in his eyes that I couldn't quite put my finger on, but I returned a smile.
If everything fails, I'd walk out of this office with my head held high in knowing that I did my absolute best.
"Ms. Aria Hayden. You are...quite interesting to me and seeing how you've just answered my questions to the best of your ability I assume, it makes you stand out among the rest. I can see you as a key member to this company, not only benefitting my employees, but to me as well.
I see no problems with having you here in the future. Congratulations."
Of course I didn't doubt myself at all in the beginning, but the rumors about the infamous CEO would've definitely changed my mind.
"Thank you so much Sir, for offering me this position." I said rising up from my chair and shaking his hand. "I won't let you down." We finish shaking hands and he leads me out of the door, back towards the lobby. "Ms. Hayden, you did well in there." She said, standing by the door. "Thank you." I said as I grabbed my belongings and bowed to her. " I didn't catch your name."
She smiled and nodded, "Bella. It's nice to meet you. Hopefully I'll see you around sometimes?"
I shook her hand and left towards the elevator. I was so excited that I couldn't wait to call my mom and Tribel to tell them the good news.

George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."
